교원능력개발 원격연수 시범운영 분석 (An analysis on the pilot test of web-based training for teachers' competency development)

  • 교육과학기술부가 원격교원연수원을 2000년 12월부터 지정 인가해 주기 시작한 이래로 지속된 교원 원격연수의 양적 성장에도 불구하고, 연수시간 확보의 어려움, 통신 인프라 문제, 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용의 어려움, 온라인 평가의 공정성 문제, 콘텐츠 갱신의 어려움, 연수생 관리의 어려움 등으로 인해 기대만큼 고품질의 원격연수가 운영되지는 못했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교원능력개발평가와 연계하여 교원 원격연수의 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 일환으로 16개 시 도 교육연수원에서 분담 개발한 교원능력개발 원격연수 콘텐츠의 시범연수에 참여한 연수생 및 연수운영자의 원격연수에 대한 만족도와 건의사항, 연수시스템의 활용 숙련 수준을 조사하고 분석하였다.

Web환경에 따른 아바타 캐릭터의 사용자 선호 Type에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Preference Type of Avatar Character in the Web Environment)

  • Web환경의 발달로 인해 아바타(Avatar), 사이버캐릭터(Cyber Character), 사이버 펫(Cyber Pet), 이모티콘(Emoticon)등의 멀티미디어 캐릭터들이 등장하게 되었다. 인터넷 사용자들은 과거에는 Web의 익명성에 매료되었다면 현재는 이러한 멀티미디어 캐릭터를 이용하여 자신을 표현하고 나타내고자하는 욕구들이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 멀티미디어 캐릭터 중에 아바타 캐릭터 Type에 대한 사용자들의 선호도와 선호요인을 조사하여 일반 캐릭터와 상호비교 해봄으로써 기존의 일반 캐릭터와는 다른 아바타 캐릭터만의 특성에 대해 알아보고 아바타 캐릭터 제작시 가장 효율적인 접근 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 가장 효과적인 아바타 캐릭터 Type은 캐릭터의 형태나 성격, 느낌을 우선적으로 고려하기보다는 먼저 아바타 캐릭터의 기능적인 면을 고려한 즉 사용자의 개성이 좀더 어필 될수 있어야 하며 사용자의 개성 연출에 적합한 Type으로 제작되어야한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다.

웹 정보 수집 관리 도구로서의 북마크 이용행태 분석을 통한 개선방안 연구 (Using Behavior Analysis and Improvement of Bookmark as Web nformation Management Tool)

  • 웹을 통해 접할 수 있는 정보의 양이 급격하게 증가함에 따라, 북마크는 이용자가 정보요구에 적합한 웹 정보를 효율적으로 재이용할 수 있게 해주는 도구라는 점에서 중요해졌다. 이 연구에서는 웹에서의 정보 수집 및 관리 도구로서의 북마크 이용 행태를 파악하고, 이와 관련하여 북마크 기능이 어떻게 개선되어야 하는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 응답자 5명을 대상으로 인터뷰 및 관찰을 실시하고, 180명의 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 북마크 이용 목적에 따라 이용 행태와 기능 개선에 대한 요구사항 에 차이가 있는지를 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 웹 정보의 수집을 위해 북마크를 이용하는 경우 맥락 정보에 대한 요구사항이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 북마크 이용 빈도가 낮은 집단은 웹 정보 재이용이라는 목적에 대해 북마크 기능이 필수적이라고 여기는 것으로 나타났다.

디지털콘텐츠 경제 상거래를 위한 유통 사이트 고객 수용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Acceptance of Customer of Digital Contents Distribution Site's for Economy Commerce)

  • Recently, the use of digital contents and demand have been increased with expanding users of internet. Thus, the importance of digital contents distribution site's has been increased that deal in commercially. The model that measuring acceptance of web sites is studying lively, however, the web sites that dealing and distributing specific goods to be called digital contents have insufficient theoretical base and model about acceptance of customers. Also, the research that acceptance of existing commercial web sites have limitation to explain systematically which influence on acceptance of digital contents distribution sites. Because, those research connect directly the feature of web sites, the purchase of web sites or the feature of buyers and acceptance. For that reason, it's hard to reflect the feature of digital contents. In this research, to measure customers' acceptance of web sites that distribute digital image, it is based on Technology Acceptance Model by Davis. This research find out the significant cause from survey by users of digital image distribution site. and TAM which has been adapted the analyzation of new site's acceptance can explain the state of digital image distribution site use. This research let us know the evaluation of digital image distribution site and operating strategy as a new business model.

게쉬탈트 원리가 사용자 인터페이스의 지각된 사용가능성에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (The Effects of Gestalt Principles on the Perceived Usability of User Interface in a Web Context)

  • The user interface (UI) is the part of the systems that users can see, hear and feel. That means, a user can interact with the systems through the user interface. Effective user interfaces create positive feelings of success and competence. In addition, they enable users to concentrate on their work, exploration, or pleasure. The German word "Gestalt" means "whole" as well as a figure or a shape. A comprehensive information systems (IS) literature review found that there has been little empirical evidence on the Gestalt principles in UIs that affect online users' perceived usability in a Web context. Therefore, the goals of this study are to 1) examine the relationships between Gestalt principles in UIs and online users' perceived usability in a Web context and 2) come up with design guidelines to enhance user success. Using a survey, this study explored the relationships between Gestalt principles used in six Web sites and 17 aspects of usability. The results showed that in terms of 16 aspects of usability, there are significant differences among the UIs that have different levels of Gestalt principles. In practice, online stores may use these findings to improve their Web pages. Specifically, the sixteen usability attributes can be used to check whether online stores' Web pages meet customers' user interface quality expectations.

웹 2.0을 활용한 로봇프로그래밍 교육이 문제해결력 신장에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Robot Programming Education in Application of Web 2.0 on Improving Problem Solving Ability)

  • 본 논문은 웹 2.0을 활용한 로봇프로그래밍 교육이 학습자의 문제해결력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아 보았다. 이를 위해 웹 2.0 기반 시스템인 스프링노트를 활용하여 로봇프로그래밍 교육 시스템을 구축하고, D지역 정보영재교육원의 학생들을 대상으로 수업을 실시하고, 문제해결력 검사지를 교육 전, 교육 후 투입하여 문제해결력의 신장 정도를 알아보았다. 결론적으로 웹 2.0을 활용한 로봇프로그래밍 교육이 학습자의 문제해결력을 신장시키는 것으로 드러났다.

Web-based Cyber Instruction for EFL Learning

  • The aim of this study is to examine the effects of web-based cyber instruction on EFL learning from the viewpoint of learners` perceptions and needs. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey that was carried out with 709 undergraduate student enrolled in three cyber English courses offered at N university during the secind semester in 2004. The results of the study indicated that the learners exhibited a positive attitude towards web-based cyber instruction and considered it a paper educational method in the cyber age. However, the students perceived that web-based cyber instruction was not greatly satisfactory in terms of cultivating their English communicative competence or improving the language skills they needed. It was also found that cyber instruction was still teacher-dominant, lacking in interaction, which made the students passive recipients of informaton presented. In comparison with off-line instruction, cyber instruction was not particularly better in enhancing their motivation interest or concentration on class. To be more effective, cyber instruction needs to be equipped not only with a large variety of contents and class activities, but also with more exposure to authentic language by native English speakers. The finding of the investigation yield some implications for the design and development of web-based cyber EFL programs.

청소년들의 자살차원에 미치는 영향요인 (The Influence Factors of Adolescents' Suicide Dimension)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of the socio-demographic characteristics, self-recognition factors, and health behavior factors of Korean adolescents on suicide dimension, and grasp the effects of suicide thinking of adolescents on attempting suicide. This study used the eighth primitive data of the "Web-based Survey on Adolescents Health Behavior(2012)", and targeted 72,228 actual test respondent(93.8%). In conclusion, risk factors that greatly influence the suicide dimension of adolescents can be summarized into level of happiness, level of stress, depression, experience drinking, experience smoking, experience with drugs, suicide thinking, etc. and considering these risk factors, a preparation for preventing adolescents' suicide should be established, and along with a regular education, developing and expanding a treatment program for preventing recurrence afterwards of adolescents who have experience attempting suicide are necessary.

우리나라 여고생의 초경연령 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Menarcheal Age among High School Girls)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study were to compare general characteristic of high school girls according to menarcheal age and to investigate the factors associated with the menarcheal age of high school girls. Methods: This study utilized the data of the 2013 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBWS). The sample included 18,077 high school girls who experienced menarche. The questionnaires used for this study assessed menacheal age, grade, place of residence, family affluence, height, weight, diet pattern, physical activity, sleep duration, and stress level. Data was analyzed using the complex sample analysis (${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis). Results: Higher BMI, frequent vegetable consumption, short sleep duration, and higher stress level were associated with an earlier menarcheal age among high school girls. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate intervention strategies to control the timing of menarche.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that influence sexual intercourse among middle school students in South Korea. Methods: Using statistics from the 8th (2012) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, hierarchical logistic regression analysis was conducted. The study sample comprised 37,297 middle school students aged primarily 12 to 15. Results: The significant predictors of sexual intercourse were grade, ever smoking, ever drinking, habitual or purposeful drug use, economic status, weekly allowance, cohabitation with family, and type of school. Conclusion: The results suggest that intensified sex education is needed not only in the 1st grade of middle school, but also in the upper grades of elementary school. Sexual health interventions for high-risk groups may be needed, given the factors predicting sexual intercourse.
