Nowadays, with the proliferation of Web services, developer and user can implement a complex application by composing registered Web services. In this trend, the quality of service of a composite Web service is of crucial importance for today's Service Oriented Computing (SOC) environment. But the global optimization of a composite Web service satisfying given QoS is classified to NP-hard problem. To solve this problem, we propose K-way Super node approach and show the effect of it from experimental results.

Various web_based ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) are developed as the Internet is popularized in If or non If fields. Current web accessibility checks and automatic assessments have been pointed out that the assessment items and scores are evaluated from the developer's point of view rather than from the user's one. In addition, although most of the grades of an automatic assessment on the public web sites are excellent because they are built in accordance with the web accessibility development guidelines, not a few web sites shows relatively low grades in evaluating their usability test made by those users. Taking into account the inadequacy of these web accessibility assessments, this study has identified the differences between the grades of usability evaluations and automatic evaluations for people with low vision and analyzed the major factors affecting web accessibility usability evaluations using Repertory Grid Techniques. Also, the Hard Laddering method of the Means-End Chain theory was adopted to visualize the relationship between Attributes-Conferences-Value and a hierarchical value system analysis based on FGI(Focused Group Interview) to people with the low vision. This study proposed the measures to improve the current web accessibility automatic assessment allocation, expert evaluation criteria, and user task assessment. In particular, it is a web accessibility user evaluation model that can consider the web accessibility quality certification criteria and user review assessment by directly analyzing the user cognitive structure and value system. This study is expected to be useful as a research to enhance the quality of web accessibility assessment.

The Web accessibility compliance rate of public organizations and private enterprises is still low due to the lack of awareness of Web accessibility by website developers and managers in spite of the fact that web accessibility compliance became mandatory in 2008. Web developers and managers think the website visual quality might be compromised or the website requires more development time and budget in order to comply with the web accessibility guidelines. Therefore, this paper has analyzed whether developers with various training in web accessibility or experience on website development have different perception on time, cost and design issues for developing accessible websites. For this purpose, 72 Web developers with hand-on experience working for website development companies in Korea were sent to the questionaries. The results have indicated that the group of developers with many hours of training in web accessibility and rich experience on website development perceives that they can develop accessible website without additional cost and time or compromising design quality. The contributions of this paper are following： (1) proving the widely recognized perception on budget, time, and design for developing accessible website is incorrect and (2) motivating further research on this subject in the future.

This is the world of computer science and innovations. In this modern era, every day new apps, webs and software are being introduced. As well as new apps and software are being introduced, similarly threats and vulnerable security matters are also increasing. Web apps are software that can be used by customers for numerous useful tasks, and because of the developer experience of good programming standards, web applications that can be used by an attacker also have multiple sides. Web applications Security is expected to protect the content of critical web and to ensure secure data transmission. Application safety must therefore be enforced across all infrastructure, including the web application itself, that supports the web applications. Many organizations currently have a type of web application protection scheme or attempt to build/develop, but the bulk of these schemes are incapable of generating value consistently and effectively, and therefore do not improve developers' attitude in building/designing stable Web applications. This article aims to analyze the attacks on the website and address security scanners of web applications to help us resolve web application security challenges.

The mobile application Open Market of the Apple company's App-store is serviced by the domestic communication company. The domestic developer concentrates on the development and trading ont the market of the application. But App-store's I-pod is different from the Korean mobile. The developer can't use the mobile test because there are a lot of mobile in korea. To solve this, we propose that developers can more easily use the mobile test with mobile simulators on the web. This system does the least amount of tests with many mobile terminals and is the verified trading application.

In general, flow analysis programs have been built in not JAVA language but such as Fortran, C or C++ because of a merit in performance of computation. However, most developer of those languages are not free for use. User should purchase the development tools of programs, and install it on their own computer. Fortunately, JAVA is a free software, and can be used to develop WEB-based programs. It is well known that the JAVA language is time consuming for calculating. However, the performance of computer power has been increased continuously, so it is sure that the former states can be overcome. In the present study, a flow analysis program, which is interactive with Graphics, using the Web-based programing language, JAVA, has been developed for solving the two-dimensional flow motion.

The Intelligent Web Service is proposed for the purpose of automatic discovery, invocation, composition, inter-operation, execution monitoring and recovery web service through the Semantic Web and the Agent technology. To accomplish this Intelligent Web Service, the Ontology is a necessity for reasoning and processing the knowledge by the computer. However, creating service ontology, for the intelligent web service, has two problems not only consuming a lot of time and cost depended on heuristic of service developer, but also being hard to be mapping completely between service and service ontology. Moreover, the markup language to describe the service ontology is currently hard to be learned by the service developer In a short time. This paper proposes the efficient way of designing and creating the service ontology using MDA methodology. This proposed solution reuses the creating model in terms of desiEninE and constructing Web Service Model using UML based on MDA. After converting the Platform-Independent Web Service Model to the dependent model of OWL-S which is a Service Ontology description language, it converts to OWL-S Service Ontology using XMI. This proposed solution has profits, oneis able to be easily constructed the Service Ontology by Service Developers, the other is enable to be created the both service and Service Ontology from one model. Moreover, it can be effective to reduce the time and cost as creating Service Ontology automatically from a model, and calmly dealt with a change of outer environment like as the platform change. This paper cites an instance for the validity of designing Web Service model and creating the Service Ontology, and validates whether the created Service Ontology is valid or not.

The study is expressed on the web browser using virtual reality of developer manufacturing process and method or manufactured goods conviction for designer and developer with visualized model. This study purpose of basic feature with VRML file and Java and VRML with AWT to get WC code was presented. The study process is equal to the real thing modeling on using Pro/Engineer and exports on the VRML1.0. The condition converts VRML1.0 to VRML2.0 on the CROSS ROADS. And then Cosmo World is coding and manufacturing simulation is expressed on the Cosmo Player.

In this paper, we suggest an XML Development Support(XDS) System as a good developing tool to solve the problems that related with the database integration, increased to the developing terms and costs when the developing of XML programming base on the web server. XDS System is designed for the purpose of easily coding the XML program, of simply changing the programming structure and of completely maintaining the program environment. According to the predefined policy, XDS System provides necessary informations such as tables, columns, or relational keys from Database for developer. The developer step by step selects or sets what he needs. And XDS System creates an XML Tree with the result of selected information. The XML Tree includes all information of making an XML Schema and some XML Stylesheet. XDS System creates an XML Schema for all clients and creates many XML Stylesheets for each client using the XML Tree.
