안전교육의 효과성 향상에 관한 연구 - 제조업 위험성평가 담당자 교육을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effectiveness Improvement of Safety Education - Focused on the Education of Manufacturing Risk Assessment Officer -)

  • 연구목적: 안전보건공단에서는 위험성평가를 용이하게 하기 위해 웹 기반의 KRAS 개발하여 각 사업장의 유형별 평가 모델을 제공하고 있다. 위험성평가의 이해를 돕기위해 민간 기관에서는 위험성평가 담당자 교육을 개설하여 운영하고 있다. 기업의 규모에 따른 제조업 위험성평가 담당자 교육의 효과성을 분석할 것이다. 연구방법: 2017년부터 2021년까지 5년 이내 위험성평가 담당자 교육을 이수한 670개 사업장을 대상으로 SPSS 22를 이용하여, 재해 발생 관련 데이터를 통해, 100인을 기준으로 100인 미만 집단과 100인 이상 집단을 나누어 상관분석과, t-검정을 통해 재해율을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 가설 1번~5번 채택, 5~8번 기각 되었다. 결론: 100인 이상의 기업 교육을 대상으로 한 기업의 규모에 따른 교육과정의 편성을 고려하고 위험성평가 인정 시의 혜택을 상향하는 부분에 대하여 제고해 볼 수 있다.

  • With the increasing use of the Internet improved Internet technologies as well as web-based applications, the effectiveness assessment of e-Learning has become one of the most practically and theoretically important issues in both Educational Engineering and Information Systems. This study suggests a research model, based on an e-Learning success model, the relationship of the e-learner's self-regulated learning strategy and the quality perception of the e-Learning environment. This research model focuses on the learning environment and on e-learning strategy. The former consists of learning management system, learning content quality and service quality that are provided by e-Loaming. The latter refers to the learners' self-regulated learning strategy. We will show the validity of the model empirically.

The National Clinical Database as an Initiative for Quality Improvement in Japan

  • The JCVSD (Japan Cardiovascular Surgery Database) was organized in 2000 to improve the quality of cardiovascular surgery in Japan. Web-based data harvesting on adult cardiac surgery was started (Japan Adult Cardiovascular Surgery Database, JACVSD) in 2001, and on congenital heart surgery (Japan Congenital Cardiovascular Surgery Database, JCCVSD) in 2008. Both databases grew to become national databases by the end of 2013. This was influenced by the success of the Society for Thoracic Surgeons' National Database, which contains comparable input items. In 2011, the Japanese Board of Cardiovascular Surgery announced that the JACVSD and JCCVSD data are to be used for board certification, which improved the quality of the first paperless and web-based board certification review undertaken in 2013. These changes led to a further step. In 2011, the National Clinical Database (NCD) was organized to investigate the feasibility of clinical databases in other medical fields, especially surgery. In the NCD, the board certification system of the Japan Surgical Society, the basic association of surgery was set as the first level in the hierarchy of specialties, and nine associations and six board certification systems were set at the second level as subspecialties. The NCD grew rapidly, and now covers 95% of total surgical procedures. The participating associations will release or have released risk models, and studies that use 'big data' from these databases have been published. The national databases have contributed to evidence-based medicine, to the accountability of medical professionals, and to quality assessment and quality improvement of surgery in Japan.

컴퓨터 대수와 베이지언 추론망을 이용한 이공계 수학용 적응적 e-러닝 시스템 개발 (Development of an Adaptive e-Learning System for Engineering Mathematics using Computer Algebra and Bayesian Inference Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 대수 시스템을 기반으로 하는 웹 저작 환경과 베이지언 추론망을 적용한 학습자 진단 환경이 포함된 이공계 수학용 적응적 이러닝 시스템 개발에 대하여 소개하였다. 본 시스템을 활용하면 교수자는 컴퓨터 대수 시스템을 수식처리 엔진으로 하며 웹을 인터페이스로 하는 이공계 수학용 웹 콘텐츠를 쉽게 생성할 수 있다. 구체적으로 선형대수, 미분방정식 및 이산수학의 영역에서 콘텐츠 개발의 예를 소개하였다. 또한 학습자의 지식 영역별 수준을 조건부 확률을 이용한 통계적 추론에 의해 진단하여 그 결과에 따라 피드백을 생성하는 적응적 이러닝 웹 콘텐츠를 만들 수 있다. 본 시스템을 사용하여 개발한 이공계 수학용 웹 콘텐츠를 평가하기 위하여 그 결과물을 대학 강의에 적용하였고, 설문지 조사를 통하여 콘텐츠 사용에 대한 학습자의 반응을 평가하였다.

  • The study is designed to develop an educational CD-Title for Basic Life Support. The study is conducted from July to December, 2002, Based on the course of program development suggested by Dick and Cray. the study followed the planning, development, education and evaluation of a program. The developed CD-Title consists of 8 parts. 1. Intro include Introduction, Adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR, Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, and Exercise in Menu at Right of screen. 2. Introduction consist of death process at cardiac arresst, chain of survival, introduction of CPR, respiratory & ciculatory anatomy and physiology. 3. Adult CPR consist of assessment responsiveness, activating EMS system, position victim, opening a airway, checking for breathing, rescue breathing, checking for sign of circulation, chest compression, 1 person & 2 persion adult CPR video. 4. Child & Infant CPR consist of, causes, assessment responsiveness, position victim, opening the airway, checking for breathing, rescue breathing, checking for sign of circulation, chest compression, activating EMS system, child & infant CPR video. 5. Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction include assessment responsiveness, activating EMS system, position victim, opening a airway, checking for breathing, 2 rescue breathing, reopening the airway, 2 rescue breathing, finger sweep, 5 abdominal thrusts, unresponsiveness adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction video. 6. Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction consist of, causes, assessment responsiveness, position victim, opening the airway, checking for breathing, 2 rescue breathing, reopening the airway, 2 rescue breathing, checking foreign-body object in oral cavity of victim, 5 back blow, 5 chest thsusts, activating EMS system, video. 7. 32 exercise consist of 8 Adult CPR, 12 Child & Infant CPR, 5 Adult Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction, 7 Infant Foreign-Body Airway Obstruction. Every part consist of animations to trigger students interests. This CD-Title will be useful education for first responders and lay rescuers.

전자정부 웹사이트 평가 결과 데이터 기반 지능형(AI) 정부 웹서비스 관리 방안 연구 (A Study on Government Service Innovation with Intelligent(AI): Based on e-Government Website Assessment Data)

  • As a key of access to public participation and information, e-government is taking the active role of public service by relevant laws and policy measures for universal use of e-government websites. To improve the accessibility of web contents, the level of deriving the results for each detailed evaluation item according to the Korean web contents accessibility guideline is carried out, which is an important factor according to the detailed evaluation items for each website property and requires data-based management. In this paper, detailed indicators are analyzed based on the quality control level diagnosis results of existing domestic e-government websites, and the results are classified according to high and low to propose new improvement directions and induce detailed improvement. Depending on the necessity of management according to the detailed indicators for each website attribute, not only results but also level diagnosis to strengthen web service quality suggests directions for future improvement through accurate detailed analysis and research for policy feedback. This study ultimately makes it possible to expect government system management based on predicted data through deduction history management based on evaluation score data on public websites. And it provides several theoretical and practical implications through correlation and synergy. The characteristics of each score for the quality management of public sector websites were identified, and the accuracy of evaluation, the possibility of sophisticated analysis, such as analysis of characteristics of each institution, were expanded. With creating an environment for improving the quality of public websites and it is expected that the possibility of evaluation accuracy and elaborate analysis can be expanded in the e-government performance and the post-introduction stage of government website service.

인용 지표를 이용한 재순위화 및 질의 확장의 성능 평가 - 인용색인 데이터베이스를 기반으로 - (Performance Evaluation of Re-ranking and Query Expansion for Citation Metrics: Based on Citation Index Databases)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인용 지표가 인용 색인 데이터베이스의 검색성능 향상에 기여할 가능성을 파악하는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 문헌정보학 분야 10개의 질의를 Web of Science에서 검색하여 수집한 3,467건의 문헌과 2000년부터 2021년까지 SSCI 문헌정보학 분야 저널 85종에 수록된 60,734건의 문헌을 기반으로 적합성 판단을 거쳐, 검색 결과의 상위 100순위에 대한 성능 및 검색 방식과 인용 지표를 활용한 재순위화, 그리고 벡터 공간모형 검색시스템 구축 등에 따른 질의 확장 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 인용 지표를 단독으로 사용한 재순위화의 성능은 Web of Science의 검색성능과 상이하였으며, 인용 지표는 Web of Science 기존 시스템에 적용되지 않는 독립적인 지표로 작용하고 있었다. 둘째, 고유 질의어 수에 질의어의 총 출현 빈도를 조합하고 인용수를 보조적으로 사용했을 때, 성능에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 확인하였다. 셋째, 질의 확장에서는 전반적으로 벡터 공간모형 기반 검색시스템의 기본 성능 대비 성능이 향상되었다. 넷째, 이용자 적합성을 통해 질의 확장을 적용한 경우가 시스템 적합성을 적용한 경우보다 성능이 향상 되었다. 다섯째, 피인용 수를 적합 문헌과 더불어 사용하면 최상위권 내 적합 문헌에서의 순위 변동 가능성을 보여주었다.

  • In Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) has seen four problems rising in four aspects of property management of approximately 1,300 buildings scattered through put to country. To solve these, ground data for repair and replacement works to be conducted for prevention will be prepared and building maintenance system (hereinafter referred to as PBMS) intended to record related repair and replacement work histories and calculate LCC of the related these items will be developed. PBMS, a web-based system, will be developed for users' convenience and data monitoring in real time. To sum up, PBMS are expected to maximize efficiency in four aspects including the establishment of repair and replacement work plans for prevention, history management, DB for predicting future work to be occurred and enable the determination of priorities by being developing into facility condition assessment systems through the results of analysis of repair and replacement histories and LCC.

Study on seismic retrofit of structures using SPSW systems and LYP steel material

  • Steel plate shear walls (SPSWs) have been shown to be efficient lateral force-resisting systems, which are increasingly used in new and retrofit construction. These structural systems are designed with either stiffened and stocky or unstiffened and slender web plates based on disparate structural and economical considerations. Based on some limited reported studies, on the other hand, employment of low yield point (LYP) steel infill plates with extremely low yield strength, and high ductility as well as elongation properties is found to facilitate the design and improve the structural behavior and seismic performance of the SPSW systems. On this basis, this paper reports system-level investigations on the seismic response assessment of multi-story SPSW frames under the action of earthquake ground motions. The effectiveness of the strip model in representing the behaviors of SPSWs with different buckling and yielding properties is primarily verified. Subsequently, the structural and seismic performances of several code-designed and retrofitted SPSW frames with conventional and LYP steel infill plates are investigated through detailed modal and nonlinear time-history analyses. Evaluation of various seismic response parameters including drift, acceleration, base shear and moment, column axial load, and web-plate ductility demands, demonstrates the capabilities of SPSW systems in improving the seismic performance of structures and reveals various advantages of use of LYP steel material in seismic design and retrofit of SPSW systems, in particular, application of LYP steel infill plates of double thickness in seismic retrofit of conventional steel and code-designed SPSW frames.

외상간호 역량의 주요 영역 연구 : 범주 문헌고찰 (The Domains of the Competencies of Trauma Nursing : A Scoping Review)

  • 본 연구는 간호사들이 외상환자를 돌봄에 있어 필요한 역량의 주요 영역을 분석함으로써 간호사 및 외상간호교육이 나아갈 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute)의 범주 문헌고찰(Scoping review) 매뉴얼에 따라 시행되었다. 주제어로는 trauma, $nurs^*$, $competenc^*$, $role^*$, attitude, knowledge and skills 이었으며, Pubmed, CINAHL, ProQuest, Web of Science, Scopus, ERIC의 6개 데이터베이스를 활용하여 문헌을 검색하였다. 문헌선정기준과 문헌배제기준에 따라 외상간호를 위한 간호사의 역량 도메인을 제시한 논문 8개를 최종 포함시켰다. 최종 논문 8개는 외상진료체계에 따라 분석한 결과 '병원 전 처치와 이송', '병원외상치료', '재활'의 역량을 포함하였으나 '손상예방'의 역량은 찾아볼 수 없었다. 또한 Lenburg의 COPA(Competency Outcomes and Performance Assessment) 모델의 각 역량을 바탕으로 도출된 역량 도메인을 분석하였다.
