In this paper, the technology and capabilities required for the job of developing security software recommended by the Cybersecurity Human Resources Development Framework of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) were studied. In this paper, we describe what security skills are needed for the task of developing security software and what security capabilities should be held. The focus of this paper is to analyze the consistency between security technologies (core and specialized technologies) required for security software development tasks and the curriculum of information protection-related departments located in Seoul, Korea. The reason for this analysis is to see how the curriculum at five universities in Seoul is suitable for performing security software development tasks. In conclusion, if the five relevant departments studied are to intensively train developers of development tasks for security software, they are commonly required to train security testing and software debugging, how secure software is developed, risk management, privacy and information assurance.

what is the elements letting users play games consistently other than the growth of the computer technology? What sort of elements can games give to control the balances in the various features of users? The subject of this study was set up for these questions. Examining the result of this study, the analysis of the types of individual characteristics as well as their preferences of playing games in the level of game design in the process of game development can be utilized as a fundamental data for the design of game contents based on user's propensity. Also it can provide the most effective method for controlling the balance of the game world. Moreover, it can be utilized to set up directions for updating the games based on user's propensity. If it can be counted for the potential users' preferences, the result of analysis of individual characteristic would act as good basic data for the balancing of game among various types of users.

All the policies and plans need to be carried out at the proper times in order that they would work properly for what they are made for. It is will known that statistics are one of the most useful tools in deciding the proper times for the policies. In this paper we show how to use statistics in evaluating the policies already carried with respect to the time when they were executed in dealing with the population policy we had in 1983 when the total fertility rate hit the population replacement level 2.1. Two methods have been tried to show that the policy carried in 1983 missed the proper changing time. The one is to make forecasting only with the data possible before 1982 and show how close they can be to the real situation of today. The other is to show what would happen if the policies aiming to suppress population growth had been changed or abandoned. Both results from two methods give some quantified information about the population policy of 1983. Especially the prediction tells that we could have forecasted the problem of low fertility of this century in 1983.

The hazardous enterprise has been increasing its relative importance day by day in the economy of our country and the world. However, it's mostly true to have been relatively neglected in the field of technical strategy. This is to provide for methodological frame about the research in this field in the future by researching on what kind of technical and marketing strategies make what kind of effect on the result of hazardous enterprise together with the strategy for success by meeting the necessity of this research. Therefore, the individual variable within this research was divided into three parts like technical strategy, marketing strategy and industrial environment. It used the type division of venture-company(High-tech type, Superior enterprise type, Boutique type, General enterprise type) as a controllable variable and the result of hazardous enterprise as a subordinate variable. The result of this research is that the technical strategy of hazardous enterprise has lots of possibilities to raise the financial result if it raises technical reform and supplementary character and technical integration level in case that newly-established hazardous enterprise with relatively lower capital power than big enterprise pursues technical strategy.

The accident in the Fukushima nuclear plant caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011 is raising voices concerning over radioactive contamination losses. In particular, radioactive contamination losses threaten the safe navigation of vessels, and may impair seafarers' safety and impede the healthy growth of world economy through marine transportation. In case vessels or cargos suffer radioactive contamination losses, it will take a high cost to remove the radioactive contaminants, and in worse cases the contaminated vessels or cargos may have to be abandoned. Furthermore, if seamen are exposed to radioactivity, their treatment can be raised as a crucial issue. Nevertheless, it has not been reviewed clearly by what method and on what ground such losses should be covered in case radioactive contamination losses take place. Thus, this study purposed to review coverage for radioactive contamination losses in marine insurance as an ex post preparation for damages caused by radioactive contamination.

Along with advance in visual culture, the importance of motion graphic has been increasingly emphasized day by day, which can maximize information delivery using image illustration and typography, graphic factors of images. In addition, we can easily see increasing cases where what a designer intends is visualized using creative typography in diverse mass media such as TV commercials, movies or web. Thanks to the effects of this trend, various ways of manufacturing works have been proposed in the field of motion typography by applying diverse factors including verbal ones, time, form, motion, colors, and sound for the purpose of expressing formless semantic notions through visual form of typography. However, physiological features such as sex, age, health status, pathological conditions, and body size can have a bigger effect on the process of real communication. Therefore, if property of quasi-verbal sound can be reflected appropriately in motion typography where communication is expressed only by visual form, it can enable people to understand what a designer intends faster and more exactly.

Open problems can provide experiences for students to yield originative and various products in their level, because it is open with respect to its departure situation, goal situation, or solving method. Teachers need to pose and utilize open problems in forms of solution-finding or proving problems. For this we first have to specify which resource and method to use by concrete examples. In this article, we exemplify a method and procedure of posing an open problem by the two cases in which we pose open problems by reorganizing given closed problems. And we analyze students' responses for the two posed open problems. On the basis of these, we reflect implications for mathematical education of open problems.

We use humorous expression in general dialogue. And this humor os especially good methods for expressing more creative and persuasive thoughts. If could not effective data for developing expression techniques, because most of the studies on humor focused on advertising, especially effectiveness for product purchase until now. So, we need the data objectively tested and we can use the data for persuasive, agreeable and effective communication. This study presents new expression methods with humor, classifies the expression type with humor and analyses the specific characters each type. It was as follows. first, which expression types are existing in typography with humor, and how to apply to typography. Second, how to change the propensity to perceive through the communication method and through types of humor Third, what is more effective between typogratphy with humor and typography without humor Miore study based on this must be followed in order to plan objective and agreeable design and improve communication effects.

Ransomware uses symmetric-key algorithm such as a block cipher to encrypt users' files illegally. If we find the traces of a block cipher algorithm in a certain program in advance, the ransomware will be detected in increased rate. The inclusion of a block cipher can consider the encryption function will be enabled potentially. This paper proposes a way to determine whether a particular program contains a block cipher. We have studied the implementation characteristics of various block ciphers, as well as the AES used by ransomware. Based on those characteristics, we are able to find what kind of block ciphers have been contained in a particular program. The methods proposed in this paper will be able to detect ransomware with high probability by complementing the previous detection methods.

Kienböck's disease is known as avascular necrosis of the lunar bone, but its natural course or optimal treatment in various stages has not been identified clearly. The textbook divides the progression of the disease and suggests treatment methods according to the stages, but it is unclear if conforming to the principle without sufficient verification is the correct treatment method. While diagnosing and treating many Kienböck's diseases, the author has had many questions regarding the treatment choices described in the textbook and tried to establish an optimal treatment based on data evidence and experience. This review presents the most appropriate and reasonable treatment method while questioning whether the previous knowledge is based on an accurate basis.
