This study is to observe the effectiveness of the applied model and to present the improvement plan and directions for development for the case management practical model suitable for the actual condition of Korea Labor Welfare Co. and needs of the industrial injury patients. The concrete purpose of this study is: First, observe the difference of stressor experience and experience degree between the experimental group and the comparative group. Second, observe the difference of stress of the experimental group and the comparative group. Third, find out how the stress affects the support degree and satisfaction degree. Fourth, present the improvement plan of case management model, which can promote the psychosocial rehabilitation of the industrial injury patient based on the research results. The outline of the main research results identified in this study is as follows. The stressors the industrial injury patients perceived are health problems, family matters, the problems concerning hospital recuperation (hospital staff and environmental problems), economical problems, problems of coming back to society, problems with companies, problems with Korea labour Welfare Co. and other problems. And the experience of stressor was prominently lower in experimental group than comparative group in the whole problem, health problem, problems with Korea Labour-Welfare Co. and other problems. The stressor experience degree was conspicuously lower in experimental group in the whole problem experience degree, health problem experience degree, problem with Korea Labour Co. experience degree and other problem experience degree. Besides whether or not the case management is applied is having a prominent affect on the primary factor affecting the stressor experience degree, therefore the patients applied with case management has less stressor than the patient who didn't. The difference of degree of tension experienced by the stressor in both groups, the degree of stress, was not conspicuous in statistics so it shows that the application of case management in this research has not affected the degree of tension. The field which had been the most help was emotional support in help level the experimental group perceived through applying case management about industrial accident patients and recuperation, compensation problem, medical treatment problem, family matters has been helpful in this order. The help level of the whole problem was in higher level than the middle value. The stress factor which affects the case management problem settlement is the whole body of stress. The satisfaction level of help through applying case management was highest in emotional support and family matters, recuperation problem, company problem, compensation problem, and medical treatment problem was the next highest. The satisfaction level of the whole problem was higher than the middle value. The stress factor affecting the satisfaction level of help is the whole body of stress. Therefore to reduce the stress level of industrial accident patients and for them to come back to local societies, we need to reinforce the continuance and responsibility of case management model, increase staff, reinforce the role of counsel and medical treatment, intervene in the patient's plan of leaving the hospital, develop social support system and the need to establish After Care Center.
The current radiation safety management system is also applied to radiation practices at universities. The application of the law raised concerns about poor radiation practice education and hindering the development of radiology. Accordingly, the Korean Radiology Professors Association needed to grasp the reality of the management system for radiation practice education at each university and the current radiation safety management system in the department of Radiological science. So, a survey was conducted on heads of radiological science departments across the country. Through the survey, it was found that the current application of the Nuclear Safety Act to radiation safety management in the department of Radiological science is excessively restrictive and not very effective. In addition, radiology practice education for the purpose of training health and medical professionals should be controlled by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Centers for Disease Control, but there is a problem of being supervised by the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission. Therefore, in this study, as a legal improvement plan to solve this problem, first, a plan according to a partial amendment to the Higher Education Act, second, a plan to be supervised by the Ministry of Health and Welfare through the amendment of article 37 of the Medical Service Act, third, article 20-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Medical Service Technologists Act was newly inserted to propose three measures to be supervised by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
Purpose: The study tried to suggest the ways to improve the national disability welfare information projects with evaluating the present condition of the projects. Method: Firstly, the study analyzed the disability information system and disability websites. Secondly, the study found out the problems of the registration of disability and management system through the situation analysis. Finally, the study conducted a survey of the disabled and the information system workers and performance evaluation of the information system. Result: The study offered a proposal of The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS) for the disability registration and management. When the disabled visit the hospital or the public health center, their information is registered automatically in The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS), which helps not to miss out the disability registration. Through this system, they are given the proper service which they need, and the information can be shared with the facilities providing the service for the disabled. Conclusion: The Disability Unity Management System(DUMS) contributes significantly in avoiding the repetition of the support for the disabled and improving the quality of service.
Objectives: Pharmacopuncture is a new form of acupuncture treatment that injects herbal medicine into acupuncture points. This paper introduces the management status of pharmacopuncture through accreditation, and examines the effect of accreditation on pharmacopuncture management. Methods: The Accreditation System of External Herbal Dispensaries (EHDs) of traditional Korean medicine clinics announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in September 2018 were investigated. Results: The Accreditation System of EHDs assesses and certifies herbal medicine and pharmacopuncture preparations. Regular components for the 'pharmacopuncture' certification consist of nine standards, 30 categories, and 165 items. The nine standards include: herbal dispensary facilities, clean room management, management and organization operation, employee management, document management, continuous quality control, herbal medicine management, management of preparation, and pavement management. Conclusion: Through EHD accreditation and certification system, traditional Korean medicine clinics and EHDs can now manage pharmacopuncture medicine quality and promise safe pharmacopuncture treatment for the people.
In terms of theory, this study differentiates the definition of collaboration management and provides the different angle to find collaboration determinants. In terms of practice, stressing the necessity of establishing and practicing the plan for collaboration management, it suggests us that promising strategies of management for inter-organizational collaboration in korean children and youth social service arena should be prepared. Through examining the theories, it is found that collaboration management like formal and informal meeting, contract, appointing the staff for collaboration is different from the former organizational factors. Collaboration management is found to be a factor accelerating the collaboration and differentiating from collaboration result itself. It is found that collaboration management factor affects the clients being refereed, providing some kinds of programs, and getting them. It means that the policy of organization which makes the staffs to participate at meetings to obtain various programs that other organizations provide, draws the agreement for collaboration, and arranges internal system for collaboration like appointing special staff activates the collaboration among organizations. Findings of this study provides us some recommendations. The efforts to develop technique, know-how, and management theory should be made in the Korean society. Organizations and the government should encourage organizations to manage the collaboration among them and make an effort to initiate policies and programs.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the retirement pension system on workers' retirement income security and job commitment, and to verify the mediating effect of corporate welfare satisfaction in the relationship between the retirement pension system's retirement income security and job commitment. Employees of domestic K-company, which have been implementing the retirement pension system since 2011, were surveyed, and 403 copies of the final data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The analysis results are as follows. First, as the sub-factors of the retirement income security, the guarantee of the retirement benefits right and the income replacement rate had a significant positive(+) effect on job commitment. Second, as sub-factors of the retirement income security, the income replacement rate and customized retirement design had a significant positive(+) effect on corporate welfare satisfaction. Third, corporate welfare satisfaction had a significant positive(+) effect on job commitment. Fourth, it was found that the relationship between the income replacement rate and job commitment, which are sub-factors of retirement income security, is mediated by diversity and the level of benefits, sub-factors of corporate welfare satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that the implementation of the retirement pension system enhances the employee's job commitment and corporate welfare satisfaction, and is also important for corporate management.
This study tried to formulate and operate an interdisciplinary case management team in Eun-Pyung Gu, Seoul. This was a part of an effort to promote efficiency of service delivery system for low-income elderly or the handicapped by linking. coordinating. and integrating various health and human services providers. In-depth qualitative analysis described the process of which the interdisciplinary case management team was formed, along with the process of the team operation. The interdisciplinary team consisted of home helpers, visiting nurses, and social workers from Health Center and Social Welfare Centers. Issues dealt with by the team include: 1) information exchange of clients' social, economic, and medical situations; 2) identification of types of service provision to clients; 3) clients' needs assessment and its prioritization; 4) assignment of a leading case manager for each case; 5) identification of problems and issues regarding integration of service delivery system The team approach to case management contributed to the systematic delivery of services to the elderly and the handicapped by avoiding service duplication and fragmentation. This study argued that public agency played a key role in constituting and operating the interdisciplinary case management team Suggestions for further studies were presented.
The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at an diesel engine manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the diesel engine fuel injection system manufacturing company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.
Nursing Homes do not have a defined standard in the space area nor does it have a detailed standard facility requirement by law. This can possibly lead to the deterioration of the facility and the system. This directly affects the medical treatment space area within the nursing home. The medical treatment area provides medical treatment to seniors and this is where the seniors get most of their daily services. Therefore, this is research is about the study of the space area of the medical center and the ratio trend of the space area for the medical treatment facility located in senior nursing homes. Ten facilities have been selected in this study to analyze the correlation factors between space area and its trends. The analysis performed includes the conditions relating to the area and what affects the center. We have followed up with a proposal for improvement of the facility and area configuration for the medical treatment facility. Based on the analysis, the following conclusion can be made: First, the senior welfare centers are mostly used as a residence purpose followed a temporary stay of residence facility for the seniors. Second, research indicates that the bigger the facility, nursing and public functions took a larger portion of the space area compared to other services within the senior welfare centers. Third, the study shows the management space area took up about 1%~6% of the entire medical center within the nursing home which is a narrow space area because of the integrated management. Fourth, analysis based on the trend in the time-series indicate after the adoption of the system, there is a continued decline in the space area of nursing, management and public areas. Lastly, since before and after 2008, the space area composition of the nursing facility shows a continuous decline in our study. We can safely conclude that the revised senior welfare act's construction plan has an effect in the facility and is effectively working to meet its requirement. Therefore, the revision of the law is required to reflect the social needs of the residents.
