Crowdfunding is a novel method for funding from many individuals using web based platform often in return for products or equity. It allows individual entrepreneurs to create diverse products and services. This thesis elaborates a theoretical foundation for identifying the factors that must have motivated the funders in sponsoring crowdfunding projects. Based on the motivation theory, the proposed research model is constructed with intrinsic and extrinsic motivations from relevant literatures. We also examined how different crowdfunding modes ('Keeping It All' and 'All or Nothing') moderate the proposed research model. Based on the survey from various crowdfunding service providers in Korea, this empirical study found that continuous participation in crowdfunding is positively correlated with factors such as enjoyment, familiarity, agency credibility and reward, while peer-influence shows negative correlation. Furthermore, moderating effects of funding modes significantly affect continuous participation. These empirical results contribute insights on the emerging phenomenon of crowdfunding from funders' perspectives and shed lights more on the ways that the actions of platform providers may affect their ability to receive entrepreneurial financing.
Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.
Nowadays, it is common that most consumers are purchasing goods in e-stores. The e-stores eager to attract, revisit, retain, and finally convert them into loyal customers. The e-store marketers have planned and executed numerous marketing efforts. As one of the marketing activities, e-store managers attempt to build web sites that meet customers' functional and psychological needs. A wide array of studies has been done to identify factors that could affect customers' response of web sites. Majority of studies were conducted to verify technology-related and functional variables of the website which facilitate transactions and enhance customer responses such as purchase intention and website loyalty. However, there has been little research on the external cues of website and psychological variables of consumer that could have positive influences on customer response. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of e-store personality on e-store loyalty through mediating variables such as e-store identification, e-store trust, and e-store engagement. The authors of this study develop the model and set up the six main hypotheses and a set of sub-hypotheses based on a literature review, shown in
. This model is composed of four paths such as dimensions of e-store personality${\rightarrow}$e-store identification, e-store identification${\rightarrow}$e-store loyalty, e-store identification ${\rightarrow}$e-store trust${\rightarrow}$e-store loyalty, and e-store identification${\rightarrow}$e-store engagement${\rightarrow}$e-store loyalty. II. Research Method Ladies under 30s were the respondents of this survey. Data were collected from January 20th to February 26th in 2010. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 169 respondents were analysed finally to test hypotheses because 31 questionnaires had incorrect or missing responses. SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 7.0 program were used to test frequency, reliability, factor, and structural equation modeling analysis. III. Result and Conclusion According to results from factor analysis, eigen value was over 1.0 and items which were below 0.6 were deleted. Consequently, 9 factors(% of total variance is 72.011%) were searched. All Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values are over the recommended level(${\alpha}$ > 0.7). The overall fit indices are acceptable such as ${\chi}^2$=2028.36(p=0.00), GFI=0.87, AGFI=0.82, CFI=0.81, IFI=0.92, RMR=0.075. All factor loadings were over the recommended level. As the result of discriminant validity check with chi-square difference test between paired constructs, each construct has good discriminant validity. The overall fit indices of final model are acceptable such as ${\chi}^2$=340.73(df=36, p=0.00), GFI=0.92, AGFI=0.81, CFI=0.91, IFI=0.91, RMR=0.085. As test results, 5 out of 6 hypotheses are supported because there are statistically significant casual relationships in structural equation model, shown in
. First of all, hypothesis 1 is partially supported because sub-hypothesis 1-1 and 1-2 are supported, whereas sub-hypothesis 1-3, 1-4, and 1-5 are rejected. Specifically, it reveals that warmth and sophistication dimensions in e-store personality have positive influence on e-store identification, however, activity, progressiveness, and strictness does not have any significant relationship on e-store identification. Secondly, hypothesis 2 was supported. Therefore, it can be said that e-store identification has a positive impact on e-store trust. Thirdly, hypothesis 3 is also supported. Hence, there is a positive relationship between e-store identification and e-store engagement. Fourthly, hypothesis 4 is supported too. e-store identification has a positive influence on e-store loyalty. Fifthly, hypothesis 5 is also accepted. This indicates that e-store trust is a precedent variable which positively affects e-store loyalty. Lastly, it reveals that e-store engagement has a positive impact on e-store loyalty. Therefore, hypothesis 6 is supported. The findings of the study imply that some dimensions of e-store personality have a positive influence on e-store identification, and that e-store identification has direct and indirect influence on e-store loyalty through e-store trust and e-store engagement positively. These results also suggest that the e-store identification in e-store personality is a precedent variable which positively affects e-store loyalty directly and indirectly through e-store trust and engagement as a mediating variable. Therefore, e-store marketers need to implement website strategy based on e-store personality, e-store identification, e-store trust, and e-store engagement to meet customers' psychological needs and enhance e-store loyalty. Finally, the limitations and future study directions based on this study are discussed.
The trend of the web is moving from portal-centered to user-centered, and RIA(rich internet application) is considered best solution for usability and functionality of the next generation web. But the lack of reference document or technical guide for RIA implementation is a big obstacle for extension of RIA environment to practical business engineer or user. In this paper, I will suggest the implementation conceptand reference site for user-centered environment based on RIA concept. The suggested concept support wire/wireless environment, and use the e-mail that is already used by many company or portal. The contents of this paper will be very helpful to the practical engineer or portal/company that want to use or implement about RIA environment.
Web 2.0 has affected existing e-commerce and created a new business model of e-commerce, known as social commerce. Social commerce is a subset of e-commerce using social network services and is emerging as an important platform due to increased popularity of social networking services. This study focuses on analyzing the factors that influence the shopping value and intention to repurchase of social commerce users. Based on prior researches, we develop a research model, including individual characteristics of social commerce users (Collectivism, Price Sensitivity, Impulse Buying) and social commerce characteristics (Cost saving, Product Variety, Shopping Convenience). Furthermore, this study proposed the moderating effect of Perceived Security and the relationship between shopping value and intention to repurchase. To empirically validate, the data were collected from 220 social commerce users. The results indicated that individual characteristics (collectivism, price sensitivity, impulse buying) were positively related to hedonic shopping value. In addition, social commerce characteristics (cost saving, shopping convenience) were positively related to utilitarian value. The shopping value(hedonic and utilitarian) had a significant influence on intention to repurchase. The moderating effects of perceived security also was significant. Lastly, the implications for theory and practice are discussed.

With ever-change and increasingly competitive business environments, firms strive to employ a variety of marketing strategies and execution in order to survive in the market. Such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. Demands of customers are being changed and varied. And in this circumstance, it become a main issue of management that the company should produce and sell products according to the customer demands. With these trends, each company has been concentrating effects on generalization of product development technique and distinction of service lot customer In this result with the advantage of mass marketing and database marketing have been drawing attentions from company. Also the internet connected around the world completely diminished the limit of time and distance and company have enveloped keen competition out of each nation and continent in the world market. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or Previous action. Recently, as economic property it has become necessary to acquire and utilize the framework for water resource measurement and performance management as the property of water resources changes to hold "public property". To date, the evaluation of water technology has been carried out by feasibility study analysis or technology assessment based on net present value (NPV) or benefit-to-cost (B/C) effect, however it is not yet systemized in terms of valuation models to objectively assess an economic value of technology-based business to receive diffusion and feedback of research outcomes. Therefore, K-water (known as a government-supported public company in Korea) company feels the necessity to establish a technology valuation framework suitable for technical characteristics of water resources fields in charge and verify an exemplified case applied to the technology. The K-water evaluation technology applied to this study, as a public interest goods, can be used as a tool to measure the value and achievement contributed to society and to manage them. Therefore, by calculating the value in which the subject technology contributed to the entire society as a public resource, we make use of it as a basis information for the advertising medium of performance on the influence effect of the benefits or the necessity of cost input, and then secure the legitimacy for large-scale R&D cost input in terms of the characteristics of public technology. Hence, K-water company, one of the public corporation in Korea which deals with public goods of 'water resources', will be able to establish a commercialization strategy for business operation and prepare for a basis for the performance calculation of input R&D cost. In this study, K-water has developed a web-based technology valuation model for public interest type water resources based on the technology evaluation system that is suitable for the characteristics of a technology in water resources fields. In particular, by utilizing the evaluation methodology of the Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan to match the expense items to the expense accounts based on the related benefit items, we proposed the so-called 'K-water's proprietary model' which involves the 'cost-benefit' approach and the FCF (Free Cash Flow), and ultimately led to build a pipeline on the K-water research performance management system and then verify the practical case of a technology related to "desalination". We analyze the embedded design logic and evaluation process of web-based valuation system that reflects characteristics of water resources technology, reference information and database(D/B)-associated logic for each model to calculate public interest-based and profit-based technology values in technology integrated management system. We review the hybrid evaluation module that reflects the quantitative index of the qualitative evaluation indices reflecting the unique characteristics of water resources and the visualized user-interface (UI) of the actual web-based evaluation, which both are appended for calculating the business value based on financial data to the existing web-based technology valuation systems in other fields. K-water's technology valuation model is evaluated by distinguishing between public-interest type and profitable-type water technology. First, evaluation modules in profit-type technology valuation model are designed based on 'profitability of technology'. For example, the technology inventory K-water holds has a number of profit-oriented technologies such as water treatment membranes. On the other hand, the public interest-type technology valuation is designed to evaluate the public-interest oriented technology such as the dam, which reflects the characteristics of public benefits and costs. In order to examine the appropriateness of the cost-benefit based public utility valuation model (i.e. K-water specific technology valuation model) presented in this study, we applied to practical cases from calculation of benefit-to-cost analysis on water resource technology with 20 years of lifetime. In future we will additionally conduct verifying the K-water public utility-based valuation model by each business model which reflects various business environmental characteristics.
Personalized data of users at social network service can be used as a new resource for providing personalized nutrition information. Although providing personalized information for nutrition using social data, there are a few studies on providing personalized nutrition information with customized user preference based on social network service. The purpose of this study is to implement the clustering of data analysis with collected personal data of Facebook users. To find out the method for providing personalized information, this study described an effective method for providing nutrition information by analyzing web posting on Facebook that can be called a typical social network service. According to the result from clustering, sodium and sugars were important variables from diet of user. Furthermore, the importance of elements of user's diet has some differences according to vendor/manufactures.

There has been increasing of using Internet shopping mall like an e-business, and it means that the analysis technique of appetence for webpase visitors logging into the case of analyzing the degree of concern and using them in the personalization has been absolutely advanced. For heavy web pages, it is impossible to use click-stream based analysis in analyzing interest for each area by what kind of information the visitors are interested in to. A web browser of a limited size has difficulty in expressing on a screen information about what they want, or what hey are looking for. Pagescrolling is used to overcome such a limitation in expression. In this study, a analyzing system of degree of concern for Webpage is presented, designed and implemented using page scrolling to track the position of the scroll bar and movements of the window cursor regularly within a window browser for real-time transfer to analyze user's interest by using information received from the analysis of the visual perception area of the web page.
