방사성 폐기물 처분연구의 QA절차에 따른 웹기반 문서처리 워크플로우 시스템 개발 (Web-based QA Workflow System for Radioactive Waste Disposal)

  • During the early stage of radioactive disposal programs, important issues related with quality assurance of data sets, methodologies, R&D procedures are recognized as important ones. This paper focused on the development of web-based workflow standards for the QA procedures of the radioactive waste disposal programs. The flow of process was analyzed based on workflow concepts proposed by the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). QA system is based on the principles of T2R3. T2R3 Workflow was used to standardize and restructure the business and/or work process in the industry or organization. The WfMC has identified five functional interfaces to a workflow service as part of its standardization program. They are composed of process definition interface, worklist handler, application program interface, interface between workflows, and system management. The task flow and QA program were defined based on the workflow ideas. QA procedures for the R&D results of radiation disoposal were analyzed following the reference model of workflow. In addition, six program run list were created and implemented. The creation, revision, and approval of the test data were designed to be inplemented on the web environment. Through this system, R&D procedures such as planning, research, documentation, internal review and future independent peer review processes could be well organized and stored more systematically on the database and knowledge base. This will encourage the usage and data sharing between interested parties through it's clear and transparent workflow standards.

  • Global competitive pressures are asking industrial companies to find the best way to meet their customer's requirements, reduce the costs of products, and increase productivity. Quality improvement has been proposed and implemented as a primary means of achieving these purposes. The quality improvement usually includes a goal of reducing the costs due to poor quality. While these costs of poor quality (COPQ) are not known precisely, they are known to be very high. Also, they may be underestimated by the hidden costs due to non-value activities, such as potential lost sales, costs of redesign due to quality reasons, and extra manufacturing costs due to defects, etc. In any manufacturing or service operation, all actions and resource expenditures of a company should be focused on creating value for customers. Any activity or resource of not creating the value for customers could be regarded as waste, which consequently causes the COPQ. Some companies did use dashboards to understand and identify value added or non-value added activities in order to reduce or eliminate wastes. These dashboards must be properly designed to consider inherent differences in manufacturing or service operations among business organizations. In addition, a structured quality improvement program such as the Six Sigma must support these dashboards. In this paper, a case study of designing dashboards for evaluating and reporting the COPQ in business units is presented.

  • With the expansion of e-commerce, E-marketplace has become one of the most discussed topics in recent years. Limited theoretical works, however, have been done to optimize the practical use of e-marketplace systems. Other potential issues aside, this research has focused on this problem: 'the participants waste too much time, effort and cost to find out their best partner in B2B marketplace.' To solve this problem, this paper proposes a system which provides the user-company with the automated and customized brokering service. The system proposed in this paper assesses the weight on the priorities of a user-company, runs the two-stage clustering algorithm with self-organizing map and K-means clustering technique. Subsequently, the system shows the clustering result and user guide-line. This system enables B2B marketplace to have more efficiency on transaction with smaller pool of partners to be searched.

  • GIS provides the various analyzing and displaying using diverse spatial data have supported the powerful functionality and friendly user-interface. But, early GIS software is developed as package tool, it have many difficulties with reducing the cost of developing GPS application and satisfying the various user requirements. At present, the developed GPS applications across multiple domains, despite the common features are built separately for each domain in terms of software engineering development followed out waste of time and money expenditure. However, common features between GPS applications, if deployed as a component assembly and reuse components in terms of enabling the two kinds of component-based development can bring out the beneficial results. In this paper, we described the Analysis and design of GPS ApplicationsS based on Component. Each GPS component is composed of many objects accomplish the atomic service processing and cooperate with each other. And, GPS components meets the qualifications of thc low cost of developing GPS application because of the reusability and re-composition.

영양사 직무기술서 작성 연구 (Analysis and Framing of Dietitian's of Description)

  • This study was conducted as a part of the project developing the standards of national board test for the dietitian's licence. The purpose of this study was to define the job description of dietitians, and to describe the task elements based on the detailed analysis of the dietitians' work. This study team established the research team which was composed of food and nutrition experts, 7 of registered dietitians and 3 of university professors. Draft job description form was made to fully explain the dietitians' task elements, process and sequence by the research team. Final job description form was confirmed after the validity of 576 task elements was reevaluated upon 4 point scale test based on the frequency, importance, and difficulty by 21 field registered dietitian by the study team. It was also confirmed by the university. This form was formated by following DACUM method which analyzed the job description containing duty, task and task elements. It was organized to include every dietitians' work and to describe the every detailed process of work. Duty was defined as the specific and independent work as a dietitian, and was composed of 17 parts, i.e 10 parts in food supply management area and 6 parts in nutritional care service area and self promotion area. Duties were also divided into 99 tasks containing the 576 detailed task elements to describe definite action, steps and decisions. Seventeen parts are following; menu planning, storage and inventory control, food production, meal service, waste management, sanitation, equipment and facility management, human resource management, financial management, nutrition assessment of life cycle, nutritional assessment of several disease, nutritional assessment in specific condition, medical nutrition therapy, nutritional education, public health nutrition and self promotion. If these protocols are properly performed and presented, they can provide the likelihood that dietetics professionals work as a primary contributors in promoting health care and preventing disease nationally.

도시 환경용량평가에 관한 연구 -청주시를 사례로- (A Study on the Environmental Carrying Capacity Assessment of Chongju City)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the environmental carrying capacity of Chongju City for the environmental management and the urban growth management. The urban environmental carrying capacity assessment of the city by the index of ecological footprint(EF), shows that the ecosystem of the city has been overloaded and most of the deficiencies has come from outside of the city. The EF index, the area of land per capita required for production and consumption in the city, was 1.731 ha per capita in 1989 and 1.901 ha per capita in 1999. On the other side, the ecologically productive land is 0.0175 ha per capita. It means that every citizen owes 1.88 ha per capita to the ecosystem in 1999. The land consumption of the city has increased by 0.1705 ha per capita during the last 10 years. The capacity of infrastructure and the service supply estimated by the Onishi model does not exceed the demand of the city in 1999. But the rapidly increasing population and fast urban growth need the expansion of the capacity. The water supply capacity of the city appears to be sufficient in 1999, but the water supply demand will increase in the future. The capacity of sewage treatment facilities seems to be sufficient, but the higher level of sewage treatment facilities should be adopted for the improvement of water quality as the generation of sewage will increase and its characteristics will also make the wastewater treatment difficult. Due to the decrease of solid waste generated, the land fill capacity for solid waste disposal is not insufficient at present, but the capacity will be saturated in the near future. Therefore, the scientific management system of solid wastes should be introduced. The air quality of the city meets both the national air quality standard and WHO recommendation standard, but the strong regulation and control of automobile emission gas such as CO, $CO_2$, NOx and HC is required for clean air.

  • 물류 시스템은 다양한 프로세스에 걸친 한정된 자원들의 작업을 통해 고객에게 서비스를 제공한다. 이와 같은 복잡한 환경에서 높은 서비스 수준을 유지하기 위해서는 프로세스 진행 상황에 대한 실시간 모니터링과 그를 통한 성과 달성도의 지속적인 관리가 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 컨테이너 터미널을 대상으로 선박 물류 프로세스의 서비스 완료시간을 예측하는 방법론을 제시한다. 이를 위해 먼저 선박에서 컨테이너를 싣고 내리는 프로세스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악한다. 그리고, 확인된 요인들 중 영향 정도를 직접적으로 측정하기 어려운 것에 대해 정량적인 값을 추정하는 방안을 개발한다. 서비스 완료 시간에 대한 실시간 예측은 의사결정 나무를 사용한다. 과거 프로세스 진행 이력을 바탕으로 의사결정 나무를 학습시킨 후, 특정 시점에서 실시간 요인의 상태를 이용하여 서비스 완료시간을 예측한다. 컨테이너 터미널 시뮬레이션 모형을 활용하여 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론을 검증하였다.

의사결정나무와 자료포락 분석을 이용한 공공기관 유형별 환경효율성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Eco-Efficiency in Public Sector Using Decision Tree and DEA Analysis)

  • This study aims to provide public sectors with eco-efficiency information. To implement the purposes of the study, environmental and economic variables of Eco-Efficiency were identified through decision tree model, then the relative Eco-Efficiencies of 243 public sectors were evaluated through input-oriented DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model. Specifically, the amount of public purchasing per a staff and the amount of energy use per a staff were considered as input factors. Sales per a staff was considered as output factor. The result shows that most of the public sectors (94.2%) were evaluated as "inefficient" taking into consideration of average value, 0.501 from market-based public corporations, 0.288 from local public corporations, 0.28 from quasi-market-based public corporations, 0.269 from fund-management-based quasi-governmental institutions, 0.09 from non-classified public institutions, and 0.078 from commissioned-service-based quasi-governmental institutions. Furthermore, it is possible to establish a plan for internal Eco-Efficiency improvement based on information of the reference set. In order to improve the Eco-Efficiency in the public sectors in the long term, environmental impacts of the overall public sectors' operations (e.g., energy saving, water saving, waste reduction, and purchasing of green products) needs to be properly proposed in consideration of BSC (Balanced Scorecard) indicators of public sectors.

교량 안전성과 공용년수를 고려한 적정 보수보강 예산 배분 (Bridge Appropriate Maintenance Budget Allocation Considering Safety and Service Life)

  • 교량의 목표 수명 동안 통행 안전성을 유지하기 위해서는 적정한 보수보강 예산의 확보와 확보된 예산의 합리적인 배분이 필요하다. 기존의 단순 교량 규모 기반 예산 배분 방식을 개선하여 다양한 영향인자를 고려한 합리적인 예산 배분 결정 체계를 제안하였다. 전체 교량을 하위 관리주체별로 일정한 관리 수준이 확보되도록 교량의 보수보강 예산을 적정하게 배분하기 위하여 과거 보수보강 이력에 기초한 조치율 모델과 단위 비용 모델을 개발하였다. 제안된 모델을 이용하여 관리주체별 적정 예산 배분 비율 결정 방법을 제안하고 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 교량의 보수보강 예산 배분의 영향 인자로 교량 규모뿐만 아니라 종별 현황과 현재 안전등급, 공용년수가 고려되어야 적정 예산 배분이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 방법을 활용하여 관리 주체별 예산 소요를 명확하게 반영한 예산 분배를 시행함으로서 불필요한 예산 낭비를 방지하고 예산 배분의 합리적인 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 무선 환경에서 P2P 환경에서의 파일 공유 방식은 클라이언트/서버 방식과는 다르게 값비싼 서버를 사용하지 않고 클라이언트 컴퓨터들만을 사용하여 자료의 공유 및 관리를 분산시킨다. 이러한 이유로 대용량의 서버를 사용하는 클라이언트/서버 방식에서 발생하는 인적, 물적 자원의 낭비를 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 수가 늘어날수록 연산, 협업의 성과가 높아지는 등의 혜택을 제공한다. 이와 같은 이유로 인해 많은 사람들이 P2P에 관심을 갖고, 또한 현재 각광받고 있는 모바일 관련 분야에도 P2P를 이용한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
