The Mobile device like smart phone is a small computing device and easy to carry around. The Mobile devices are wildly being used as desktop personal computer and can served individual services. Because of compatibility of applications working on mobile devices are not good, so developer need to develop it that match changes in platform fetures. In this paper, we design and implementate ubiquitous healthcare monitoring system that can be runs on many different platforms using HTML5 as a standard web development language and jQuery as a javascript library. Ubiquitous healthcare monitoring system is runs on on many different platforms like mobile platforms and desktop web browsers.

In this paper, we develope the Exhibition Grounds Management System utilizing the ubiquitous computing which integrates the RFID ubiquitous main technology, existing use technology Bar-code, the Mobile communication technology for IT main technology field. The developed system consists of the program for exhibition information. the visitor registration program, manager program and mobile program for the visitor's current location inquiry and the exhibition management. This system is realized and designed based on database, web program, mobile program, wireless telecommunication technology. The automation technology utilizing the developed RFID system and the Exhibition Grounds Management System integrated with the wireless packet telecommunication using the mobile telecommunication technology could have a ripple effect on whole information industrial application fields.

Recently, according to development of wired and wireless networks, contents production of user-defined changes a environment producing contents that it get out of manufactured contents offered by mobile telecommunication company. This paper propose a system proposing and registering a contents service provider of mobile telecommunication company for user-defined mobile contents production and transmission. We propose a system using web hosting service for user-defined mobile contents production and solution for system and transmission for contents production of a person and enterprises.

In recent years, the efforts for standards of Web contents accessibility and improvements of Web accessibility are expanded in the government, public institutions, university, enterprises. Korean Web Accessibility Guidelines, KWCAG 2.0, by comparison with 1.0, was able to provide more define alternative text in terms of image content, enhance guidance for accessing and use of the keyboard and for a clear distinction of data tables. In this paper, we developed a CMS(Content Management System) for everyone to be able to access to information easily in the mobile/web environments that are changing rapidly. The CMS, which is developed in this paper, is designed and manufactured based on KWCAG, W3C XHTML-1.0-Strict DTD, W3C CSS2 web accessibility and web standards. CMS builder is a WYSIWYG manner making it easy to use and manage, as well as a variety of the web was to operate in a mobile environment.

There are already many researches providing u-Healthcare service, but they have left problems to be improved. First of all, the transmission range between sensor nodes and the gateway are restricted. Hence, patients feel uncomfortable because of they need to possess or locate closed to a gateway all the time when they aggregates their medical data. Also, the existing systems have not considered life environment that is important to analyze patient's diseases. Moreover, a guardian need to located close to patient or possess a mobile device that monitors a patients' status in real time when they are in outdoor. In this research, we present multi-hop packet transfer algorithm and compilation of life environment which help improve the problem of the existing researches. Likewise, we designed and implemented a medical information database and a real-time web monitoring system that manage patients' personal history and monitor a patients' status in real time. In this paper, we design and implement the u-Healthcare system based on mobile environment and we present a result when we tested our u-Healthcare system in scenario environment.

Recently, in spite of fast development of smartphone, recording technology has saved, listened and searched in server based on PSTN and wired network. We introduce a mobile transcript recording system for mobile office environment. All calls using smartphone are automatically saved on memory in mobile device with this system. Thereafter, recording files are encrypted and uploaded to recording server by user authority. Beside recording data in database on web server is saved and managed efficiently and economically through web application. This system is able to be used in legal corroborative facts and the prevention of crime such as voice phishing.

This paper discusses the interacting mobile robots for tele-operation system using the world wide web. In multi-agent and web-based teleoperation environment the problem of communication delay must be solved for the efficient and robust control of the system. The standard graphic user interface(GUI)is implemented using Java Programing language. The web browser is used to integrate the virtual environment and the standard GUI(Java applet) in a single user interface. Users can access a dedicated WWWserver and download the user interface. Reinforcement learning is applied to indirect control in order to autonomously operate without the need of human intervention. In the field of environmental landscape architecture, the internet medium is used as an effective communication tool not only in the private level but also in the policy level. Recently, the active utilization of mobile web service is emphasized as the time changes, but there is not much improvement or advance in services due to lack of relevant studies. Therefore, this study is intended to provide basic data needed for improvement and advance by researching the quality of mobile web service among multichannel services provided in environmental landscape architecture related internet media. The model for measuring service quality is SERVQUAL, which was verified in the study of Choi(2015), Choi and Koo(2016), and the final valid samples are total 230. First, the subjects were analyzed as the representative media that are possible to acquire comprehensive knowledge related to environmental landscape architecture. Second, the highest importance level in each subsection was 'protection and security maintenance of customer information' followed by 'Reliability about accurate information supply'. Regarding performance level, 'Reliability about accurate information supply' and 'professional knowledge to communicate with users' are highly evaluated. Third, regarding Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), the first priority management should is 'Tangibles', and the next are 'Responsibility' and 'Empathy'. The ones for maintenance of the status quo are 'Reliability' and 'Assurance', and there is none for effort reduction. Meanwhile, regarding the importance of each factor and difference in the quality of PC web service and mobile web service studied before, the biggest difference is in 'Tangibles', followed by 'Assurance', 'Empathy', 'Responsibility' and 'Reliability'. It is suggested that the revitalization of Landscape information science(LB1106) presented in the National Science&Technology Standard Classification System is needed. In the future, it is necessary to research the change trend on users' response through continuous evaluation of improved mobile web service.

인터넷과 World Wide Web의 폭발적인 성장은 네트워크에 많은 정보와 리소스를 제공하고 있다 그렇지만, 대부분의 사용자들에게 있어서 인터넷 리소스의 사용은 Bandwidth에 의하여 많은 제한을 받고 있다. 그러나 애플릿 방식을 통해서 HTML이 가지고 있는 정적인 면과 CGI의 bandwidth에 따르는 성능 저하 문제를 해결할 수 있다. Mobile Agent는 사용자의 특정 목적을 성취하기 위해서 사용자의 컴퓨터에서 출발하여 네트워크를 이용하면서 작업을 수행한다. 이렇게 수행할 수 있는 코드가 네트워크를 통하여 전송되고, 네트워크에서 수행되기 때문에, 자연스럽게 mobile code의 보안에 중요한 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 Mobile Agent를 사용하는 분산 웹 환경에서, Mobile Agent를 호스트와 Agent를 보호할 수 있는 방안을 모색보고, Mobile Agent 의 개념과 Mobile Agent를 구성하면서 생기는 문제를 기술하고, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 연구중인 방법을 제시하고, 제시된 방법 중에서 현실적으로 적응 가능한 방법을 사용하여 이동 에이전트의 보안 시스템을 설계해 보도록 한다.

The objective of this paper is to introduce on a mobile APP called MAMIS(Marine pollution Accident response Mobile Information System) and it's functions. MAMIS was developed by Korea Coast Guard for marine pollution responder in 2012. Users can get information on marine pollution response easily without being restricted by time and place. MAMIS can be operated by smart phones with Android OS and iOS, both of which are the most popular mobile operating systems in Korea. And it has been developed in the form of hybrid APP which combined the functions of mobile APP and mobile WEB. MAMIS is composed of 9 menus, 5 mobile-based ones and 4 web-based ones. The mobile-based menus are on substance information, clean-up skills, response measures, QR code scanning, and volunteer's safety, and the web-based ones on weather information, response equipment, clean-up materials, and SNS.
