중.노년 여성의 웰빙 추구 성향에 따른 화장품 사용 및 만족도 (Use and Satisfaction on Cosmetics of Middle- and Old-Aged Women with Well-being Pursuit Disposition)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the use and satisfaction on cosmetics of middle- and old-aged women with well-being pursuit disposition. A survey was conducted from January 20 to February 10 in 2006. The statistical analysis methods used to analyze the 393 middle- and old- aged female subjects were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, crosstab, and multiple regression analysis. First, middle- and old-aged women were using functional cosmetics for wrinkle and whitening as well as skin lotion, moisture lotion and nutritive cream. They applied basic skin make-up only or partial make-up on the eyes and lips. Second, the well-being pursuit disposition factors were determined to be eco-friendly pursuit disposition, economical pursuit disposition, and health pursuit disposition. The well-being pursuit disposition factors had an effect on satisfaction of basic cosmetics. While the economical pursuit disposition factor had an effect on satisfaction of colored cosmetics. Third, the clusters from well-being pursuit disposition were determined to be wellbeing unconcerned group, eco-friendly concerned group, economical concerned group, and health concerned group. The proportion of subjects applying basic and colored cosmetics was high in health concerned group.

판매원의 성격과 감사성향이 심리적 안녕감과 친소비자행동에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Personality and Grateful Disposition Effects for Psychological Well-being and Prosocial Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 고객과의 접촉빈도가 높고 다양한 요구가 일어나는 서비스접점에서 판매원의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있는 요인으로 개인의 성격과 감사성향의 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 판매원의 외향성과 성실성, 감사성향은 심리적 안녕감에 정의 영향을 미치고 판매원의 신경증은 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 판매원의 심리적 안녕감은 친소비자행동에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 판매원의 성격과 감사성향이 미치는 상대적인 영향을 비교해 본 결과, 신경증이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 그 다음으로 감사성향, 외향성 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 성격만큼 종업원의 감사성향 또한 심리적 안녕감을 향상시킬 수 있는 요소임을 의미한다.

고등학생의 스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계에서 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향의 이중 매개효과 (Double Mediating Effect of Subjective Well-being and Gratitude Disposition on Relationship between Stress and Feeling of Happiness among High School Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계를 확인하고, 그 관계를 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향이 이중으로 매개하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 남녀 고등학생 245명이었다. 이 연구를 위해서 지각된 스트레스 척도, 삶의 만족 검사, 정서빈도검사, 감사성향 척도 및 주관적 행복 척도를 사용하였다. 직렬적 이중 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모형 6으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 고등학생의 스트레스는 주관적 웰빙, 감사성향 및 행복감과 유의한 부적 상관이 있었다. 고등학생의 주관적 웰빙은 감사성향이나 행복감과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 감사성향도 행복감과 정적 상관이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계를 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향이 직렬로 이중매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 청소년들의 행복에 주관적 웰빙과 감사성향이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것이 발견되었기 때문에, 그들의 주관적 웰빙 수준과 감사성향을 증진시킬 필요가 있다.

COVID-19 Pandemic 상황에서 간호대학생의 그릿, 감사성향, 스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대한 구조모형 (The impact of grit, gratitude disposition and stress on psychological well-being among nursing students during the Covid-19 pandemic: a structural equation modeling)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to develop and test a model for the effects of grit, gratitude disposition, and stress on the psychological well-being of nursing students during the Coronavirus-2019 pandemic. Methods: The data were collected from June 9 to June 27, 2021. A total of 286 nursing students responded to an online questionnaire. In the hypothesis's model, the exogenous variables were grit and gratitude disposition, and the endogenous variables were nursing students' stress and psychological well-being. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN and AMOS programs. Results: The final model showed the following indices of goodness of fit: χ2=78.30, χ2/df=3.01, GFI=.95, CFI=.96, TLI=.94, SRMR=.05, and RMSEA=.08. Nursing students' psychological well-being was explained by their grit, gratitude disposition, and stress directly and indirectly, with these three variables explaining 56% of psychological well-being. Conclusion: This study identified factors affecting the psychological well-being of nursing students in a state of increased stress due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study can be a basis for developing and applying a program to enhance nursing students' psychological well-being.

대학생의 감사성향과 심리적 안녕감의 관계 :자아존중감의 매개효과 (The Relationship Between Gratitude Disposition and Psychological Well-BeingofUniversity Students: TheMediation Effect of Self-esteem)

  • 이 연구는 대학생의 감사성향과 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개 효과를 보이는지 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구대상자는 C군에 소재한 대학교에 재학중인 학생으로 회수된 자료 중 최종 211부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 통계 처리한 후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1단계 감사성향이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 감사성향은 자아존중감에 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 2단계 감사성향이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 감사성향은 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 3단계 감사성향이 심리적 안녕감에 유의미하게 나타났으므로 자아존중감은 부분 매개를 갖는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 대학생의 심리적 안녕감의 증진을 위하여 감사성향이 심리적 자원으로 필요함을 알 수 있었고 자아존중감은 매개효과를 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구가 대학생의 심리적 안녕감 증진을 위해 감사성향과 자아존중감 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 근거자료로 활용되기를 바란다.

대학생의 감사성향과 주관적 안녕감이 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향의 융복합적 연구 (A Convergence Study of the Influence of Grateful disposition and Subjective well-being on Stress coping of College students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 감사성향과 주관적 안녕감이 스트레스 대처에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 간호학과와 비간호과 학생 336명으로, 통계자료는 t-test, Pearson Correlation, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 간호학과 학생들이 비간호과 학생에 비하여 감사성향, 생활만족도, 적극적 스트레스 대처에 유의한 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 2학년이 1학년보다 감사성향, 주관적 행복감, 스트레스 대처에 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 감사성향은 주관적 안녕감, 스트레스 대처와 강한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 스트레스 대처에 주 영향 요인은 정적 정서와 감사성향으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들의 스트레스 대처능력을 향상시키기 위해서 교육과정이나 교과 외 활동 등 다양한 방법을 통하여 주관적 안녕감과 감사성향을 높여줄 수 있는 방안의 강화가 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 중학생에게서 감사 훈련이 감사 성향, 생활만족도, 정서적 안녕감, 자아존중감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 피험자는 경기도 소재 중학교 3학년 77명(2개 반)을 실험집단(39명)과 통제집단(38명)으로 나누어 선정하였다. 실험집단은 1달 동안 아침 자율학습 시간에 총 20회의 감사훈련을, 통제집단은 동일한 시간에 아침 학교 프로그램(진로, 발명, 영어동화)을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 감사훈련은 감사 성향을 향상시켰으며 생활만족도를 향상시켰다. 아울러 감사훈련은 정서적 안녕감과 자아존중감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 감사훈련이 성인에서와 같이 청소년에게서도 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 나타났다.

노년 여성의 웰빙 성향과 외모관심도가 화장품 구매의도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Well-being Disposition and Appearance Concern on Cosmetic Purchase Intention and Brand Loyalty for Elderly Women)

  • 질적인 삶을 추구하는 노년 여성이 증가하고, 아름답게 가꾸고 싶어하는 미적 욕구가 커짐에 따라 화장품 산업의 급성장이 예견되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 노년 여성들의 웰빙 성향과 외모관심도에 대하여 알아보고, 이들 변인이 화장품 구매의도와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울 경기도에 거주하는 만 55세 이상의 여성 209명을 대상으로 설문분석을 실시하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 노년 여성의 웰빙 성향은 친환경요인, 생활만족요인, 신체건강요인으로 나뉘어졌고, 외모관심도는 외모중시요인, 외모관리요인, 피부관리요인으로 구분되었다 이들 요인 중 웰빙 성향의 신체건강요인과 외모관심도의 외모중시요인이 노년 여성의 화장품 구매의도에 영향을 미치고, 화장품 구매 의도는 브랜드 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이, 노년 여성들이 신체건강 및 외모를 중시할수록 화장품 구매의도 및 브랜드 충성도가 높아졌으므로, 이들의 웰빙 성향과 외모관심도는 브랜드 충성도를 유발하는 요인이라 할 수 있다.

여성전문인의 능력발전에 관한 연구 - 전문간호사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Ability Women Specialist -Focused on the nursing specialist-)

  • In the present, since a five-year plan for economic development which was started in the early 60's has been successfully promoted for a quarter century, with consolidation in a department of social welfare in our country the participation. in economic society for women is more required than any other times. As a professional occupation for women is incereaing through a high-standard specialization, I think the upbringing for productive woman expert who has a strong motive of accomplishment as a developed person as well as a technical and skilful capacity which can be contributed to the growth of organization is very important. So in this study, I am evaluating the technical disposition of character of professional nurses working with hospital and also trying to supply the basic data being served to th extension of a skillful ability as a nurse, understanding the important factor related to it. The research method applied here is that we used 527 of formed questionnaires which were distributed to 7 University and General Hospitals, somewhat large in a scale, located in Seoul as an analytical material. It was performed between October 11, 1988 and October 18, 1988. An implement which was invented by Cho Moo-Sung is used after being amended and supplemented, which can measure the disposition of professional character. The formation of questionnaires of the disposition of character is 26 totally, 10 for Open-disposition, 11 for Active-disposition, 5 for wise-disposition, and it was measured. 'Ye', or 'No' through an one-half-standard and the environment of hospital organization is composed 12 questions from one point of 'Very Good' to 5 points of 'Very Bad.' Collected materials were analysed through an electronic calculation into the average value, the standard deflection, percentage, person correlative number, $X^2-test, m$ stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the result from this research is as follows; 1. The average age of the subjective person of this investigation is 28.6 and the average career as a nurse is 6.0 years. 2. The Open-disposition that technical nurses showed is mostly half and half. 3. The Active-disposition of professional nurses was discovered affirmative largely and what they said in their questionnaires describes that they are very active answering $88.2\%$ for the disposition of self-control, $87.3\%$ for the people who think the training more seriously. 4. It was found out that the wise·disposition of technical nurse showed $90.7\%$ of 'Yes' about a new alternative of inquisitive question and we can see a progressive and profound aspect here. 5. As technical character of nurses, mutual relations between Active-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise­disposition were very profitably revealed as 0.42 in justice relations and also suggested that relations between Open-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise-disposition are 0.27 and 0.20 respectively. 6. What nurses recognize about the environment of hospital organization is reasonably acceptable while they feel very bad about rewards and punishments showing average 3.1 comparing to average 2.2 about time­control each other. Considering the prosperity of Active-disposition upon the result what I mentioned above, th possibility which is contributed to the productive improvement of hospital organization is very great and I think it can be more developed as a professional woman who has a strong motive of accomplishment, in advance.

간호조무사의 근무환경인식과 성격성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Environment Recognition and the Caracter Disposition of Nurse Aides)

  • As the whole world took on the tendency to be highly industrialized, it became necessary for each field of occupation to require professional man power. Especially, since the World War n, the participation of woman power in economic activities has been continually increasing. In our country also, because of the rapid economic growth, change in the way of thinking of women as well as their participation in economic activities are increasing. Thus, woman power is being utilized in various occupational fields from simple physical labor to those that require high-professional skill. Also, continued economic development policies, by setting the establishment of welfare society as the ideology to be fulfilled, brought expansion of medical facilities in the field of public health and increase in man power in that field. As for the nursing specialists, more than 6000 have been being produced per year and as of the end of 1988, the total number of nursing specialists, reached 123, 115. Therefore, this study is done to recognize the professional knowledge and ability of nursing specialists, who take up $40\%$ of the total public-health related man power in our country, through evaluating their working environment and their disposition of character. This study, which was done from September 18th to September 30th 1989, took on the method of using formed questionnaires that had been amended and supplemented during two preparatory investigations, 322 of such questionnaires were used as an analytical material. In the formation of questionnaires, 12 questions were related to the working environment, and 26 in fortotal were related to the disposition of character, 5 for wise-disposition, 11 for activedisposition and 10 for open-disposition. The measuring method, which used 5-point-standard, allowed 5 points for affirmative recognition of the working environment, also 5 points for showing wise, active and open disposition of character and only point in opposite cases. Collected materials were analyzed, through an electronic calculation, into the average value, the standard deflection percentage, pearson corelative number and stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the results from this study is as follows: 1. It was shown that the nursing specialists with the average of 3.07 have affirmative recognition of their working environment. The questions which drew most affirmative reaction were those concerning finance-management system such as hand, the questions that received negative reaction were those concerning communication method with the average of 2.49. Such reaction seems to have resulted from the cramming regulation by the superior authorities. Concerning the recognition of working environment in relation to employment conditions, more affirmative recognition is shown with the average of 3.14. at hospitals where injection job is not performed. The nursing specialists working at regular hospitals show more affirmative recognition than those at general hospitals, the averages being respectiely 3.16 and 3.03. 2. As for the disposition of character of the nursing specialists, active-disposition was highest with the average of 3.38, next was wise-disposition with 3.20 and the lowest was open-diposition with 2.98. Variable-wise disposition of character shows that wise-disposition and academic background are beneficially correlated by 0.12. Ative-disposition and open-disposition show correlation to the office term by respectively 0.16 and 0.21. In other words. better academic background leads to higher wise-disposition and more - experience results in higher active and open disposition. Also, the class that performs the injection job, in relation to the working environment, might cause change in the self-conceit that identify those in that class with the nurses; however, as far as professional judgment and action, in dealing with nursing job, being wise, active and open is concerned, not much effect is made. 3. The relation between the recognition of the working environment and the disposition of character is that more afirmative recognition- a nursing specialist has about her working environment, the higher the active-disposition becomes by 0.13. The degrees of the relation between recongnition of environment and wise and open dispositions show respectively 0.06 and -0.06 and -0.06. That is to say that when having more affirmative recognition of the working environment, a nursing specialist shows wise but closed disposition of character. This, howerver, didn't mean much statistically. When observing the results mentioned above, it is conspicuous that the nursing specialists, working as substitutes for the nurse at medical institutions of various sizes, get the feeling of being somewhat equal to the nurses and to some extent, fulfill their desire to accomplish their ego; however, as far as professional ability expansion if concerned. they lack wise and open dispositions. Therefore, considiering upon the results of this study, in medical institutions where the work of nursing specialists is regaded equal to that of the nurses, as a medical member who deals with human lives, it is desirable to make the nursing specialists work under the supervision of the nurses and to offer them continuous education to strengthen and improve their natural dispositions.
