In the 18th century, Joseon and Japan corresponded politically and culturally through the Joseon Missionary. During this time, the people in Japan who received the Joseon Missionary left many records of their visits and among them were numerous accounts related to medicine, In the years 2003 and 2004, the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine gathered records that were dispersed throughout japan, and in 20005, it organized the information and put it up on the web along with the original text. This research is an overall report on the documentary records. It analyzes individual documents and looks into what the mainly interested the joseon and Japanese medical worlds at that time. The documents located up till now are 21 medical dialogue records from the 18th century. Through the process of these medical dialogues, the Joseon medical circle discovered a different side of japanese medicine, and the japanese medical world had a chance to directly receive advanced medical skills. Through these medical dialogues, the two countries also exchanged bountiful information about clinical patients. The japanese scholars showed deep interest in Joseon's ginseng, and asked many questions about practical usages of the contents in the medical documents. It is thought that these medical dialogue records will greatly assist studies on the medical history of this time, because it reveals new research data on Korean medical history and Japanese medical history in the latter half of the Joseon Dynasty that has never been reported in the academia before.

Domain name system (DNS) is a primary identification mechanism for Internet applications. However, DNS resolutions often take an unbearably long time, and this could seriously impair the consistency of the service quality of Internet applications based on DNS such as World Wide Web. Several approaches reduce DNS resolution time by proactively refreshing expired cached records or prefetching available records beforehand, but these approaches have an inherent problem in that they cause additional DNS traffic. In this paper, we propose a DNS resolution time reduction scheme, named renewal using piggyback (RUP), which refreshes expired cached records by piggybacking them onto solicited DNS queries instead of by issuing additional DNS queries. This method decreases both DNS resolution time and DNS traffic since it reduces the number of queries generated to handle a given DNS resolution without generating additional DNS messages. Simulation results based on two large independent DNS traces show that our proposed approach much reduces not only the DNS resolution time but also the DNS traffic.

해방이후 여성사 관련 여성정책 및 단체활동 관련 기록물의 종류에는 회의록 등을 포함한 문서류, 팜플렛, 교육 자료집, 서적, 정기간행물, 사진 등을 들 수 있다. 현재 이들 자료들의 보존 상태는 매우 취약하다. 이는 자료 담당자의 부재와 보존 공간의 협소함, 재정의 부족 등의 원인을 들 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 대안으로는 자료의 수집 관리를 위한 전담기구로서의 자료관을 설치하는 것이다. 또한 자료를 체계적으로 구축하여 DB화 함으로써 전문연구자뿐 아니라 일반인들에게도 웹서비스를 통하여 쉽게 한국여성사 관련 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다.

The current meaning of "Big Data" refers to all the techniques for value eduction and actionable analytics as well management tools. Particularly, with the advances of wireless sensor networks, they yield diverse patterns of digital records. The records are mostly semi-structured and unstructured data which are usually beyond of capabilities of the management tools. Such data are rapidly growing due to their complex data structures. The complex type effectively supports data exchangeability and heterogeneity and that is the main reason their volumes are getting bigger in the sensor networks. However, there are many errors and problems in applications because the managing solutions for the complex data model are rarely presented in current big data environments. To solve such problems and show our differentiation, we aim to provide the solution of actionable analytics and semantic reusability in the sensor web based streaming big data with new data structure, and to empower the competitiveness.

본 연구에서는 온라인 기반의 기록정보유통의 활성화 및 개인화된 기록정보서비스 제공을 위하여 RSS 기반의 기록정보서비스 시스템의 구현 및 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 필요로 하는 서비스 항목을 선정하였으며 RSS 기반의 기록정보서비스 제공을 위하여 요구되는 XML문서 형식, 데이터베이스의 설계 및 구현을 수행하였다. 설계된 서비스 시스템의 기능에 대한 평가를 위하여 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 웹브라우저를 통하여 실험을 수행하였다.

전통적인 교육 방식에서 사이버교육 방식으로 길육의 패러다임이 바뀌고 있다. 그러므로, 교육 관련 국제 표준의 표준화 작업 현황과 교육 과정의 워크플로우를 분석함으로써 사이버교육에서 필요한 시스템 구성 요소들과 그들의 기능을 도출하였고, 일반 교사나 비전문가라도 인터넷 환경에서 사이버교육 시스템을 쉽게 구축할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 이중 본 논문에서는 코스 학습 기록에 대한 진도관리 및 진도관리 결과에 대한 확인 및 통계 기능에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

최근 다양한 정보를 하나의 통합된 기관에서 제공받고자 하는 이용자들의 요구가 커짐에 따라 기록관, 도서관, 박물관의 기능과 서비스를 통합적으로 갖춘 '라키비움'이 만들어지고 있다. 따라서 통합된 형태로 제공되는 웹 정보서비스가 라키비움 웹사이트를 통해 제공되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 라키비움 웹사이트에서 어떤 정보서비스를 진행하고 있는지 자세히 분석해보고자 하였으며 이를 위해 일반 기록관, 도서관, 박물관의 웹사이트에서 제공하는 정보서비스와는 차별화된 라키비움의 특성을 반영한 웹 정보서비스 평가지표 개발의 중요성을 인식하고, 직접 평가지표를 개발하여 3개 기관을 대상으로 평가를 수행하였다. 평가를 통해 현재 운영되고 있는 라키비움의 웹사이트에서 기본적인 업무 소개 및 인터페이스의 내비게이션 등은 잘 제공되고 있으나, 정보 검색 영역의 검색 결과 활용 등이 미흡하였다. 이러한 부분에 대해서는 보완점을 제시하고, 추가적으로 운영되면 효과적일 방안에 대해서 제안하였다. 이 연구는 새로 설립될 라키비움의 웹 서비스 구성 및 제공에 실질적인 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하였으며, 앞으로 이 연구 평가지표가 적용되고, 보완되어 잘 활용되길 바란다.

최근, 웹을 이용한 기록정보의 유통과 이용이 증가하고, 정보적 활용 가치가 제고되어 웹사이트를 이용한 기록정보서비스가 기록관의 중요업무로 부각되고 있다. 웹을 이용한 기록정보서 비스의 핵심은 이용자가 원하는 기록정보의 검색을 용이하게 하는데 있다. 검색을 용이하게 하기 위해서는 검색시스템의 기본 메커니즘인 이용자질의와 기록정보표현의 매칭의 정확성이 요구된다. 이를 위해 기록정보 관리자들은 다양한 정보표현 도구를 이용하고 있지만, 이용자들은 여전히 정보검색 과정에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 연구에는 기록물의 기술정보 메타데이타를 중심으로 정보자원을 구조화하여 이용자 질의의 접근점을 확장하고, 의미있는 매칭을 통해 지식자원화된 검색결과값을 제공하기 위해 토픽맵 기반의 기록정보 검색시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 구축대상은 웹사이트를 이용하는 불특정 이용자이며, 구축범위는 국가기록포탈의 기록자원 중 대통령 기록물로 선정하였다. 구축단계는 다음과 같다. 1)기록물의 기술정보 메타데이타를 중심으로 토픽맵 기반의 기록정보서비스를 위한 온톨로지 모델을 설계한다. 2)설계한 온톨로지 모델을 바탕으로 국가기록포탈에서 추출한 정보자원목록을 에디터를 이용해 토픽맵으로 반입하여 검색시스템으로 구현한다. 3)구축된 검색시스템의 사용자 인터페이스에서 테스트질의를 통해 토픽맵기반 검색시스템의 특징을 확인하고 그 의미를 평가한다. 최종적으로, 의미적 추론에 의한 연관 네비게이션검색을 확인하고, 분산된 기록정보자원 간의 연계된 결과값을 통해 지식자원화의 가능성도 제시한다.

기업은 자신들의 경제 환경 사회적 영향 및 성과에 대해 설명책임의 수단으로 '지속가능성보고서'를 발간하고 있다. 법적 규제인 재무 공시와는 달리 '지속가능성' 보고는 비재무적 요소에 대한 기업들의 성과를 보고하는 것이기에 이에 대한 신뢰성은 기업에 의존할 수밖에 없다. 그러나 현재 발간되는 지속가능성보고서는 지표 데이터에 대한 증거나 출처를 포함할 수 없는 유형으로, 기업의 홍보 수단으로 여겨지는 경향이 있으며 신뢰성에 대한 의혹이 여러 차례 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 업무에 대한 내용과 맥락이 담긴 기록으로 기업의 설명책임을 입증할 수 있도록 증거기반 설명책임에 대한 개념을 적용해 보았다. 증거기반 설명책임이란 행위에 대한 증거 기록을 생산 및 축적하고 이용가능한 정보로 관리하여 설명책임으로 활용하는 것이다. 국내 기업에서 발간한 지속가능성보고서의 지표데이터 유형과 영국 보다폰의 웹 기반 보고서 사례를 살펴보고, 업무 기록을 지표 데이터의 증거로 연결할 방안에 대해 연구해보았다. 이를 위해 필요한 기록을 증거로 확보할 수 있도록 기록의 생산체계를 재설계하였다. 업무 중 생산된 기록을 SR(Social Responsibility)설명책임정보로 취합 및 관리하고 이해관계자에게 제공할 수 있는 SR시스템(Social Responsibility System)과 기록관리시스템(RMS)의 연계 구축을 제안하였다. 또한 조직체계 및 규정을 통해 기업의 전문적인 기록관리 체계를 단계적으로 구축하고 관련 업무 담당자와의 협업을 통해 기업의 신뢰성 있는 설명책임을 지원할 수 있는 인프라 구축을 이야기했다.

Traditionally, nurses keep the written patient records, which are referred as nursing care plan. Nursing care plan reports are one of the most important documents in the application of nursing processes. Typically, nurses prepare the plans by including general patient information as well as the patient's medical history information. In addition, the patient's developmental history and other specific health related information are part of the plans. The plans are usually concluded with the goals of the nursing care plan, nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes of the care, and possible nursing interventions. The nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions are defined by North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA). This means that the nurses will select the appropriate diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions from an approved set. We developed a web-based nursing care plan generation system. In this paper, we report our work on developing a visual interface to the NANDA nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions database as a part of the web-based nursing care plan generation system.
