In this study, messages from on-line discussions of 28 preservice teachers were analyzed based on social constructivist learning theory. After preliminary discussion session for a week, small group discussions were conducted every single week with different topics during 4 weeks. One transcript with most frequent messages in each topic was selected, and a total of 72 messages were analyzed. Discussion topics were the issues related to the nature of science. The Interaction Analysis Model for Examing Social Construction of Knowledge in Computer Conferencing was used for the analysis. Analysis of the messages indicated that 'sharing information' was the most frequent, and that 'discovering/exploring dissonance' and 'negotiation of meaning/co-construction of knowledge' were the nex. However, messages of 'testing and modification of proposed synthesis' and 'testing and application of newly constructed meaning' were found to be rare. This result indicated that students' interaction through on-line discussion did not reach to the social construction of knowledge.

As of 2020, about 500 hours of videos are uploaded to YouTube, a representative online video platform, per minute. As the number of users acquiring information through various uploaded videos is increasing, online video platforms are making efforts to provide better recommendation services. The currently used recommendation service recommends videos to users based on the user's viewing history, which is not a good way to recommend videos that deal with specific purposes and interests, such as educational videos. The recent recommendation system utilizes not only the user's viewing history but also the content features of the item. In this paper, we extract the content features of educational video for educational video recommendation based on YouTube, design a recommendation system using it, and implement it as a web application. By examining the satisfaction of users, recommendataion performance and convenience performance are shown as 85.36% and 87.80%.

There is a growing interest and need for the educational use of artificial intelligence as artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning and deep learning, the core technologies of the intelligent information society, owing to the recent innovative technological advances. Consequently, the Ministry of Education announced the First Information Education Comprehensive Plan for introducing artificial intelligence competence enhancing education into the education field in preparation for the intelligent information society based on artificial intelligence technologies. Therefore, this study collected 416 overseas papers related to the educational use of artificial intelligence from the Web of Science (WoS) in order to explore the potential for using artificial intelligence educationally. This study analyzed the research status and research topic by country, citation counts, network analysis on keywords of the collected data by using the bibliometrix package of R program. Through this, it was possible to identify the research trend on the educational use of artificial intelligence, currently being conducted in foreign countries. It is believed that it will be possible to obtain implications for the topics and directions to be studied in the information education for strengthening artificial intelligence education based on the results of this study.

지금 세계는 지식 정보화의 물결에 휩싸여 있다. 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인하여 사람들은 자신들이 원하는 정보를 쉽게 구할 수 있게 되었으며 이러한 정보를 누가 생산하고 분배하느냐에 따라서 국가경제에 미치는 영향도 점점 커지고 있다. 이러한 사회적인 흐름은 교육에도 영향을 미치게 되었다. 서로의 정보 공유가 용이하고 시 공간의 구애를 받지 않으며 한 번에 많은 사람들이 동시에 접속할 수 있는 웹의 특성상 교육에 미치는 영향도 많을 것이다. 특히 초등학교에서 수학 교육은 교구를 이용하거나 원리를 이해하는 면에서 교과서만을 가지고는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 특히 도형 단원에서는 아동들이 직접 도형을 가지고 조작할 수 있는 환경이 중요한 데 이를 웹이 어느 정도 보안할 수 있는 것이다. 이에 본문에서는 초등학교 수학과 도형단원의 학습 자료를 개발하여 아동들의 학업성취도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 설계하였다.

인터넷이 보편화되어 이젠 일상의 한 부분으로 자리 잡아 가고 있다. 단순히 웹 서핑이 아닌 보다 효율적이고 건설적인 인터넷의 활용은 사회 전 분야에서 활발히 전개되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 멀티미디어의 기술 발달은 인터넷의 보편화와 더불어 교육방면에서 새로운 국면을 맞고 있다. 본 연구는 정보화에 소외된 어업인의 정보화 격차의 해소와 생활터전에서 여건상 수산기술관리소에서 교육을 받지 못한 수산신기술을 웹 환경에서 해소함으로써 교육에 참석하기 위해 시간, 교통비등 부대비용을 줄이고, 또한 다양한 멀티미디어 교재를 통해 어업인들이 반복학습의 장점을 살려 수산신지식기술을 보급하고자 시스템을 구축하여 멀티미디어 교재를 개발함에 있다.

최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

Purpose: This study was to understand the major subjects of the recent nursing research in Nursing administration from keywords. Method: Keywords of journals were extracted and the frequency of the appearance of each key words was sorted by a descending order. Results: A total of 327 key words were used. The most frequently used key words were 'Job satisfaction', 'Organizational commitment', 'Leadership'. Out of them, organizational culture, nursing performance, nursing classification, patient satisfaction, and ethics appeared most frequently in descending order. Conclusion: From the above it can be noted that many nursing administration concepts were handled in the papers. But there were not enough papers on the characteristics of the Nursing administration. It is suggested that in depth research be made on 'Nursing error', 'Nursing informatics', 'Web based learning'.

오늘날 정보화 사회로의 변화로 인하여 컴퓨터와 인터넷이 우리 일상생활에서 차지하는 비중이 갈수록 커지고 있으며 제7차 교육과정 사회과에서도 최근 컴퓨터 통신과 인터넷의 발달로 새로운 형태의 지역화 자료의 유형과 활용 방안이 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 웹 기반 지역화 학습 시스템은 정보화 시대의 요구에 부응하여 초등학교 3학년 사회과 교육과정을 중심으로 경기도 평택 지역의 내용을 학습할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 현재 학교 현장에서 주된 학습 자료로 쓰이고 있는 초등학교 3학년 지역화 보조 교과서 외에 학생들이 자기 주도적으로 웹에서 활용할 수 있는 학습 시스템을 제작함으로써 부족한 지역 자료를 제공한다.

독서 교육은 종래의 종이책 위주의 독서에서 종이책과 인터넷의 멀티미디어를 병행한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 재량활동 시간에 독서관련 활동을 선택하는 학급이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 또한, 각 분야에서 이와 관련된 웹을 활용한 독서지도프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있다. 위인전이나 동화, 영어이야기 등의 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러가지 활동들이 제공되고 있지만 초등학생을 위한 동시를 즐길 수 있는 내용들은 많이 부족한 실정이다. 종래의 동시지도는 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 사고하고 연상함으로써 동시를 학습(국어과 교육과정을 분석하여 재량활동에 사용)할 수 있도록 웹을 기반으로 하는 동시학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

정보시대를 살아가는 학생들에게 사이버 공간의 영향력은 날로 커지고 있다. 그러나 정보통신기술의 이면에는 역기능 또한 적지 않다. 자아 정체성의 혼돈, 바이러스 유포, 개인 정보의 오남용, 지적 재산권 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 사이버 폭력 등과 같은 역기능의 폐해를 경험하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 극복하고자 정보통신 윤리교육의 중요성은 점점 강조되고 있으나 기존의 오프라인 교육방법으로는 효과적인 정보통신윤리 교육을 하는데 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제에 대해 본 논문에서는 기존의 정보통신 윤리교육의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 위키 기반의 웹기반 토의 학습모형을 개발하고 초등학교에 실험적으로 적용한 결과를 제시한다.
