기존의 보안 관리 수준을 측정하기 위한 방법들이 다양하지만 IT 자산을 중심으로 한 평가만이 이루어지고 있는 관계로 조직 전반에 걸친 분석이 이루어지지 못했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안 관리 수준 점검을 손쉽게 할 수 있도록 웹 기반 보안 관리 수준 분석 도구에 대해 제시한다. 본 도구의 경우는 전사적 정보 보호 관리 방법론인 ISO 27001의 보안통제 항목들을 기반으로 설문 내용을 구성하였다.

This Paper Presents an Internet-based Java self-learning educational system which consists of a management system named Java Web Player (JWP) and creative multimedia contents fer Java language. The JWP Is a Java application program free from security problems by the Java Web Start technologies that supports an Integrated learning environment including three Important learning Procedures: Java concept learning Process, Programming practice process and assessment process. This JWP enables the learners to achieve efficient and Interesting self-learning since the learning process is designed to enhance the multimedia capabilities on the basis of various educational technologies. On-line voice presentation and its related texts together with moving images are synchronized for efficiently conveying creative contents to learners. Furthermore, a simple and useful compiler is included in the JWP fur providing user-friendly language practice environment enabling such as coding, editing, executing and debugging Java source files on the Web. The assessment process with various items helps the learners not only to increase their academic capability but also to appreciate their current degree of understanding. Finally, simple multiple choices are given suddenly to the learners while they are studying through the JWP and the test results are displayed on the message box. The proposed system can be used for an efficient tool for learning system on the Web.

Web based integrated sewer management system was developed for the analysis of sewer flow and for the optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue in order to construct user-friendly information management system. The developed system was applied to the residential area in Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of the developed system, and the modeling of sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF, EXTRAN, TRANSPORT in SWMM. This system is now in the process of connection to the management system of stormwater, surface and subsurface environment in order to develop an integrated environmental management system. Futhermore, this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer network and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles, it could serve as a tool not only for the optimal management, but also for the decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.

이 연구에서는 위험성 평가를 기반으로 한 U-도면정보 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 U-도면정보 시스템의 기술적 특징은 P&ID등 공정정보를 기본 자료로서 활용하는 정량적 위험성 평가를 도면상에서 직접 수행할 수 있는 구조로 구성되었다는 것이다. 따라서 기존의 방식으로 위험성 평가를 수행할 때 보다 효율적이고, 간편한 정보 검색을 할 수 있게 되었다. U-도면정보 시스템은 CAD file로 존재하는 모든 도면을 CAD S/W 없이 Web 기반 환경에서 쉽게 볼 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이는 플랫폼(U-단말기)을 이용하여 공정내 어디에서나 브로드밴드, IPv6로 접속이 가능하며, 센서 기능과 개인 인증기능 등을 통하여 항상 도면정보 시스템에 접속할 수 있도록 기존의 도면정보 시스템과 달리 Web 기반으로 시스템을 구성하였다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 단순한 해당 업무에 대한 검토가 아닌 위험도를 고려한 장치산업의 체계적 안전장치를 제공한다. 또한, 의사결정단계에서 공학 기술적 이론에 충실한 판단 근거들을 제시하였다

웹 기반 교수 시스템들은 대체로 수동적이며 정적인 하이퍼텍스트 위주이기 때문에, 학습자 개개인의 학습 능력에 따른 적응력 있는 학습 환경을 제공할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 학습자들의 학습 상황을 효과적으로 파악하고, 학습 결과에 따라 학습자 개개인의 특성에 맞는 동적인 학습 내용을 구성하여 제공할 수 있는 지능형 교수 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 에이젼트를 기반으로 설계되었으며, 학습을 위한 코스웨어 지식을 효과적으로 구성하여 학습 평가에 따른 적절한 피드백을 추론하여 학습자에게 지원하도록 하고 있다.

교육분야에서 웹의 활용성에 대한 인식이 크게 증대되고 있는 반면 제대로 된 인터페이스 설계가이드가 없어 개발과정에 많은 어려움이 있다. 가이드라인이 있다 하더라도 일률적이고, 단편적이어서 디자인 개발에 실질적인 도움이 되지 못하는 문제점을 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 심리적 언어도출을 통한 웹사이트 평가 방법을 개발하여 이것이 설계과정에 가이드라인이 될 수 있는가를 연구하고자 하였다. 먼저 심리적 언어를 도출하여 이를 설계 원리들과의 연관성을 알아 본 후 이렇게 만들어진 분류 체계를 기반으로 평가의 모델을 구축하였다. 그 결과 심리적 언어체계를 바탕으로 한 평가 모델이 실질적인 인터페이스디자인 문제해결에 도움을 준다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 기존의 웹 개발자를 위한 인터페이스 가이드라인은 소프트웨어 개발에 사용되어지는 용어들로 인해 디자이너가 실질적으로 활용하기에 많은 어려움이 따랐지만, 디자이너의 역할이 크게 증대되고 있는 지금 심리적 언어체계의 가이드라인은 이해하기 쉽고, 사전에 문제점을 미리 파악 할 수 있어 졸은 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

건설현장에서의 공정관리 기법은 매우 큰 비중을 차지한다. 그러나 이러한 공정관리 및 그 성과를 나타내어줄 수 있는 지표나 평가 내용은 아주 미미한 수준에 있다고 할 수 있다. 특히, 수도권이 아닌 지방공사나 중소업체의 경우에는 현실적 어려움이 큰 것이 사실이다. 따라서 실무자들의 현장 상황에 맞는 유연한 공정관리 및 성과측정 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 지방 중소업체들을 대상으로 문제점을 파악하여 웹 기반을 통해 체계적으로 구축한 린 개념의 공정 및 성과관리 시스템에 대해 중소건설업체가 쉽게 접근하고 사용할 수 있도록 운영방안을 제시하였다. 이는 지방 중소업체의 경쟁력을 확보하고 공기단축과 공사비 절감 등의 가시적인 성과를 도모할 뿐만 아니라 공사과정의 성과측정과 준공이후 관련 자료로써의 활용도 기대할 수 있다.

This paper proposes a Web Based Online Real-time Information System for Outage Cost Assessment. This system developed in this study is just only prototype as previous stage but no commercial system. Using this system, the evaluation of reliability worth is the customer cost associated with a loss of supply may be assessed and the information will be serviced online real time on smart phone.

최근 웹은 교육 분야에서 이전보다 더 많이 활용되고 있다. 기존 웹기반 프로그래밍 교육 시스템은 학습자가 언제 어디서나 프로그래밍 과제를 제출한 후 컴파일 오류와 실행오류를 확인할 수 있도록 도와준다. 그러나 기존 시스템에서는 정답과의 일치 여부, 표절검사, 제한시간 내의 제출 여부 등에 관한 세부적인 평가결과를 제공하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 신속한 평가결과를 제공하는 웹기반 프로그래밍 교육시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템에서 표절검사는 이전의 학습자가 업로드한 파일만을 대상으로 비교하여 검사하므로, 피드백을 바로 제공할 수 있다. 제안하는 웹기반 프로그래밍 교육 시스템은 실제 약 40명의 학생들을 대상으로 하는 C 프로그래밍 언어 수업에 적용하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 신속한 피드백을 통해 학생들의 참여도를 개선하였다.

Risk assessment of a railway system should be periodically conducted managing a large amount of accumulating accident/incident data and scenarios, which generally requires enormous time and efforts. Therefore, special information management system is essential for railway risk assessment, where data needed for decisions on managing the railway safety could be promptly supported. The objective of this study is to develop a railway accident analysis program for risk assessment. The program is application running on the web which links railway accident analysts throughout the railway industry to a central database. Data entered, together with associated code tables. is stored on MS-SQL database. The program uses the concepts of accident, safety events, causes, related factors(vehicle, person, infrastructure, tool/equipment), recommendations to bring together the various elements of railway accidents. The program will be useful in finding hazard conditions, accident scenarios, quantitatively assessing the risk, and providing pertinent risk measures, eventually serving to prevent railway accidents and reduce severities of railway accidents.
