This paper has been studied Design and Implementation Using the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) Education System on the Web. And then this paper has designed a teaching and learning model for Using the ICT Education System on the Web of management substance in commercial high school, verified and implemented them. After this study, this web-based multimedia data with voice instruction and humanity education data in student's module to develop the local natural environments is more helpful to occur the students' motivations and interests and get higher achievements of study than teach only with the textbook.

최근 인터넷 교육은 실시간 자료처리 및 양방향 지도가 가능하여 과속 인터넷 서비스를 기반으로 한 e-Learning의 수요가 날로 증가하고 있고 그에 부응하여 많은 교육용 웹 애플리케이션이 만들어지고 있다. 하지만 길 애플리케이션의 중요성과 복잡성이 증가하는 반면에 체계적이지 못한 개발 프로세스와 스크래치 수준의 개발 환경에 의해 길 애플리케이션은 품질 저하와 생산성 저하를 가져오게 되었다. 따라서, 교육용 길 애플리케이션의 비효율적인 개발 방식의 개선을 위해 INI(Instruction navigation Implementation)모델을 제시함으로써 교육용 웹 애플리케피션 개발을 체계적으로 이끌고 모델을 통한 추적성을 제공함으로써 유지보수성의 지원이 가능하다. 또한, 학습자 개개인의 수준에 맞는 컨텐츠의 제공과 적절한 피드백으로 반복학습을 통한 교육의 질적 제고를 목표로 한다.

This paper suggests a multimedia educational system which has the ability to extract intelligent instruction on the distributed environment. The proposed system is designed for supporting individual instruction and real time user interaction. As the system based on CORBA, we put group managing module on it for multi user environment, so it has ability for distributed computing facilities. Using MHEG standard, we can provide multimedia courseware and real time user interaction. To diagnose students' responses and generate evaluations, we use several linguistic variables of fuzzy theory. There are two major advantages for using this system. This system can provide dynamic generation of problems and the ability to provide a dynamic instruction strategy. And it can increase reusability of courseware material for using standard of multimedia representation and communication. We use CORBA and MHEG to overcome the disadvantage of the Web, passive protocol and poor interactivity, HTTP.

There are two purposes of this study; 1) to identify the perception about Web accessibility of students with disabilities and their Web-based Instructional personnel (WBI personnel) in higher education, and 2) to find out effective WBI design strategies actually used by WBI personnel to design and develop accessible Web-Based instruction for students with disabilites. Sixteen students with disabilites and their WBI personnel at a mid-western university in US were recruited for individual interviews. The results showed that WBI personnel did not know about Web accessibility and were not well prepared to make their WBI accessible. They have to provide the equality and quality of life to students with disabilites by making their instruction accessible. They felt that they could not guarantee whether their WBI was accessible even after meeting current standards and guidelines. WBI personnel also suggested that they had to provide students with disabilites with various methods and use appropriate instructional design strategies in order to address their needs. Finally, some effective instructional design used by WBI personnel in order to make WBI accessible were listed.

Advances in information communication technology (ICT) require new paradigms in every aspect of our society. In this sense, schools are supposed to educate students to solve real-world problems with ICT. However, schools have not provided quality education to students for learning ICT and applying it. It is thus necessary to develop various ICT instruction models for creative students to lead the information society. One of the popular instruction models using the Web is the project-based model. The model includes inquiry activities of areas, such as variety of subjects, real-world problems, issues, and presentation activities of study results. The model also encourages interactions among students for achieving common goals. In this paper, we present an ICT application instruction which provides four major enhancements to the existing project-based model. The stages of model consist of eight activities type and supporting tools. Also, we implement our proposed model for some elementary school courses.

This study tried to describe how to give learners a quick response and to relieve instructors from burdens of answering questions. It adds more dynamic functions to Question and Answer Bulletin Board System, which plays an important role in the interaction of web-based instruction. It also causes increasing enhancements of interaction on web-based instruction. The Implemented Dynamic Question and Answer Bulletin Board System supplemented the defects of the established Q&A, in which learners should wait for answers until instructors checked questions and gave their replies. This new system enabled students to receive prompt answers by using the answer database which instructors had already installed with the result examined by internet searching engines.

Nowadays, Web-based bulletin board system is widely used for e-learning because of its effectiveness in communicating and information sharing. But harmful or irrelevant contents are frequently posted and these affect students in learning community based on Web-boards and the ill effect of Web-board is revealed. Some Web-boards provide features that allow users can filter specific words to resolve this problem but those features have shortcomings. Using these features the content that contains harmful words is always removed even if the whole meaning of it isn't harm and user who uses harmful words habitually cannot have an opportunity of having his/her bad habit be corrected. In this paper, we proposed new way of dealing with harmful words that overcomes those shortcomings.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based senescence preparation education program to promote successful aging. Methods: This program was developed based on Network-Based Instructional System Design (NBISD) model, using the following 5 processes: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The program was operated for 10 weeks from March 17 to May 25, 2008. Results: There were 4 menu bars, introduction, related data, lecture room, and communication on the main page. In the operation of this program, HTML, ASP, JAVA Script, Namo web editor, Edit Plus, Front Page and multimedia technology were applied. The program content consisted of understanding elderly people, physical health, activity & exercise, nutrition, medication use, psychological health, intellectual health, understanding death, welfare system and leisure activity. Conclusion: This program could be a useful means to provide senescence preparation information to middle-aged adults. Also, it is expected to offer individualized learning opportunities to many learners in various settings. Nurses should further develop and facilitate various learning strategies including web-based programs for elder care.

Fashion design education essentially requires not only a theoretical but also a practical process in which feedback comes through personal interactions between an instructor and a student. But the existing WBI system exemplifies its limitations by applying only a one-way Distance Education methodology that limit interactions based only on the theoretical texts. This study affirms that distance learning system is possible for the applied component of the fashion design curriculum as long as the specific needs of the particular program is taken into consideration and systematically applied. So it designed and applied an original web-based distance educational system specifically incorporating the needs of the fashion design curriculum Thus the results show that the enhanced distance education system is a tool that could be effectively utilized with the same degree of success as the traditional classroom as long as the traditional teaching component of direct interaction necessary to the fashion design program is incorporated.

When the developers develop the software, the cost and time of the software development can be reduced by using blocks that are implemented previously. We call these implemented blocks components. In the early stage of Web-based Instruction, it didn't gain preference in spite of it's benefit of convenience. The main reason is, I think, the lack of generality at the education system which eventually results in unsatisfactory facilities compared with the requirement of teachers and students. And the early systems don't make good use of the plenty data in distributed environment, and don't show so good reliablity due to lack of systematic design and development. In this paper, we suggest WBI developing technology using the concept of WBSE. WBI developing is consist of component of pre-developed education software, integration of component using its reusability, and production of more requirement-satisfactory education software.
