  • This paper presents web service and service on mobile phone about research on virtual URS(Ubiquitous Robotic Space). We modeled the URS. Then, we find the location of robot in the virtual URS on web and mobile phone. We control the robot view with mobile phone. This paper addresses the concept of virtual URS and introduces interaction between robot in the virtual URS and human using web and mobile phone service. Then, this paper introduces a case of service on mobile phone.

  • EC, which is done the virtual space through Web, has weakly like security problem because anybody can easily access to the system due to open network attribute of Web. Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the Web security for safe and useful EC. One of these solutions is the implementation of a strong cipher system. NC(Nonpolynomial Complete) cipher system proposed in this paper is advantage for the Web security and it overcomes the limit of the 64 bits cipher system using 128 bits key length for input, output, encryption key and 16 rounds. Moreover, it is designed for the increase of time complexity by adapted more complex design for key scheduling regarded as one of the important element effected to encryption.

  • This paper presented a web-based virtual system to simulate forging operation. The system utilized simulation techniques of Finite Element Method (FEM) to analyze the forging process and Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) to visualize the simulation results in the web. The analysis using FEM could show mechanical information such as stresses and deformation profiles of a specimen during forging process and the analysis results were transferred into virtual space using VRML. Since the forging machine and specimen were modeled using Java and VRML, the forging machine and analysis results were browsed and integrated on the web that is interfaced to users through EAI to show the whole forging simulation. The developed system realized the working environment virtually so that education and experiment could be performed effectively even on the PC.

  • Recent global and cloud computing render the Internet and Web application to be a paramount field since it is uncomplicated to access and less time and space limitation. On the other hand, a growing number of computations using grid computing techniques indicates the requirements and quantities of large-scale computations are becoming foremost progressively. Therefore, that will be much practicable if there is a Web-based service that could provide Grid computing functions. In this paper, Several similar Web-based cloud and parallel computing systems will be discussed and a model of Web application termed GCaaS which supports grid computing services will be introduced.

  • Modern OSs, including Linux, show high scalability by adopting a monolithic kernel design, but have weak security because they share all memory space. This study presents a kernel module that are isolated inside the kernel using WebAssembly. WebAssembly provides a high-performance virtual machine by defining a low-level instruction set while guaranteeing memory safety. In this paper, the WebAssembly execution environment is implemented inside the kernel, allowing developers to control the operation of kernel modules and achieving higher security.

  • In engineering education practical experiments is very important for each student, but due to the limitation of time and available resources such as laboratory equipment, space and instructors enough hands-on real experiments could not be provided to all students enrolled in the program throughout the academic year. In this sense web-based remote experiments through internet become a solution for engineering education and an emerging new paradigm for students and teachers. This paper presents the development of the web-based remote vibration experiment system for mechatronics education. Students can access this experimental equipment through an internet and conduct vibration experiment remotely without any restriction on time and place. IP address for data communication and web-service are assigned in local computer and then students receive experimental results and the captured pictures using network. The developed system provides real-time feedback of the tested results. Ubiquitous access to the system gained popularity from students.

  • The development of smart technology has brought the conversion of closed traditional e-learning contents into open flexible smart learning contents consisting of learner-centered modules, without the constraints of time and space by use of smart devices from the uniformed and passive classroom between teachers and learners. It has been demanded an open, personalized and customized teaching and learning contents of smart education and training systems according to wide supply of various smart devices. In this paper, we discuss about the status of the smart teaching and learning systems and analyze the characteristics and structure of the web contents for smart education and training systems by use of smart devices. And we propose a method how to block web contents, to extract them, and adapt personalized segments of web contents by adaptive algorithm into smart learning devices. We extract blocks from the web contents based on the smart device information and the preference information of the learners from existing web contents without the hassle of learners environment. After specifying a block priority from the extracted web contents by the adaptive segment algorithm, it can be displayed directly to the screen to fit the individual learning progress of the learners.

  • This paper identifies current status and key determinants of participation in multimedia UCC as a web2.0 paradigm. Significant factors composed of IT digital convergence environments and young generation's value, attitude to connecting to web (human relation, visual expressionism, arousal, et al). This paper analyze multimedia UCC service status & current status of participation level of UCC users. The research implemented to analysis customer click streaming data (inter-temporary page-view, unique user)of small-mid multimedia UCC Company and to 2nd data(ww.rankey.com) for page-view and unique user to participation tendency by age and sex about total participation amount of multimedia UCC. In case of young generation be familiar with new internet service, Internet web space meaning important information seeking media and 1 person media able to connect to new web network as prosumer. In UCC centered internet business, web based customers implemented the role of prosumer as generate web contents and consuming to net-working.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore and understand correlation between an appearance of the web-graphics and rhetorical analysis. This paper was adopted semiotic approaches and four rhetorical tropes as follows metaphor, metonymy, synecdoche, irony. The web-graphics are parts of the web-contents that are increased continuously in the web-space these days. To investigate cgaracteristic of individual web-graphic this study selected semiotic framework and analysis meaning of the rhetorical tropes. The results of this study can be founded as follows: · Rhetorical graphics we produced linguistic features between human and signs for the fundamental characteristic of the signification. · Rhetorical graphics offer to the users the due of the decoding precesses through the narrative structures to symbolic schema. besides, these are operated limited framework of condensation and displacement. · The web-graphics participate human's recognition processes and rhetorical codes in order to investigate the sign-vehicle of the deep-structures.

  • The virtual space of internet has changed the existed market structure as more and more internet users have highly increased. And this situation has given a golden opportunity to the internet service firms that are supposed to meet their customers through the internet web sites. So, it is becoming a critical issues to construct and keep better web sites than their competitors to the internet service firms. This paper is intented as an investigation of determination factors of internet web site quality further, which of them are more important factors to the consumer satisfaction. For this purpose, empirical approach using factor analysis, regression analysis was used to develop dimensions of internet web site quality and to explore more important factors that internet service firms should choice to have competitiveness. Empirical results of the study presented that the determination factors of internet web site quality were composed of five factors like Responsiveness, Accessibility, Ease of use, System Performance, Communication. And we found that Communication and Ease of use are more important factors than other ones. Therefore, the internet service firms that are plan to have more competitiveness than their competitors should choice these important factors and concentrate on these ones to build excellent internet web sites.
