e-비즈니스 환경 하에서 전자적 데이터 교환 또는 WEB을 이용한 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리를 통해 산업 부분별 자동화나 정보화가 활발히 진행되었다. 전자적으로 데이터를 처리함으로 인해 기존 오프라인을 이용한 비즈니스 환경 보다는 처리 속도나 처리 시간이 단축되었으며 비용도 많이 절감되었다. 그러나 점차 실시간적으로 데이터를 처리하거나 실시간적으로 화물에 대한 흐름을 추적하고자 하는 사용자들의 요구사항이 도출되기 시작하였다. 이에 RFID, USN 등의 유비쿼터스 개념과 기술을 이용한 u-비즈니스가 도입되어 각 분야에 활발히 적용되고 있다. 특히 유통이나 운송 등 물류 분야에 유비쿼터스 기술이 적용됨으로 실시간으로 데이터를 수집할 수 있어 화물의 흐름 추적을 용이할 수 있는 기반이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 비즈니스 환경에 적합하도록 EPC Global 표준에 따라 개발된 RFID 미들웨어를 항만 물류 비즈니스에 적용할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 정의하였다. 또한 정의한 비즈니스 모델을 항만 물류 분야에 적용한 사례와 적용 결과에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Nowadays, document management system is used to share the information using intranet in some enterprises. But for enterprise that is to share information with other enterprises, a simple information sharing environment like homepage or email is used. The goal of CALS is to increase productivity through rapid exchange of shared information between enterprises. CITIS is a software infrastructure in CALS and service standard to share the CALS data among business organizations. CITIS can be used as a software infrastructure for constructing virtual enterprise in the internet. In this paper, we design and implement CITIS prototype on the internet. Java is selected as an implementation language fer its portability and web-based characteristics. CORBA is an communication middleware for distributed objects.

As bolero.net supplies the service of the title registry resolves the problem of Electronic Bill of Lading, the electronic letter of credit will be easily introduced. Thus, this study deals with the Nature of the Electronic Letter of Credit Transaction and the Presentation of the Documents, in particular, the Bolero Bill of Lading.

Social commerce (s-commerce) is a subset of e-commerce and uses social media for social interactions. Although s-commerce has been rapidly growing, disputes between some s-commerce firms and their consumers often occur over issues such as poor customer services, incorrect product information, and late refunds. In order for s-commerce to continuously grow, s-commerce firms need to build consumer-trust in their transaction process to minimize their consumers' uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between the multidimensional trust (ability, integrity, benevolence) and the intention of continuous use of s-commerce. Moreover, this study presents antecedent factors needed for trust-building by applying the characteristics of s-commerce, and verifies the relations between the variables. We test and validate the research model and related hypotheses using structural equation modeling based on a survey done on 428 people who have previous experience with s-commerce. The result shows that trust has positive effect on the intention of continuous use, and verifies the necessity of the antecedent factors (social presence, assurance, informativeness, economic feasibility, and seller reputation) for trust-building. This study provides strategy for the continuous growth of s-commerce, and suggests theoretical implication that explains the relationship between the characteristics of s-commerce and consumers.

This study focuses on customer perception of security control under Internet banking environment Internet banking customers' understanding of security control is insufficient. They are not fully aware of security technologies for Internet banking. Moreover, they cannot know which control is implemented and maintained on an Internet banking site when visiting the site. This study, therefore, attempts to find the impact of customer perception of security control on Internet banking acceptance. The research model is based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), and introduces trust as an additional belief. Trust has been investigated in the marketing area, and begins to be focused in e-business area. A Web survey of Internet banking users collected 845 cases. Statistical analyses, using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), partially supported the hypotheses that perceived strength of security control has an impact on three beliefs: trust, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. We also verified the impact of these beliefs on attitude toward using, on behavioral intention to use, and on actual use. It is, therefore, verified that perceived strength of security control is a determinant of Internet banking acceptance.

In e-business, XML is a major format of data and it is essential to efficiently process queries against XML data. XML query caching has received much attention for query performance improvement. In employing XML query caching, some efficient technique of cache replacement is required. The previous techniques considered as a replacement unit either the whole query result or the path in the query result. The former is simple to employ but it is not efficient whereas the latter is more efficient and yet the size difference among the potential victims is large, and thus, efficiency of caching would be limited. In this paper, we propose a new technique where the element in the query result is are placement unit to overcome the limitations of the previous techniques. The proposed technique could enhance the cache efficiency to a great extent because it would not pick a victim whose size is too large to store a new cached item, the variance in the size of victims would be small, and the unused space of the cache storage would be small. A technique of XML semantic cache replacement is presented which is based on the replacement function that takes into account cache hit ratio, last access time, fetch time, size of XML semantic region, size of element in XML semantic region, etc. We implemented a prototype XML semantic cache system that employs the proposed technique, and conducted a detailed set of experiments over a LAN environment. The experimental results showed that our proposed technique outperformed the previous ones.

Purpose - Smartphone shopping malls provide customers with a variety of tangible and intangible services including web sites, web design, use convenience, information for products and shopping and various after services. Accordingly, it is needed to expand and classify service qualities based on the various services provided by smartphone shopping malls, and then analyze path structures of smartphone shopping malls' qualities → customer satisfaction → behavioral intention. The purpose of this study is to categorize the qualities of smartphone shopping mall users based on the e-SERVQUAL by Lee(2002) and the SERVQUAL by Parasuraman et al.(1988, 2005), the smartphone shopping malls' service qualities based on service quality of smartphone shopping malls used in the previous use studies, and the Website quality factors of service industry and to analyze path structure of smartphone shopping mall's qualities → customer satisfaction → behavioral intention on college students in order to confirm the system of smartphone shopping malls' qualities. Research design, data, and methodology - This study's survey was carried out on the college students of university located in northeastern of Seoul. It was from December 7 - 15, 2017, and a total of 240 questionnaires were distributed, with 228 collected. Of them, effective questionnaires used in the final study were a total of 201 except 27 that couldn't be used. In this study, empirical analysis was done with factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, simple multiple regression analysis and moderating regression analysis by using Statistics Package SPSS18.0. Results - The study results are as follows: First, smartphone shopping malls' qualities were classified into six categories like customer system quality, Web design quality, convenience quality, information-offering quality, service quality, and product quality. Second, it showed that system quality, Web design quality, and information-offering quality had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, respectively. Third, it suggested that quality factors of smartphone shopping mall users had a positive impact on customer satisfaction in the order of quality, information-offering quality, system quality and Web design quality. Finally, it showed that customer service quality, product quality, and convenience quality did not have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, it said that customer satisfaction of smartphone shopping mall users had a positive impact on behavioral intention and thereby, the higher the customer satisfaction was, the higher the relations between reuse intention and recommendation intention were. Meanwhile, moderating regression analysis showed that trust did not have moderating effect in the relations between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The above study revealed that smartphone shopping malls' qualities were classified into six categories and it was possible to generalize after empirical analysis was made in the path structure. Conclusions - Smartphone shopping mall users consider usefulness of obtaining shopping information and quality on quick and abundant shopping information more important than access environment of smartphone shopping malls and kind services of smartphone shopping mall managers. Thereby, smartphone shopping mall marketers need to take service qualities like system quality and information-offering quality into more consideration.

With the rapid development of internet technology, the number of internet users and the amount of multimedia information on the internet is ever increasing. Recently, the web sites, such as e-business sites and shopping mall sites, deal with lots of image information. As a result, it is required to support content- based image retrieval efficiently on such image data. This paper proposes an intelligent image retrieval system, which adopts XML, technology. To support object-based col)tent retrieval on product catalog images containing multiple objects, we describe a multi -level metadata structure which represents the local features, global features, and semantics of image data. To enable semantic-based and content-based retrieval on such image data, we design a XML-Schema for the proposed metadata and show how to represent such metadata using XML- documents. We also describe how to automatically transform the retrieval results into the forms suitable for the various user environments, such as web browser or mobile browser, using XSLT The proposed scheme can be easily implemented on any commercial platforms supporting XML technology. It can be utilized to enable efficient image metadata sharing between systems, and it will contribute in improving the retrieval correctness and the user's satisfaction on content-based e-catalog image retrieval.

In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..
