2008년 7월 노인장기요양보험제도 도입으로 공적 급여가 시작된 장기요양서비스 중 복지용구는 노인의 자립생활 지원 및 가족의 수발부담 경감 효과가 기대되는 중요한 서비스이다. 새로운 제도 도입 후 일 년이 경과한 현 시점에서 소비자에게 직접 복지용구를 제공하고 있는 복지용구사업소의 운영 현황을 파악하고자 전국 복지용구사업소를 대상으로 우편설문조사를 실시하였다. 194개소의 조사 자료를 분석한 결과, 대부분의 복지용구사업소는 관리, 인력, 시설, 서비스 등의 측면에서 보완해야할 여러 가지 문제들이 발견되었다. 복지용구사업소의 월매출액은 평균 797만원에 불과하여 경영상 어려움을 가질 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 배상책임보험은 절반 정도만이 가입되어 있어 사고 시 대비할 수 있는 체계가 갖추어지지 않은 경우가 많았으며, 정규직 인력 평균 2.6명 중 사회복지사 및 물리치료사는 약 20%에 불가하며 전문적 교육을 이수한 경험은 거의 없었다. 뿐만 아니라 세정소독시설을 갖춘 사업소 중 오염청결구역을 구분하는 비율은 44.8%에 불과하여 실제 세정·소독의 의미가 없는 경우가 많았다. 이에 양질의 복지용구서비스가 이루어지기 위해서는 배상책임보험 가입을 통한 불의의 사고에 대비, 복지용구 관련 인력에 대한 교육, 대여 복지용구의 세정소독 관리 강화 등이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

국산 의료기기 산업에 대한 다양한 투자와 신기술 도입에 따라 국내의료기기 산업은 비약적인 증가를 하고 있으나 국내 대형의료기관의 국산의료기기 사용률은 여전히 저조한 것으로 조사되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 대형병원에서의 국산 의료기기 사용률과 사용자 및 관리자의 인식조사를 수행하여 국산의료기기의 개선점을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내 4곳의 국립대학교병원을 대상으로 전체 의료기기의 종류와 국산 의료기기 사용률에 대한 조사를 진행하고 이를 바탕으로 의료기기 중 중점조사 대상 의료기기를 선정하였다. 중점조사대상 의료기를 대상으로 고장통계와 사용자 인식조사를 수행하였으며 이를 통해 중점조사대상 의료기기의 개선사항을 제시하였다.

Recently, due to the primary emphasis of health industry and to the restriction of budget, setting the priorities for effective and efficient investment on the medical device and material products has been one of the critical issues in the government sector. This paper shows how an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model can be used for assessing selected medical device and material products for grant of the Ministry of Health & Welfare. The final results show that unabsorbable suture is the most attractive medical device product among 88 evaluated products, followed by IV cannula, central venous catheter.

In this paper, the research and development aim to strengthen the digital accessibility of the elderly by developing a kiosk incorporating AI voice recognition technology that can replace the promotional signage currently being installed and spread in the elderly and social welfare centers most frequently used by the digital underprivileged. It was intended to develop a converged system for the use of bulletin board functions, educational functions, and welfare center facilities, and to seek ways to increase the user's digital device experience through direct experience and education. Through interviews and surveys of senior citizens and social welfare centers, it was intended to collect problems and pain Points that the elderly currently experience in the process of using kiosks and apply them to the development process, and improve problems through pilot services. Through this study, it was confirmed that voice recognition technology is 2 to 6 times faster than keyboard input, so it is helpful for the elderly who are not familiar with device operation. However, it is necessary to improve the problem that there is a difference in the accuracy of the recognition rate according to the surrounding environment with noise. Through small efforts such as this study, we hope that the elderly will be a little free from digital alienation.

본 연구는 의료기기 안전성에 관한 의료인들의 인식(지식, 태도)과 행동에 관한 기초현황을 파악하여 보고, 직종 간 차이를 평가해보기 위한 탐색적 조사연구이다. 인천광역시에 소재한 900병상 규모의 상급종합병원을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 220명의 응답 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 연구대상 의료인들은 대체적으로 의료기기 종류에 따른 잠재적 위험성에 대한 인식이 갖춰져 있고, 의료기기 안전성 교육의 필요성을 느끼고 있었다. 또한 의료진들의 직종 간 의료기기 안전성에 관한 인식의 차이를 살펴봤을 때, 등급 높은 의료기기를 주로 사용하지만 의료기기 안전에 관한 인식이 가장 낮은 전공의를 대상으로 하는 의료기기 안전교육의 필요성이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후 전국규모의 연구를 통하여 자료의 질을 향상하고 결과의 수준을 높이며, 이를 바탕으로 의료기기 안전성 관리에 있어 정책적, 교육적 기반으로 활용할 필요가 있다.

기술의 발전과 기대수명의 증가 및 출산율 저하로 인한 인구 고령화로 의료기기와 의료용품들이 병원으로부터 일반인이 사용할 수 있는 가정과 일반 사회로의 이동이 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나 한국에서는 "가정용 의료기기"라는 용어에 대한 정의마저 불명확한 상황이며, 이에 본 연구에서는 글로벌 시장에서의 "가정용 의료기기"의 개념과 한국에서 사용되는 개념을 비교 연구하였다. 미국의 FDA의 가정용 의료기기에 대한 정의는 전문 의료기관과 가정에서 동시에 사용될 수 있는 의료기기를 포함하고 있으나, 한국에서는 식약처가 가정용 의료기기에 대한 정의를 하지 않고 있으며, 소비자를 대상으로 한 조사의 결과로 가정용 의료기기에 대한 정의를 유추하여 왔다. 유헬스케어 시대의 도래로 파라다임이 바뀌고 있는 상황에서, 한국에서도 병원과 가정에서 동시에 사용이 가능한 의료기기를 가정용 의료기기로 포함시켜야 할 것이다.

This purposes of this study is to develope policies on the facilities for the elderly care in Korea. Methodology of this study adopts comparative analysis on the facilities for the elderly care in 6 countries which have experienced various problems on the elderly. These 6 countries are Japan, Sweden, America, Australian, England and Germany. Major issues for comparative analysis are the standard of care facilities, residence condition, finance of facilities establishment and expense, operating system, management, and the law and administrative structure about the facilities for the elderly care. The elderly people need various kinds of welfare services such as medical care facilities, nursing home facilities, home care facilities etc.. Thus the public policies for the aging population nations are compose of income maintenance program, health and medical care services and social welfare services. The policies of facilities for elderly care are very important since these policies include the characteristics of income maintenance, me\ulcorner미 care program and welfare program. This study willsupply basic data for the development of facilities for the elderly care in Korea, especially conceming the system and institutional device of the facilities.

인구의 고령화와 국민의 소득증대에 따라 정보통신기술을 활용한 새로운 형태의 보건의료서비스인 유헬스케어에 대한 관심과 보급이 증가되어 가고 있어 이러한 용도의 유헬스 의료기기의 안전성 확보를 위한 사용환경을 고려한 안전성 및 성능 평가방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유헬스의료기기와 관련된 국제규격(IEC)과 국내규격(KS)을 참고하여 유헬스케어의료기기의 사용환경에 대한 안전성을 평가할 수 있는 기준 및 방법과 전원문제등을 고려한 필수성능을 평가할 수 있는 기준 및 방법을 개발하였다.

Many SMEs are interested in entering the dementia industry as the national dementia responsibility system begins in earnest. However, it is ambiguous about which technology and field to enter, and accordingly, it is impossible to make a quick judgment and misses the time to enter the market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a simple but clear information to many SMEs in this situation, which products and related technologies will be able to help product development and market entry in the dementia prevention and diagnosis technology market more easily. In this regard, I would like to suggest the direction through hierarchical analysis (AHP) through conducting with a group of experts who can make professional judgments about the development of dementia medical technology, including the four-year university senior welfare department, nurses, directors and directors of long-term care institutions, medical device workers and experts' opinions on what sectors SMEs can most effectively apply to product development to enter the dementia market.

Objective: This study compared the muscle activities of the erector spinae (ES), the external oblique (EO), and the rectus abdominis (RA) on three different surfaces. The purpose of this study was to determine which surface induces the highest muscle activity during the plank exercises. The information from this study can be used to recommend plank exercises to athletes and patients with weak core muscles. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: The subjects include 20 adult males attending S University in Seoul. Participants completed each plank exercise on three different surfaces. To measure muscle activities, researchers used the values from electromyography. The measurement excluded the initial two and final two seconds and collected information on the RA, EO, and ES in each posture of each subject. Results: The left external oblique showed significant differences between the plank position on stable ground (ST) and the plank position using a suspension device (SL) (p<0.05) and between the plank position on the unstable ground (US) and SL (p<0.05). The right rectus abdominis and left rectus abdominis displayed statistically significant differences between the ST and the US (p<0.05) and between the ST and the SL (p<0.05). The right erector spinae had a statistically significant difference between ST and US (p<0.05). Conclusions: The plank exercise strengthens the core muscles effectively, and muscle activity is related to the posture of the exercise and the location of the muscle. These results suggest that plank exercises improve muscle activities. Additionally, plank exercises can be applied to general medical care.
