용수-폐수 분배모형의 민감도분석 (Sensitivity Analysis of Water Supply-Wastewater Allocation Model)

  • 세계 식량 및 에너지 위기의 심화에 따른 여러 가지 용수공급의 경합에 맞추어, 시스템공학의 지역적 수자원 개발 계획에 대한 적용이 중요시되고 있다. 도시 수자원과 토지 이용 전략 및 이에 따른 환경 영향에 관한 논의와 함께, 분배 관망의 최소 비용안을 구하기 위한 선형계획 및 비선형계획 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 주어진 가상용수 수요에 대비한 부배 모형의 작성 및 실제전산 처리를 통하여 장래 용수 공급원에 관한 민감도를 분석하였다.

Automatic Control on Dosing Coagulant as to Stream Current

  • As recently raw water quality has been polluted as well as its quality has been remarkably varied according to season and region, the precise control of coagulant dosage is being keenly required in water treatment plants. The amount of coagulant is closely related to raw water quality such as turbidity, alkalinity, water temperature, pH, electrical conductivity, etc. Since the optimum quantity of chemicals is not yet finalized, so dosage rate must be decided by using jar test that takes one or two hours. Hereupon, the output signal of stream current and multi-regression on historical data were proposed to be applied to the coagulant dosing control. In consequence of applying the scheme to automatic determination of the dosage rate, it was testified that the determination of dosage rate was very effective in case it is performed as to real-time sensing of water quality and the output signal of stream current.

  • In this paper, a System Dynamics(SD) computer simulation model has been developed to assess the effects of developing and providing an alternate water source. A water service index was also developed to estimate the level of overall customer satisfaction on water supply service. Data from the Busan water supply service and the Korea Development Institute regarding the Nak Dong river bank storage development were utilized during the modeling processes. Some important indicators of the system under study were analyzed by the simulations of development of the alternate water source for Busan. The developed SD model and the water service index can be further utilized as a tool that can assess the extent and timing of an additional service improvement project.

  • Stormwater reduction plays an important role in the safety and resilience to flooding in urban areas. Due to rapid climate change, the world is experiencing abnormal climate phenomena, and sudden floods and concentrated torrential rains are frequently occurring in urban basins and the amount of outflow due to stormwater increases. In addition, the damage caused by urban flooding and inundation due to extreme rainfall exceeding the events that occurred in the past increases. To solve this problem, water supply, drainage, and water supply for sustainable urban development, the water management paradigm is shifting from sewage maintenance to water circulation and water-sensitive cities. So, in this study, The purpose of this study is to examine measures to increase the resilience of urban ecosystem systems for urban excellence reduction by analyzing the effects of green infra structures and LID techniques and evaluating changes in resilience. In this study, for simulating and analysis of runoff for various stormwater patterns and LID applications, Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) was used.

합천댐의 비상용량 및 용수공급 조정기준을 활용한 용수공급능력 제고 (Improving the water yield capabilities using reservoir emergency storage and water supply adjustment standard)

  • 다목적댐을 건설하는 중요한 기능 중 하나는 대량의 수자원을 저수하여 건기에 적절하게 활용하는 것이다. 그러나 건설 당시 제한된 수문정보를 이용하여 건설된 다목적댐은 기후변화로 인한 유입량 감소와 같은 문제에 직면할 수 있어 물 부족이 발생할 경우 대처하는데 어려움이 있다. 국토교통부에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 2015년 댐 용수부족 대비 용수공급 조정기준을 제시하였으나 아직 충분한 검토가 진행되지 않아 이에 대한 결과를 논하기엔 어려움이 있다. 또한 국내의 다목적댐은 비상용량을 확보하고 있으나 이를 활용할 수 있는 기준이 없다. 하지만 이를 효과적으로 사용한다면 가뭄에 대비할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 댐 용수부족 대비 용수공급 조정기준과 다목적댐의 비상용량을 활용하는 방안을 검토하였다. 이수안전도 지표를 이용하여 대안들을 평가한 결과 대안별 용수공급능력이 다소 증가하지만 한계가 나타났다. 그러나 두 가지 대안을 복합적으로 활용할 경우 기존에 나타나던 문제를 보완하여 더욱 효과적인 용수공급을 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The design and implementation of thyristor water cooling control systems in considered in this pape Coolant water is pumped through the thyristor heat sinks where heat is transferred from the thyristo to the water. This water is then pumped through outdoor air-to-water heat exchangers where heat I transferred to the outside air. Since the water must be pure, it is filtered and de-ionized. Also the water temperature must be below dew-point temperature. Redundant pumps, outdoor heat exchangers, power supply system, controller monitoring system are provided for system reliability and availability.

수열에너지 입지 선정을 위한 계층화분석법의 적용 (Application of analytic hierarchy process technique for selecting a hydrothermal energy site)

  • In this study, an evaluation system that can be used to evaluate the feasibility of developing and supplying hydrothermal energy for the operation of large-scale complex facilities was developed. To this end, this study derived factors to be considered when selecting a location for the use of hydrothermal energy using raw water from multi-purpose dams and regional water supply systems through literature survey and expert interviews. The evaluation indicators derived from this study are divided into four sectors: hydrothermal energy utilization factors, location factors, planning factors, and disaster safety factors, and are composed of 10 mid-level indicators and 34 detailed planning indicators. The relative importance of all factors was derived using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, and the developed evaluation indicators and relative importance were applied to four multi-purpose dam regions in the country. As a result, it was found that in the development and use of hydrothermal energy utilizing regional raw water supply line the urban planning conditions of the supply site can have a greater impact on the location selection results than the hydrothermal energy development itself. Due to the characteristics of the evaluation indicators developed in this study and their nature as comprehensive indicators, it is believed that the results should be applied to determine the overall adequacy of site selection in the early stages of hydrothermal energy development. In the future, it is believed that it will be necessary to analyze the problems in supplying and operating hydrothermal energy using raw water from multi-purpose dams and regional water resources. Based on the analysis the evaluation system developed in this study is expected to be improved and supplemented.

가뭄시 용수공급지장으로 인한 경제적 파급효과 분석 (The Economic Impacts of Water Supply Constraints During a Drought Using input-output Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 공급측면 산업연관분석모형을 사용하여 물공급지장이 끼치는 산업의 전방효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 여기서 분석된 공급지장비용은 수도사업의 신뢰도 결정에 사용될수 있으며 물의 공급부족이 발생할 경우 물의 효율적 배분을 위한 정책적 기초를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 산업연관분석을 이용하여 수도부문이 차지하는 국민경제적 위치를 확인하고 공급지장으로 인한 산업간 직·간접 피해를 분석하였다. 또한 가뭄시 중요한 공급우선 순위 결정을 위한 공급지장지수를 제안하였다. 한편 가뭄의 발생은 지역적인 특성을 가지고 있어서 전국산업연관표를 이용한 지역수준의 공급지장비용이 과대 도는 과소평가될 여지가 있다. 따라서 경남지역산업연관표를 통해 산정한 공급지장비용을 전국산업관표와 비교·분석하였다.
