웹 기반 리포팅 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Web-based Reporting System)

  • 리포팅 시스템은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 정형화된 형식으로 출력할 수 있는 시스템이다. 클라이언트/서버 환경에서는 원격의 사용자는 클라이언트에서 동작하는 컴포넌트를 이용하여 서버의 데이터를 가공, 처리하여 원하는 형식의 문서 양식으로 출력을 할 수 있었으나, 웹 기반의 인트라넷 구축이 보편화되면서 이와 같은 클라이언트/서버 시스템 구조의 리포팅 시스템이 웹 기반의 환경으로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 웹 기반의 시스템 환경에서 사용자가 브라우저를 통해 서버에 접속하고, 서버의 데이터베이스를 검색, 처리한 결과를 원하는 형식으로 파일 저장 또는 인쇄 출력할 수 있도록 지원하는 기능이다. 본 연구 결과는 텍스트 및 그래픽 기능을 지원하며, 실시간 데이터 연동 기능이 가지는 컴포넌트를 개발하였으며, 특히, 서버 시스템에 독립적으로 동작하도록 자바를 이용한 표준 인터페이스로 구현하였다. 특히, 망 관리 시스템의 리포팅 컴포넌트로 구현, 적용함으로써 사용자 인터페이스 및 기능을 검증하였다.

임베디드 리눅스를 이용한 웹 기반 빌딩자동화시스템 (Web-based Building Automation System using Embedded Linux)

  • In this paper, a Web-based management system for the building network is described. A multi-protocol converter based on SoC and embedded Linux is designed. The open source licensing, reliability, and broad hardware support are key reasons for use of embedded Linux in embedded industry. The multi-protocol converter integrates control network of RS-485 and LonWorks devices through TCP/IP protocol for a client with Java applet. The system consists of three-tier architecture, such as a client, a server that is performed on a multi-protocol converter, and control devices. The developed system includes the inverter motor control system with modbus protocol for the RS-485 network. The experiment results show that the multi-protocol converter using embedded Linux is a flexible and effective way to builda Web -based monitoring and control system.

A Hybrid Service Orchestration Framework based on BPEL4WS

  • As the value of B2B integration gets more importance and the business process becomes more complex, BPEL4WS standard has been focused for the solution of the problems which is based on web service technology. Many vendors implement the standard in their systems to integrate B2B and web service based inner-Enterprise Application(EA)s. But there is no way to use the standard to integrate non-web service based EAs, because the standard is designed only for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) over web services. This paper proposes Hybrid Service Orchestration Framework to participate web services and also non-web service based EAs in the business process as a partner using BPEL4WS standard. The framework introduces Hybrid Service Architecture to represent non-web service based EAs as a service, so BPEL4WS could be used to integrate web services and non-web service based EAs. And the framework also introduces Hybrid Service Toolkit to support software level facilities. The paper also introduces Hybrid Orchestration System that is based on Hybrid Service Orchestration Framework.

  • Urban renewal projects, in the form of mega-projects, are being actively implemented both nationally and internationally to revitalize inactive cities. These programs, however, are difficult to manage efficiently due to their need for a large budget over a long period of time and due to conflicts with stockholders. Moreover, existing cost and duration management systems are structured with emphasis on the design and construction stage of unit projects, thus limiting their application to long-term mega-projects that are integrated with various facilities. To solve these problems, this study developed a web-based system that can collectively manage the cost and duration of mega-projects at a program level. The unit modules included in the system--CBS organization, construction cost and duration prediction, and total cost and duration prediction--can support decision-making at the early stage of the program. Furthermore, the modules, which include contract management, execution management, change management, and program progress management, support the program operations for its successful accomplishment. The web-based cost and duration management system developed in this study is expected to be used as a valuable tool that supports the successful accomplishment of mega-projects through their efficient management throughout their life cycle.

  • Many companies in mechanical engineering fields have accumulated information of design and manufacturing. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems help information gathering and data managing. However, these systems are not flexible to support suitable functionality for specific product because these systems deal with entire enterprise resources. To cope with this issue, a web-based design support system was constructed for the design process of automotive steel pulley. This system provided 1) search service for part design with key word and clustering map, and 2) estimation service of maximum stress. These services reduced design time by reducing iterative jobs with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) for stress analysis, and by enhancing search for existing data of steel pulley.

GIS AND WEB-BASED DSS FOR PRELIMINARY TMDL DEVELOPMENT

  • TMDL development and implementation have great potential fur use in efforts to improve water quality management, but the TMDL approach still has several difficulties to overcome in terms of cost, time requirements, and suitable methodologies. A well-defined prioritization approach for identifying watersheds of concern among several tar-get locations that would benefit from TMDL development and implementation, based on a simple screening approach, could be a major step in solving some of these difficulties. Therefore, a web-based decision support system (DSS) was developed to help identify areas within watersheds that might be priority areas for TMDL development. The DSS includes a graphical user interface based on the HTML protocol, hydrological models, databases, and geographic information system (GIS) capabilities. The DSS has a hydrological model that can estimate non-point source pollution loading based on over 30 years of daily direct runoff using the curve number method and pollutant event mean concentration data. The DSS provides comprehensive output analysis tools using charts and tables, and also provides probability analysis and best management practice cost estimation. In conclusion, the DSS is a simple, affordable tool for the preliminary study of TMDL development via the Internet, and the DSS web site can also be used as an information web server for education related to TMDL.

  • 기존의 건설지원시스템은 주로 문자정보를 대상으로 구축되어 지형이나 공간정보와 같은 실 세계에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 취약점이 있으나, GIS(Geographic Information System)는 이러한 문제에 대해 공간정보의 제공뿐만 아니라 설계지원시스템과 연계하여 효율적이고 체계적인 정보의 분석 및 지원 기능을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이에 대하여 다양한 네트워크의 구축 및 이를 통한 정보서비스의 발전은 GIS의 제공방식과 내용을 변모시키고 있으며 네트워크 상에서 즉각적으로 사용자에게 다양하고 동적인 GIS 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 Web GIS의 활용이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설진행상황을 즉각적으로 확인하고 실시간으로 업무보고 및 업무지시를 수행함으로써 원격공정관리를 가능하게 하고, 나아가 단지 문서적인 업무보고에만 의존하여 보고자의 의도에 따라 수동적으로 의사결정을 내리던 관행에서 벗어나 Web GIS에 기반한 건설공사 정보관리시스템을 개발함으로써 건설공사 현황을 직관적으로 판단하고 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • 본 논문은 IoT 제어를 위한 효율적인 웹 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다. 웹 서비스 성능 향상을 위한 사물 정보들을 웹상에서 실시간 확인할 수 있는 시스템 구성을 제안하기 위하여 사물 정보 수신 모듈과 웹 뷰어 시스템을 구성하였다. IoT 디바이스가 점차 늘어나면서 많은 디바이스의 상태를 각각 확인하고 제어하기에는 너무나도 환경이 복잡해진다. 이러한 문제점을 웹 기반 환경에서 손쉽게 제어하고 현재의 상태정보를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 제안하였다.

뇌졸중 환자와 가족을 위한 웹 기반 뇌졸중 이차예방 교육 프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of a Web-based Education Program to Prevent Secondary Stroke)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop an e-Learning program that assists nursing students' clinical Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and evaluate a web-based education program for secondary stroke prevention. Methods: A web-based secondary stroke prevention education program was developed using the system's life cycle methods and evaluated by comparing the effects of education among three groups, a web group, a booklet group and a control group. Results: Knowledge level of both patients and family, as well as some health behavior compliance in the web-based and booklet education groups were significantly higher than those of the control group. Family support in the web-based and booklet education groups was significantly higher than that of the control group after 12 weeks. The urine cotinine level in the web-based education group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 12 weeks. Medication adherence, blood pressure and perceived health status were not statistically different among the three groups at any time. Conclusion: Webbased and booklet education programs were equally effective regarding the level of knowledge of patients and their families, family support, health behavior compliance, and urine cotinine level. These results demonstrate the potential use of a webbased education program for secondary stroke prevention.

CBD에 의한 온톨로지 기반 시맨틱 웹 서비스 생성 (Generation of semantic Web service based on Ontology by CBD)

  • 본 연구는 자바와 C++ 컴포넌트로부터 동적으로 웹 서비스를 생성하기 위한 연구로써, 온톨로지를 이용하여 시맨틱 웹 서비스를 지원하고자 한다. 시맨틱 웹 서비스는 웹의 내용뿐 만 아니라 웹 서비스의 접근을 용이하게 하는 장점이 있다. 이를 위해 컴포넌트를 위한 시맨틱 서비스 발견이 필요하며, 컴포넌트로부터 웹서비스를 생성하기 위해 온톨로지 기반 프레임워크를 활용한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 컴포넌트와 온톨로지를 UML 모델로 변환시키고, 이를 다시 WSDL 문서로 사상시키므로써, 객체 모델링를 이용한 동적 웹 서비스 생성을 한다. 본 연구의 주요 의의는 컴포넌트로부터 웹서비스를 동적으로 생성하는 것과 온톨로지를 사용하므로써, 시맨틱 웹 환경을 제공하는 것이다. 다시 말해, 본 연구 는 온톨로지 기반 시맨틱 웹 서비스와 CBD 방법론을 통합하고자 한다.
