수면비행선박의 지위가 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 선박으로 분류하는 것으로 결론지은 이후, 국내외적으로는 몇몇 규칙과 권고 사항들이 개정 및 승인되었다. 하지만 정작 수면비행선박의 종류 및 운항특성을 고려한 항법에 관해서는 규정이 미비하고, 수면비행선박간 항법에 관련해서는 규정이 되어 있지 않다. 이러한 상황에서, 현행 법령상에 다른 선박들과 수면비행선박간의 책임 관계를 명확히 하기 위하여 서로 시계에 항법상의 수면비행선박 관련 규정을 모든 시계로의 항법상으로 이동할 것과 수면비행선박간 안전통항을 확보하기 위하여 타입 'B'와 'C'의 수면비행선박이 타입 'A'의 수면비행선박을 피항해야 한다는 규정이 신설되어야 한다고 판단된다.

Tracking error performance is investigated for the typical maneuvering pattern of the anti-ship missile for tracking filters based on IMM filter in both clear and cluttered environments. Threatening targets to a navel vessel can be categorized into having three kinds of maneuvering patterns such as Waver, Pop-Up, and High-Diver maneuvers, which are classified according to launching platform or acceleration input to be applied. In this paper, the tracking errors for three kinds of maneuvering targets are represented and are investigated through simulation results. Studying estimation errors for each maneuvering target allows us to have insight into the most threatening maneuvering pattern and to construct the test maneuvering scenario for radar system validation.

This study aims the observation of wing-in-ground effect near free surface. Numerical computations are carried out to observe the deformation of free surface and the effects on lift and drag. The detailed flow fields around two- and three-dimensional wings with NACA 0012 section are observed from the results of a commercial CFD program, FLUENT, and the local deformations of free surface are obtained by applying a Rankine panel method. In the present cases, the small deformation of free surface under the wings is observed, but different forces are found between solid wall and free surface when the speed of wings becomes large.

표면효과익선(WIG : Wing-In-Ground Effect Ship)은 해면 위를 낮게 비행함으로써 표면효과에 의한 양력 증가를 얻게 되어 초고속으로 운행할 수 있는 선박과 항공기의 중간형태의 차세대 해상운송 수단이다. 해면 위에 직접 이.착륙이 가능하기 때문에 별도의 활주로가 필요 없으며 수륙양용으로 사용 가능하다. 연근해 도서지방 관광 및 신선도 유지가 필수적인 신속화물의 수 송에도 사용될 수 있으며 해난사고 구난 및 해양 경비용으로도 사용가능한 해상 운송수단이다. 본 고에서는 표면효과익선의 특징을 간략히 살펴보고 21세기 고속해상운송수단으로 사용될 가 능성에 대한 경제성 검토 및 핵심애로기술을 살펴보았으며 러시아 표면효과익선의 발달과정과 개발된 선종의 특징을 조사하였다.

This study researchs forms of Egyptian religious dress for studying formation-process of religious dress and its ornament. The study goes abreast literature and the very spot's materials also divides god's dress, priest's. Ancient an egytian worshiped mainly animals, step by step animal's humanization. So gods were expressed animal's face and human's body. Egypt god's costume is 1st, to take off upper hament and wear loin cloth on trousers 2nd only to wear short sheath skirt. 3rd to wear shout sheath skirt and to skirt and to wear loin cloth on there 4th to cover whole body and to open hand like mummy. Egype goddess' costume is largely to wear long sheath skirt up to the ankle and we can see selkit goddess's figure that wearing kalasiris after new dynesty. Priest had been a bald head and worn loin cloth and surrounded leopard's skin on there, but after the period of empire, worn a wig and worn less stoically. Also god had hung the lion's tail at symbol of the dignity and priest had put on sandals for a ceremony.

The free surface effects on the aerodynamic performance of 2-D wings are investigated based on the potential flow approximation. The wing is represented b source and vortex distributions on the wing surface. The steady free surface effect is taken into account by source distribution on the free surface and the velocity potentials of air and water flows are obtained. Using three different techniques, namely, positive image method, inverse image method and source distribution method, numerical results are obtained for wave elevation, pressure distribution and lift coefficient with various foil sections. The wave elevation calculated by the inverse image method is shown to be very small even at higher speeds so that the free surface effect on the performance of wings is regraded negligible. However, the wave elevations by the positive image method and source distribution method are relatively high at higher speeds and accordingly the free surface effects on wings can not be neglected.

A numerical model capable of simulating a 2-D airfoil flying over in the vicinity of the waves is discussed. Instead of treating the problem as a heaving oscillation one above the rigid flat wall, sources are distributed on the prescribed wave profile. The wave deformation due to the airfoil is assumed to be negligible and treated as a rigid undulated wall. The source and vortex are distributed on the surface of the foil. It is found that the variation of $C_L$ with wave steepness in severe and that the lift variation due to waves decreases as the wing height above the water surface increases.

This study was used a thermogravimetric analyzer to determine thermal characteristics, a hair analysis system to examine morphological changes of wefts-human hair, poly vinyl chloride(PVC) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET)-used in manufacturing wigs. According to a flammability test on human hair and synthetic wefts for wigs, the best results were observed in human hair. According to a thermal test, PET was the best in terms of thermal stability. Also good tensile strength was observed as well. In a scanning electron microscope observation, no human hair scale layer was found because of chemical treatment. In the PVC sample, homogeneous unevenness was observed. Due to a lack of human hair supply and increase in its price, recently, PET weft has emerged as a great substitution for human hair. Because it can be curled using an electric curling device and is more efficient than the conventional non-flammable material PVC in terms of thermal resistance, it will become the next-generation weft for wigs.

Moliere completed classical French comedy by combining farce and commedia dell\`arte. Moliere believed that it was a plays obligation to give a lesson and entertainment. Moliere recreated commedia dell\`arte\`s typical acting patterns and characters in his work. He created with Lully comedie ballet that combined ballet and comedie for taste of Louis 14. Les precieuses ridicules critically displayed women at that time. Both contemporary high status women\`s custom and behavior were the targets of the author\`s synical criticism. There are three notable clothing imageries are shown in this work. First, Moliere used a variety of items in order to show emptiness of noble at that time. Items are ribbon and loop decorated rhingrave, feather decorated hat, perfumed wig and glove, lace covered canon and flower decorated shoes. Second, the author showed people\`s stutus through their clothes. Last, the author used clothing used clothing as a metaphor for hypocrisy. Thus when he said “take off the clothes” he meant take off hypocrisy and return truth.

A wing operating in close proximity to the ground exhibits a reduction in induced drag, which increase the lift/drag ratio. The poert-augmented ram (RAR) phenomenon involves directiing the efflux from forward mounted propulsion ststem under the wings, with the efflux nearly stagnated under the wings. In the present paper, 3 dimentional PAR was numerically studied by solving the Navier-Stokes equations. Pressure distribution and velocity vectors are calculated around the wing surface and the ground. Through the numerical simulation, Cp values and lift/drag ratio are carefully reviewed by changing the height/chord; 0.05, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.8. The shape of model is NACA 0012 with a span/chord ratio of 3.0. According to the numerical results, the relationship between lift/drag and height/chord is fairly reasonable.
