High Internet usage and the public's keen interest on health have influenced the health care system, and a potential value of the online health information and medical consultation market is immense. This study reveals results from data collected from Seoul residents in the age group of 20s in 2011. Out of 499 respondents, 75.2% answered that they used online health information; however, only 7.2% answered that they have used online medical consultation services. Findings on the purposes of using online medical consultation included treatments of symptoms(33.6%) and self-disciplines of one's health(19.5%). Mostly used Websites for health information search included search engines and blogs, but respondents preferred to use government sites and hospital sites in the future. When choosing a medical consultation, respondents preferred a certain website for different reasons including creditability of the consultant(23.7%), creditability of the organization(23.7%), rapid responses(21.2%), and more. Overall, although health information search via web is being highly utilized among people in their 20s, utilization of online medical consulting is not. Thus, promotion efforts to increase awareness and utilization of online medical consulting based on the site selection criteria, type of personal information disclosure, and other preferences are essential. Also, creating websites meeting these criteria is important.
Many users visit websites every day to perform information retrieval, shopping, and community activities. On the other hand, there is intense competition among sites which attempt to profit from the Internet users. Thus, the owners or marketing officers of each site try to design a variety of marketing strategies including cooperation with other sites. Through such cooperation, a site can share customers' information, mileage points, and hyperlinks with other sites. To create effective cooperation, it is crucial to choose an appropriate partner site that may have many potential customers. Unfortunately, it is exceedingly difficult to identify such an appropriate partner among the vast number of sites. In this paper, therefore, we devise a new methodology for recommending appropriate partner sites to each site. For this purpose, we perform site clustering from the perspective of visitors' similarities, and then identify a group of sites that has a number of common customers. We then analyze the potential for the practical use of the proposed methodology through its application to approximately 140 million actual site browsing histories.
This study examined the role of interpretation with various practices in art museums to seek a new meaning and a concept of art museum today. The exploration of interpretation would he a starting point to discuss about on art museums with professionals in each art-related field. While museums recognize the concept of interpretation and the scope of the functions in different levels, the study focused on the practices of collecting and exhibiting that will entrust the museum new realms of activities toward the audience. In particular, its emphases are set force on the information on the collections via the museum's web sites, interpretation policies, and theories and methodologies in exhibition development. Art museum websites well reflect how museums utilize the new medium to enhance the understanding of art works by providing in-depth art historical information, comprehensive contexts, and subject/concept based search methods. In recent decades, these have enacted changes to expand dimensions of interpretive functions in most museums, particularly in the United States and others. In an administrative perspective, Tate Gallery Interpretation Policy became an good example how an art museum put its interpretation philosophy as the basis of interpreting collection and public programs. The current study examines whether consumers' perceived usefulness of and trust in the integrated mobile payments services positively influence consumer loyalty to the payments system as well as to the online shopping websites where they have used the payments system. Moreover, the study investigates the effects of individual characteristics and brand awareness of the provider of mobile payments on perceived usefulness and trust. Online survey was administered to consumers ranging in age from 20s to 40s. Data analysis reveals that as consumers' perceived usefulness of and trust in the mobile payments system positively influence consumer loyalty to mobile payments and shopping mall websites. The results of the study suggests that e-commerce's user interface design, particularly the transaction system, should receive greater attention as a basic web element of e-commerce building rather than a set of plug-ins or so.
Objectives : According to the data from the 2016 Yearbook of Traditional Korean Medicine, 10 out of 12 medical schools of Korean medicine are offering medical ethics. Medical ethics has become essential in Korean medicine education, but there has been no agreement on the content of education yet, so initial discussions are necessary with respect to the content and methods of education. Methods : In this study, basic data were collected by searching papers, reports, books, and media articles on medical ethics related to Korean medicine education, and by studying the website of medical schools of Korean medicine nationwide. Based on the collected data, the status of medical ethics lectures were determined and compared with the current state of medical ethics lectures by western medical schools. The contents suitable for medical ethics education at medical schools of Korean medicine were discussed. Results : The topics of the medical ethics include: the basic concepts of medical ethics, the ethics of birth, the ethics associated with genetics, the ethics associated with death, and the ethics regarding doctor-patient interaction, the ethics of medical research, medical rationing ethics, ethics between medical staffs, medical law and ethics, philosophical base of medical ethics, ethics of doctor as professional, and moral personality formation of doctor. The contents of medical ethics in traditional Korean medicine reflected views on the human body and life based on "Huangdi's Internal Classic"and medical ethics from the viewpoints of Buddhism and Confucianism. Conclusions : Medical schools of Korean medicine are medical training institutions, and medical ethics education is essential to become a Korean medicine doctor as professional worker, medical practitioner, and biomedical researcher. There is no fundamental difference in the basic principles of medical ethics in both western and Korean medicine, and there are differences in contents depending on the clinical practice. The contents of medical ethics on clinical practice should be modified for Korean medicine doctors, and traditional Korean medicine ethics would be set up upon that. In the national licensing examination, medical ethics needs to be added as one part so that all the ethical problems related to the clinical situation can be solved.

Despite the fact there are a lot of customer participation in the Internet environment, Customers Participation has been given little attention in the academic literature. This study explores the effect of the properties of Internet infra on customers participation. The implications of this study are as follows. First, by reviewing the literature on the performance and process of customers participation in the marketing activities, this study identifies why customers did not participate in the marketing activities under non-Internet environment. Second, this study identifies the properties of Internet infra influencing customers informative participation. Third, we suggest some managerial strategies for enhancing the performance of a company by customer participation. Consequently, we suggest managerial implications for completely different marketing strategies in response to customers participation in the marketing activities under the digital environment.

Telecommunications standards have two different types of regulations: one is a law. enacted by government which all telecommunications related industries must observe. The other is a recommendatory standards. formulated by either government agency or some standardization organizations. Observation of these standards is not obligatory. However, technical standards are strict laws and ordinances based on common judgement and various conditions for evaluation of levels and limits. This paper deals with enhancing productivity of enactment and revision of technical standards. Through database of above related information we secure information continuity and public property of cyber space for the public. In this paper. we also classify recent data within the website in and out of the country offering four different methods of information retrieval and management system. The four retrieval methods suggested in this paper are itemized keyword retrieval. hierarchical retrieval, regulatory keyword retrieval and chronological keyword retrieval. These various retrieval methods provide the public with information of enactment and amendment of laws and regulations in the cyber space. thereby guarantees the sharing of information. Finally the important feature of the information retrieval system implemented in this paper is the online updating capability of law and regulations through the internet.
Virtual communities have been suggested to play important roles such as attracting customers, building customer loyalty, and leading to commercial transactions. Little research in marketing has focused on virtual communities in spite of its importance indicated by many practitioners and conceptual studies. More specifically, little research has empirically examined factors of customer participation and its consequences. This research investigate if customers' participation motives in virtual communities affect their sense of community and if sense of community affects customers' loyalty towards and purchase intentions from the website offering the community service. One hundred ninety six questionnaires were collected from individuals who have participated in and have been involved in online activities in various virtual communities. Major results of this research can be summarized as follows. First, participation motives employed significantly affected customers' sense of community and more specifically, perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness had a large influence on the customers' sense of community. Second, customers' sense of community positively affected their loyalty toward the community and more specifically, membership and emotional connection had a large influence on loyalty. Third, customers' sense of community did not affect directly their purchase intentions. Fourth, customers' loyalty toward virtual communities had a significant, positive, although marginal, influence on their purchase intentions.
This paper analyzed the current level of the middle school academic achievement in Changwon City and explored the ways for improving academic achievement of the middle school in Changwon City. The data used in the analysis were the results of National Assessment of Educational Achievement of middle school students from 2013 to 2016 which was released on the school's information website(www.schoolinfo.go.kr) First, the analysis found that the academic achievement level of the middle school in Changwon City was not higher than those of Gwangju, Daejeon, and Ulsan, where the population size is similar. Second, the level of academic achievement among middle schools in Changwon City differed by year. Third, the level of academic achievement of middle school in Changwon City differed by district. Fourth, the educational achievement gap among middle schools in Changwon City existed by public and private school, as well as by male school, female school, and male and female Middle School. The paper suggested that schools with low ratio of proficient and above achievement levels should look for ways to raise the percentage of proficient and above achievement levels, and schools with higher rates of below basic achievement should make efforts to solve the problem.
