많은 검색엔진의 개발과 웹 기술의 발전으로 기존의 키워드 검색에서 검색어에 의미를 부여하는 시맨틱 검색이 출현하게 되었다. 이런 흐름에 맞추어 한국한의학연구원에서 제공하는 한의학술논문시스템(오아시스)의 개선도 필요하게 되었다. 그리하여 오아시스를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 회원을 대상으로 소속이나 지위, 경력에 대한 인구사회학적 분석과 오아시스의 편리성 및 제공되는 논문의 가치에 대해 분석하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 오아시스의 개선해야 할 방향으로 한의학연구를 위해 분야별 중요도를 조사하였다. 설문의 조사를 통해 얻은 결과, 한자 위주의 검색어에 대한 의미를 파악할 수 있는 자동화검색이 필요하며 키워드 검색방식을 탈피하고 동음이의어를 판별할 수 있는 전거시스템의 도입이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 참고문헌 인용지수 정보와 관련기관의 임상정보와의 연계 필요성 및 Open API를 이용한 해외 주요 사이트와의 연계검색이 필요하다는 결론을 얻었다. 오아시스는 한의학술논문을 서비스하는 국내 유일의 사이트인 만큼 한의계의 요구를 충분히 분석하고 검색의 문제점을 보완한다면 한의학발전의 중추적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In the present study, silk fibroin (SF) was dissolved in $CaCl_2/H_2O/EtOH$ solution at $85^{\circ}C$. After the dissolution, the SF solution was cooled down and stored at $4^{\circ}C$ for 28 d. The stability of the solution's viscosity and electrospinnability was observed to examine the stability of SF molecules during storage in $CaCl_2/H_2O/EtOH$ solution. The viscosities of $SF/CaCl_2/H_2O/EtOH$ solution and SF formic acid solution did not change during 28 days' storage of SF in $CaCl_2/H_2O/EtOH$ solution. The electrospinnability of the SF solution, mean diameter of the electrospun SF fiber, and crystallinity index of electrospun SF web did not change, regardless of the length of the storage period. These results imply that SF molecules do not degrade during 28 days' storage in $CaCl_2/H_2O/EtOH$ solution.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 디지털 방송을 위한 DTV가 곧 상용화 될 것으로 보인다. DTV는 단순한 TV수상기 기능 외에 여러 가지 응용 제품으로 발전할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그 응용 제품으로 현재 각 국에서 앞 다투어 개발중인 것에는 WEB TV 나 PVR 등을 들 수 있다. 본 논문은 대용량 하드디스크를 이용하여 HD 급 방송 스트림에서도 성능을 발휘하는 DTV의 PVR 기능 추가를 위한 Time-Shifter보드 설계에 관한 것이다. HD급 방송 스트림을 위한 PVR을 개발 할때의 문제점은 읽기와 쓰기가 동시에 발생할 때 최대 40Mbps에 달하는 데이터 엑세스 속도인데 본 논문에서는 현재 시판중인 하드디스크(HDD)를 이용하여 위 속도를 나타내기 위한 효율적인 DMA방식과 버퍼 제어 방법을 제시한다 더불어 저장되었던 스트림을 다시 재생 할 때 문제 될 수 있는 bit rate 제어는 time-stamp방식을 이용하여 해결하였으며 VCR에서의 트릭 모드 재생 기능을 위해 Index 추출 방식을 적용하였다.

In general, flexural strength and ductility of reinforced concrete beam with stirrup depend on the compressive strength of concrete and longitudinal steel ratio. In this study, nine reinforced high strength lightweight concrete beams and three reinforced normalweight concrete beams with stirrup were tested to investigate their behavior and to determine their ultimate moment capacity. The variable were strength of concrete (400, 500kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$) and the ratio of tensile steel content to the ratio of the balanced steel content(0.22<$\rho$/$$\rho$_b$<0.56). Test results are presented in terms of load-deflection behavior, ductility index, and cracking patterns.

The hypertext document is used for information exchange in the Web environments. Its structure is considered as having graph structures with links, which makes nonlinear processing of documents possible. This paper proposes an indexing method for information retrieval system using XML links. We define new attributes that control links of a remote document and assign an unique identifier for the attribute of each link. Each identifier has a different weight according to its occurrence position that is local or remote documents. We index a word not only from a local document but a remote document based on the given weight. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms conventional retrieval systems that ignore links.

Kyonggi21Search시스템은 GIS와 웹을 통합한 지역정보 검색 시스템이다. 웹과 GIS를 연동하여 지리정보를 검색하기 위해 웹 문서에서 지역관련 색인어를 추출하고, 색인어간의 관련성을 계산한다. "Kyonggi21Search"시스템에서는 웹 문서에 많이 나타나는 일반적인 단어보다는, 많은 문서에 나타나지 않는 지리적 문화적인 단어들 간의 관련성을 찾는 것이 더 중요한데, 본 연구에서는 단어들 간의 관련성을 찾는데 연관규칙과 연관클러스터를 이용하여 연관도를 계산한다. 그리고 이런 단어들의 관련성을 찾는데는 연관 클러스터를 이용하는 것이 더 적합하다는 것을 보여준다. 한편 웹 문서와 색인어를 이용하여 만든 행렬은 희소행렬이라는 점을 이용하여 연관 클러스터 방법의 단점인 높은 계산량을 줄이는 최적화 방법을 제안한다.

최근에는 웹 환경에 적합한 개방형과 컴포넌트들을 효율적으로 분류하고 추출하는 방법이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷환경 하에서 생성되는 산출물을 컴포넌트 객체 형태로 통합 관리하고, 데이터베이스와 연결하여 객체들을 효율적으로 관리해 주는 웹기반 인덱스순서관계정보모델을 설계한다. 이 제안의 장점은 "인덱스 순서관계정보"로 클래스(class)들 사이의 관련된 여러 관계정보를 UML 설계방법에 적응할 수 있는 구조로 변형함으로서 개발자가 관계정보를 쉽게 파악하여 모델링 선계언어인 UML 선계방법에 쉽게 적응할 수 있게 한다. 이 모델로 기존의 시스템을 재사용하고 급변하는 소프트웨어 산업에 능동적으로 대체와 소프트웨어 개발에 시간을 단축함으로써 현존하는 다양한 데이터베이스 군들을 최소한의 코드 수정을 통하여 구동할 수 있게 함으로써 소프트웨어 개발 경제성을 높이는 데 있다.

Now days, the demands of new type hull lines and optimum design in relation with the EEDI (Energy Efficiency Design Index) regulation and eco-friendly high efficiency vessel design are mandatory clauses in Euro financial crises era. Therefore, in correlation with the above, we tried to find the optimum results and revealed the alterations of supporting structure for liftable car deck latch on PCTC. Generally, PCTC (Pure Car & Truck Carrier) design has been performed by 2 pillar space model F. E analysis without vehicle loads on liftable car deck to evaluate the structural adaptability. So, we applied mentioned vehicle loads on pillar and side transverse web on model to compare with not applied model and performed the ultimate strength analysis of improved design for the safety evaluation.

This paper is concerned with structurizing contents of the ergonomic resources and constructing DB of these resources. Through this internet system developed using ultra 2 DB Server, Sun Solaris(UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web server, the interface (www.gamsung.or.kr), by which ergonomic resources can be provided, has been completed. Information retrieval concerning ergonomic resources produced by the project "Business of Development in Technology of Human Sensibility Ergonomics" is possible. For example, 35 reports and 262 ergonomic characteristics issued from the first step of this project, 255 ergonomic characteristics issued from the second step. In addition, there are also voice data, sound data, expression data, questionnaire data, sensibility data, and information about researchers, manufactories, references.

최근들어, 인터넷상의 E-business나 쇼핑몰사이트와 같은 웹 사이트에서 멀티미디어 정보를 많이 사용하고 있다. 멀티미디어 정보 중에서도 이미지 정보가 가장 많이 사용되고 있으며, 이는 사용자들이 가장 많이 접하는 정보이다. 기존의 이미지 검색 기법은 내용 기반 검색이나 키워드를 이용한 검색 방법을 지원하지만, 사용자의 의도를 적용하지는 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹에서 사용자가 이미지를 검색하고 접근하는 패턴을 이미지의 칼라와 질감을 특징으로 한 벡터를 기반으로 시스템에 학습 시키고 사용자의 검색 성향을 분석하여 시스템에 적용한다. 이미지 검색의 효율을 높이기 위하여 질감을 기반으로 비트 벡터 인덱스(bit vector index) 기법을 적용하며, 인덱스에 의한 이미지 자동 분류 기법을 제안한다. 또한 이미지 칼라의 정보를 영역별로 추출하여 칼라 부분매칭 검색을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 이미지 검색 시스템을 사용하는 사용자의 정보를 시스템에 학습시키고 학습된 결과를 이용해서 사용자가 검색 하고자 하는 이미지 정보에 편리성을 제공하고 검색의 효율성을 증대시킨다.
