This paper presents a wavelet-based digital watermarking technique for still images. The digital watermarking considering human visual system (HVS) to increase the robustness and perceptual invisibility of digital watermark. The watermarking embedding is modified discrete wavelet transform (DWT) coefficients of the subbands of the images. The human visual system is number of factors that effect the noise sensitivity of human eyes that is considered to increase the robustness and perceptual invisibility of digital watermark. The watermark detection is blind watermark ( original image is not required ). Experimental results successful against attacks by image processing such as add noise, cropping, filtering, JPEG and JPEG2000 compression.

As software is becoming increasing important to the human society, so does the effort to produce them is also increasing.. All of these efforts can be at risk when source code of the application is reverse engineered by the software pirate. Many attempts have been made to protect Intellectual Property Rights (IPR); one of the newest attempts to protect IPR is software watermarking. It is used to prove ownership right when IPR are violated, and also prevents the bandit from altering the code for his own use. In this paper we are presenting a new technique for software watermarking know as Dictionary Based Software Watermarking (DBSW). DBSW works by embedding dummy instructions in source code with the help of predefined mapping already available in the dictionary. These instructions are identical to the normal instructions of the program and are hard to identify or to extract from the watermarked program. With the help of DBSW we not only can stop source code alteration but can also identify the buyer how has distributed the pirated copy.
A watermark is a signal added to the original signal in order to preserve the copyright of the owner of the digital content. The basic challenge for designing a watermarking system is a dilemma between transparency and robustness. If we want a higher rate of transparency, there has to be a compromise in terms of its robustness and vice versa. Also, until now, watermarking is generalized, resulting in the need for a specialized algorithm to work for a specialized image processing application domain. Our proposed technique takes into consideration the image characteristics for watermark insertion and it optimizes transparency and robustness. It achieved a 99.98% retrieval efficiency for an image blurring attack and counterfeits other attacks. Our proposed technique counterfeits almost all of the image processing attacks.
Today's modern world requires a digital watermarking technique that takes the redundancy of an image into consideration for embedding a watermark. The novel algorithm used in this paper takes into consideration the redundancies of spatial domain and wavelet domain for embedding a watermark. Also, the cryptography-based secret key makes the algorithm difficult to hack and help protect ownership. Watermarking is blind, as it does not require the original image. Few coefficient matrices and secret keys are essential to retrieve the original watermark, which makes it redundant to various intentional attacks. The proposed technique resolves the challenge of optimizing transparency and robustness using a Canny-based edge detector technique. Improvements in the transparency of the cover image can be seen in the computed PSNR value, which is 44.20 dB.
This paper addresses a feature-based robust watermarking scheme for digital images using a local invariant features of SURF (Speeded-Up Robust Feature) descriptor. In general, the feature invariance is exploited to achieve robustness in watermarking schemes, but the leakage of information about hidden watermarks from publicly known locations and sizes of features are not considered carefully in security perspective. We propose embedding and detection methods where the watermark is bound with circular areas and inserted into extracted circular feature regions. These methods enhance the robustness since the circular watermark is inserted into the selected non-overlapping feature regions instead of entire image contents. The evaluation results for repeatability measures of SURF descriptor and robustness measures present the proposed scheme can tolerate various attacks, including signal processing and geometric distortions.
There has been more increased the development of 3D technique since many 3D contents of 3D graphic model, 3D mobile/computer game, and 3D CAD have been serviced in Web or industry fields. Therefore, the watermarking system is more required to protect the copyright for 3D contents. Currently there has been researched about the watermarking for 3D graphic model of mesh or NURBS. However, watermarking technique based on CAD design drawing leaves something to be desired yet. This paper proposed the watermarking technique for 3D CAD design drawing using Line and Arc components. After drawing out Line and Arc components from designed drawing, we embed the watermark into both the length of Line component and the radius of Arc component. Experimental results verified that the proposed algorithm satisfies the transparency about watermarked drawing and also has the robustness against several attacks by using public CAD tool.

For real-time animation, keyframe animation that consists of translation, rotation, scaling transform nodes is used widely in 3D graphics. This paper presents geometrical watermarking using vertex coordinates in CoordIndex node and interpolator watermarking using keyvalues in PositionInterpolator node for 3D keyframe animation based on VRML. Experimental results verify that the proposed algorithm has the robustness against geometrical attacks and timeline attacks as well as the invisibility.
This paper proposed a novel vector digital watermarking method to protect copyright. The proposed method embeds watermarks after finding the closest pair of points and calculating the distance of the points. We tested the robustness of the method through several attacks on watermarked data. The experimental results show that the proposed method has more robustness than previous methods. And the new method doesn't change the topology of the vector data. Therefore, this method can be 'the vector digital watermarking for GIS.

A system realization for real time DVR system with robust video watermarking algorithm against is attacked various is presented in this paper. The main system is composed of DSP processor and robust video watermarking to be processed at real time on image data and algorithm of the DVR system. The experimental result shows that the processing time takes about 2.5ms on the D1 size image per frame.

Digital watermarking has been recently proposed as the means of intellectual property right protection of multimedia data. We present a novel watermarking scheme to hide a copyright information in a digital image. The method Is based on the 2D DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) and image statistics. Gaussian and Laplacian noises as the watermarks are added to the large wavelet coefficients at the high and middle frequency bands in the wavelet domain. Experimental results show that the proposed Laplacian watermark is stronger to several common image distortions, such as noises, JPEG coding as different qualities, Gaussian blurring, and edge enhancement.
