Purpose: This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site for high quality human resource, and to test relationship among web service quality, image, user satisfaction, relationship quality, and loyalty intention. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: Web design and information offer affect Image and user satisfaction. Also, relationship quality turned out to be an important mediator between image and loyalty intention and between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Conclusion: This study shows that two factors in via of relationship quality, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, Also, in order to raise loyalty intention of customer, marketer should exert to well manage relationship quality having significance as a mediator.

In this paper, we present a design and implementation of HDML(Handheld Device Markup Language) authoring tool that can create and mange HDML documents easily and conveniently, HDML is a markup language which enable acces to the Web using small mobile equipment through mobile networks. The basic limitation of mobile equipments and technical difficulties such as representation of HDML deck/card, definition of activation in each card and management of Hyper-link between cards are solved, in the development process of the HDML authoring tool.

In thls paper, a remote machine monitoring system for a vimal machine is proposed. The monltonng system is one of the core functmns of a vimd machne that provides a modeling and simulation environment for machining processes and management of the machine life cycle. The proposed system contains the modules for investigating tool wear using neural network and web-based real time process monitoring. An example implementation for tool wear and machining status monitoring is illustrated

오늘날, 웹 데이터의 의미적 처리를 위한 시맨틱 웹에 대한 많은 연구가 진행 중이다. 시맨틱 웹 환경을 실현하기 위해서 가장 중요한 작업은 객체들의 개념과 개념들 사이의 관계를 정의하는 온톨로지의 구축이다. 온톨로지 구축을 위해 OWL, RDF(S), DAML+OIL 등과 같은 언어들이 개발되었으며, 이 언어들을 기반으로 온톨로지를 구축하기 위한 Protege, KAON, OILEd 등의 온톨로지 저작 도구들이 개발되었다. 이처럼 많은 온톨로지 구축 언어와 도구가 개발되었지만, 온톨로지 이론에 대한 이해부족, 구축 언어 어휘 사용의 어려움 그리고 저작 도구 사용의 어려움 등의 이유로 온톨로지 저작 도구의 활용은 온톨로지 전문가 및 연구자들로 제한되어 있다. 그리고 워드넷과 같은 범용의 대형 온톨로지를 재사용하기 위한 연구 또한 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 온톨로지 전문가들을 비롯하여 온톨로지 구축을 원하는 일반 사용자들도 쉽게 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있는 OWL 온톨로지 저작 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 저작 도구의 개발에 필요한 중요 모듈에 대한 내용들을 소개함으로써 저작 도구 개발에 도움이 되고, 일반인들의 온톨로지에 대한 이해를 도와줌으로써, 본 시스템을 사용하여 쉽게 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있기를 기대한다.

웹 브라우저는 인터넷을 사용하기 위한 필수적인 응용 프로그램이다. 만약 용의자가 범죄 행위 시 웹 브라우저를 사용하였다면, 범죄와 관련된 흔적은 웹 브라우저 로그 파일에 저장이 된다. 따라서 용의자의 컴퓨터에 저장되어 웹 브라우저 로그 파일을 조사 한다면, 사건과 관련된 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 특히 검색어는 범죄 수사 시 매우 유용한 정보를 제공한다. 그러나 영어가 아닌 언어는 인코딩되어 표현되기 때문에 국내 범죄 수사 시 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 브라우저 로그 파일 조사에 관련한 사전 연구와 도구들에 대하여 살펴보고 이러한 보그 파일을 포렌식 관점에서 분석하는 방법을 소개한다. 그리고 소개한 방법을 적용한 도구를 실제 사건에 적용한 사례에 대하여 설명한다.

The e-catalog system consists of e-catalog database. e-catalog manager. and a web server, and provides e-catalog web service by displaying e-catalog documents that contain web 3D images. product specifications and manuals. Various web contents such as the 3D images of products, which offer basic viewpoints/movement handles and function simulations, product specifications, product manuals and product features, can be integrated into e-catalog documents in XML format through image manipulation and database connection by using the e-catalog manager tool. By reducing time and cost for publication and management of an e-catalog web service, the competitiveness of companies is expected to be intensified in the perspective of e-business activities.

This paper investigates the issue of performance testing on web browsing environments. Among the typical non-functional characteristics, index of link validity will be deeply explored. A framework to certify link correctness in web site is proposed. All possible navigation paths are first formulated to represent a usage model with the Markov chain property, which is then used to generate test script file statistically. With collecting any existing failure information followed by tracing these testing browsed paths, certification analysis may be performed by applying Markov chain theory. The certification result will yield some significant information such as: test coverage, reliability measure, confidence interval, etc. The proposed mechanism may provide not only completed but also systemic methodologies to find any linking errors and other web technologies errors. Besides, an actual practice of the proposed approach to a web-based system will be demonstrated quantitatively through a certification tool.

현대와 같은 정보화 사회에서는 장애인들도 차별 없이 웹에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 보장되어야한다. 많은 수의 웹 사이트들의 접근성을 평가하기 위해서는 자동화 도구들이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기 개발된 웹 접근성 자동 평가 도구 다섯 개를 선정하여 비교/분석하여 본다. 이는 사용자들이 웹 접근성 평가 도구를 선정하는데 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

본 연구에서는 조직 내에 스며든 웹 기술이 얼마나 해당 조직에 융합되어 정보시스템의 성공에 이바지하는지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 위계적 회귀분석 등을 통해 확인한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최고 경영진 지원, 전략적 투자 정당성, 그리고 컴퓨터 접근과 사용은 웹 기술 융합에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 웹 기술 융합은 정보시스템 프로젝트의 성공에 유의한 영향을 가지고 있음도 확인하였다. 둘째, 웹 기술 융합을 전략 차원과 활동 차원으로 구분하여 확인한 결과 전략 차원에서는 최고 경영진 지원이 정보시스템 성공에 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 반면 활동 차원에서는 전략적 투자 정당성이 제일 중요한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 정보시스템 프로젝트의 성공에 영향을 미치는 웹 기술 융합에 있어서 세부 차원 중 전략 차원이 활동 차원보다 높은 성공요인임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 웹 기술과 같은 정보기술은 조직의 성공을 위한 강력한 사업도구이며 높은 수익의 원천이 될 것이다.

Web based integrated sewer management system was developed for the analysis of sewer flow and for the optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue in order to construct user-friendly information management system. The developed system was applied to the residential area in Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of the developed system, and the modeling of sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF, EXTRAN, TRANSPORT in SWMM. This system is now in the process of connection to the management system of stormwater, surface and subsurface environment in order to develop an integrated environmental management system. Futhermore, this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer network and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles, it could serve as a tool not only for the optimal management, but also for the decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.
