The methodology of six sigma originated at Motorola in the early 1980s is now days proved to be an effective way in improving the quality. Many companies are paying their attentions to 6 sigma quality technique, proved to be successful by many examples of advanced firms. However most companies where Six sigma is implemented confront many difficulties in service industry. In paper we research successful Six Sigma in the service industry.

This paper introduces experimental results of whole-body vibration exposed through the contact area between automotive seat and human body. Such vibration experiment was carried out for five automotive seats in use and four Korean individuals. Interestingly, the quantitative assessment of the ride values of the tested seats do not only enable us to judge the footnotes the Korean technology in automotive seat has left so far, but also lead to the systematic way of improving their ride quality, in addition in Korean automotive seats raised in this paper.

This study identifies elements involved in designing rehearsals for improving preservice teachers' capacity to teach mathematics. Observation of a secondary mathematics methods course and regular interviews with the teacher educator following each class were used in this research. After characterizing what is considered and enacted in rehearsals as a way to help preservice teachers practice the work of teaching mathematics, I illustrate them with examples from the observations and interviews. I then discuss the challenge of dual contexts-the teacher education classroom and the secondary mathematics classroom-and dual perspectives-the mathematical and pedagogical-in designing and enacting rehearsals. I conclude with implications for mathematics teacher education.

A fixed k-coloring problem is introduced and dealt with by efficient heuristic algorithms. It is shown that the problem can be transformed into the graph partitioning problem. Initial coloring and improving methods are proposed for problems with and with and without the size restriction. Algorithm Move, LEE and OEE are developed by modifying the Kernighan-Lin's two way uniform partitioning procedure. The use of global information in the selection of the node and the color set made the proposed algorithms superior to the existing method. The computational result also shows that the superiority does not sacrifice the time demand of the proposed algorithms.

It is an hot issue to reduce vibration for improving quality, reliability and safety in railway vehicles including magnetic levitation, monorail way, surface car etc. This paper aims at literature survey in rolling stocks vibration standards. Firstly, we investigate literature concerned vibration test standards and compare these standards. Secondly, we give some suggestions for future study and developing new test standards.

Passphrases are considered to be more secure than passwords since they are longer than passwords. However, users choose predictable word patterns and common phrases to make passphrases memorable, which in turn significantly lowers security. While random passphrases appear to be stronger, surprisingly they are neither strong nor memorable. In this paper, we present the latest passphrase research, and introduce a new way to create a passphrase using mnemonics. Passphrase generation using mnemonics shows promising results in improving both strength and memorability.

In this paper, the authors reflect on how a lecturer's cross-cultural gestures affect learners from across cultures online and in the field teaching sessions for improving the service when to build an e-Learning system. The study extends to survey the way learners feel about cultural differences during a presentation from the research based on sociolinguistics research. Before starting a full-scale research, a preliminary study has been conducted to base the initial experiment, and analysis these result for main research.

A new design for improving the aperture ratio of bottom emission type AMOLED is investigated. In conventional, the TFT of AMOLED fabrication method is "Etch Stopper (7-mask)", so the aperture ratio is limited in 28${\sim}$33% by Cs(Storage Capacitor). A high aperture ratio TFT is designed by using BCE(Back Channel Etching 5-mask) fabrication way and the aperture ratio is up to 40% shown in 2.2"AMOLED display.

The master plan provides solid, credible recommendations for developing a trail or trail system that is safe, convenient, well used, supported by local residents, practicality to implement, and customized to meet the needs of the community, you will need to follow a logical planning. The key elements of master planning includes site assessment, vision, goals and objectives, routing and design, implementation strategies. Trails or trail systems should provide linkages to popular destinations, safely accommodate a variety of users, and be sensitive to any negative impacts on the natural environment and wildlife. Trails planners also need to think about how the trail, or trail system will function in the future as areas are developed or trail population increases. All of these factors during the planning process will ensure the existence of high-quality facilities for years to come.
