재한(在韓) 베트남인 이주 노동자의 주거 및 주생활 : 우리나라 수도권 지역을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Housing and Domestic Living of Vietnamese Immigrant Workers Who were Living in the Metropolitan Area in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the state of Vietnamese housing in Korea. Using ethnographic methodologies, it was examined that 22 Vietnamese households in Korea in relation to their usage of housing space. The following conclusion were established; 1). Most of households had kitchen+1 or 2 bedrooms and the majority households preferred separated kitchen and living room areas. 2). Most households had a washing machine in bathroom and they regarded bathtub as not very necessary. They all preferred the bathroom with enough space for using washing machine and hand washing both. 3). Their preferred seating style was using chairs on sleeping as like in Vietnam but they preferred eating without chairs and treated large family and guest without chairs specially. 4). All of them were took their shoes off usually and preferred designated shoes space at the entrance to the house which was not used in Vietnam. 5). A Floor material of all households was vinyl on living room and bedrooms and most of them who had been using tile only in Vietnam preferred vinyl here. 6). All of households had a modified Ondol and most of them who had never been used this before preferred and they regarded as a desirable heating system. 7). They considered the kitchen as the most important housing space and the direction of housing was the one to consider when they built or buy the house.

가전제품 소음등급 기준설정에 관한 연구 (Study on Establishment of the Noise Grade Criteria for Household Appliances)

  • No matter how low it might be, noise from home appliances in indoor environment cause displeasure for residents as it is produced nearby. Electronic goods including vacuum cleaner and washing machine generate high frequency noise, which interrupts TV-watching or conversations and cause noises between floors in apartment houses. In particular, refrigerators make constant noise late at night, hampering the study for exams and causing sleeplessness. Korea, despite the government's efforts to promote low-noise goods based on the noise test by corporation, there is a lack of standardization in the test method, test condition and measuring equipments. This is a major reason that lowers the reliability of low-noise products. At present, low-noise home appliances are certified with eco labeling in the nation but, only 7 brands of refrigerators, 4 brands of washing machines and 97 brands of air-conditioners obtained certification as of august, 2011. In addition, none of Kimchi-refrigerator and vacuum cleaner brands were approved as low-noise home appliances. This shows Korea's relatively underdeveloped market for low-noise products, which, in part, is because of the difficulties companies face in being certified with eco labeling as they should satisfy various requirements such as power-saving and eco-friendly design besides low-noise features. As a result, low-noise labeling for home appliances should be established for the revised noise and vibration management law and the study was carried out to establish low-noise labeling system for major noise sources including vacuum cleaner, washing machine, air-conditioner and refrigerator.

  • 세탁기, 냉장고 등의 가전제품에 탑재되는 8-bit MCU용 C 컴파일러는 소프트웨어 실행 속도를 높이기 위해 표준 C 언어 규칙을 따르지 않고 컴파일을 수행할 수 있다. 개발자가 일반 C 컴파일러와 8-bit MCU용 C 컴파일러의 차이를 정확하게 이해하지 못할 경우 표준 C 언어 환경에서는 발생하지 않으나 8-bit MCU를 사용하는 내장형 시스템에서는 발생하는 버그를 야기할 수 있으며 이런 버그는 표준 C언어 환경을 가정하는 버그 검출 도구로는 찾기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 표준 C 정수 확장 규칙을 따르지 않는 8-bit MCU용 컴파일러를 사용할 때 발생하는 정수 확장 버그를 소개하고 정수 확장 버그를 탐지하기 위한 다섯 종류의 버그 패턴을 제안한다. 정수 확장 버그 패턴 검출 도구를 개발하여 LG전자 세탁기 소프트웨어를 분석한 결과 컴파일러 옵션을 잘못 선택한 경우 발생하는 27개의 정수 확장 버그를 발견하였다.

하이얼 세탁기의 중국 시장에서의 가치혁신 성공에 관한 사례 연구 (A Successful Design Strategy of Haier Washing Machines in the Chinese Market)

  • 현재의 산업기술은 날이 갈수록 발달하고 있고, 따라서 기술은 더 이상 생산기업들 간의 유일한 경쟁 요소가 아니게 되었다. 본 논문은 하이얼 세탁기의 성공사례의 연구를 통해서 하이얼 세탁기의 디자인 전략의 구체적 방법을 찾아보았다. 이와 동시에 하이얼 세탁기와 지멘스, 리틀스완 세탁기의 4PS의 비교분석을 통해서, 하이얼의 디자인 전략에 있어서 경쟁 회사들과 어떠한 차이점이 있는지 연구하였다. 그렇게 함으로써 어떻게 기업의 디자인 전략을 체계적으로 분석하는가에 대한 방법 및 어떻게 성공적인 디자인 전략을 수립할 수 있는지에 대한 분석 프레임과 연구방법을 제공하고자 한다.

"Tencel"직물의 역학특성과 Seam Puckering에 관한 연구 (A study on Mechanical Properties and Seam Puckering of Tencel Fabric)

  • For this study It was measured the seam puckering based on the mechanical properties of tencel under the proper condition of needlework and machine sewing analyzed the mechanical properties which re influenced to the seam puckering and estimated the seam puckering based on the mechanical properties. The results of this study are as follows : There are three types of the seam puckering for each step which is caused by repeated washing and press. Concerning the seam puckering with the number of washing the more the number of washing is increased the less the seam puckering is decreased. Concerning the mecanical properties of the sample with the seam puckering. The seam puckering is related to LT positively B, 2HB, T, W negatively Among the mechanical properties LT, B, 2HB, T, W are most influenced to the seam puckering. Judging from the result of estimating seam puckering based on mechanical properties the estimate-formula is satisfied in this study.

산업체에서의 손 위생 관리 현황 및 손 소독기 필요성에 대한 인지도 조사 (Research of Hand Sanitation Level and Recognition for Hand Sanitizer Usage in Working Pl aces(Industries))

  • To show the recognition of hand-sanitizer, we studied the answers of research questions where we got from the northern part of Seoul and Kyunggi Province. We had categorized two groups both industry-related people who work in restaurants, hygiene service shops, whole sales, government organizations, PC shops, factory-department stores and non industry-related people who work in schools, general offices for this study. 1. Hand sanitation level: Over 60% people washed hands 6 times a day. The group using water and soap was much bigger than the group using water for washing hands. For drying, people preferred wipe tissue, towels, clothes, non drying in that order. 2. Recognition of hand sanitizer and its usage experience: Most people(66.5%) did not know what hand sanitizer is, but they have positive attitude if they use this machine. 3. Place of hand sanitizer: The proper places to install were such public places as hospitals, restrooms, and restaurants. The fifties-group was the most frequently hand washing generation with over 9 times a day. 4. Comparison of recognition for hand-sanitizer by male and female: There were different results in each evaluation item by either male or female. The frequency and method of hand washing showed high in males, while females observed hand sanitization, installation requirements, installation areas, home installation, etc more than anything else.

식초절임 무의 HACCP 시스템 적용을 위한 미생물학적 위해 분석 (Microbiological Hazard Analysis for HACCP System Application to Vinegared Pickle Radishes)

  • 본 연구는 식초절임 무의 HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)시스템 구축을 위하여 생물학적 위해요소분석을 위한 목적으로 2012년 2월 1일~6월 31일까지 약 150일 동안 수행하였다. 일반적인 식초절임 무 제조업체의 제조공정을 참고로 하여 공정도를 작성하였으며, 식초절임 무의 원료 농산물(무), 용수, 첨가물과 포장재료에 입고, 보관, 정선, 세척, 표피제거, 절단, 선별, 충진, 내포장, 금속검출, 외포장, 보관 및 출하공정에 대하여 작성하였다. 원료 무의 세척 전, 세척 후의 Coliform group, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Bacillus cereus, Listeria Monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7, Clostridium perfringens, Yeast 와 Mold를 측정한 결과 Bacillus cereus는 세척 전 $5.00{\times}10$ CFU/g이었으나, 세척 후 검출되지 않았으며, Yeast 와 Mold 는 세척 전 $3.80{\times}10^2$ CFU/g, 세척 후 10 CFU/g로 감소되었으며 나머지 병원성균은 검출되지 않았다. 조미액의 pH(2~5)별 미생물의 변화를 시험한 결과 모든 균이 검출되지 않은 pH 3~4를 조미액의 pH로 결정하였다. 작업장별 공중낙하균 (일반세균수, 대장균, 진균수) 시험결과 내포장실, 조미액가공실, 세척실, 보관실의 미생물수는 10 CFU/Plate, 2 CFU/Plate, 60 CFU/Plate 그리고 20 CFU/Plate 가 검출되었다. 종사자 손바닥 시험결과 일반세균수 346 $CFU/Cm^2$, 대장균군 23 $CFU/Cm^2$로 높게 나타나 개인위생관리에 대한 교육 및 훈련이 요구 되었다. 제조설비 및 기구의 표면오염도를 검사한 결과 모든 시료에서 대장균군은 검출되지 않았고, 일반세균은 PP Packing machin과 Siuping machine (PE Bulk)에서 가장 많은 $4.2{\times}10^3CFU/Cm^2$, $2.6{\times}10^3CFU/Cm^2$ 검출되었다. 위의 위해분석 결과 병원성미생물을 예방, 감소 또는 제거할 수 있는 조미액 가공 공정이 CCP-B (Biological)로 관리되어야 하고, 한계기준은 pH 3~4로 결정하였다. 따라서 전통한과생산에의 HACCP 모델 적용을 위한 미생물학적 위해도 평가에서와 같이 조미액 가공 공정의 관리기준 및 이탈시 조치방법, 검증방법, 교육 훈련과 기록관리 등 철저한 HACCP 관리계획이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

소비자 요구를 반영한 아파트 보조주방 모듈 개발에 고한 연구 (A Study on the planning of the Sub-kitchen Module Meeting Consumer Needs for the Apartment Unit Plan)

  • Korean living culture raised the users' needs for sub-kitchen. In the traditional Korean house, there was large space related to kitchen area for preparing food and stock big and bulky housing stuffs. As apartment housing became dominant as Korean dwelling, sub-kitchen has been planed in the balcony that is not included in the sales area. In this study, the case of the apartment housing in Esiapolis, Daegu was analyzed. To plan the user-oriented sub-kitchen, the consumer research was carried out. Consumers needed a pantry, more storage near the kitchen, and wanted to place washing machine and washing stand in a sub-kitchen. Sub-kitchens were planed to meet those consumers' needs. Through this case study and former studies analysis, sub-kitchen's function unit was derived: wash, storage, auxiliary work. By combining each function unit, sub-kitchen was classified into 3 types, wash & auxiliary work, wash & storage, and wash & storage & auxiliary work. For each sub-kitchen type, components of function units, available layouts, and minimum size were recommended.

분위기 압력 변화가 레이저 납땜의 유동성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Environmental Pressure Change to the Laser Soldering Liquidity)

  • The soldering is widely used installing the electronic element on circuit board in the common electronic device. Since the flux which improves the liquidity of solder make the electronic and chemical performance worse, the circuit board need to wash clearly. At present however no-washing is required for the cost reduction, the chemical stability, and the protection of environment. In this research, the solder liquidity depending on the power density and the pulse width is comparatively analyzed by the diffusion area method for achieving the no-flux soldering.

항균성을 부여하기 위한 세탁과정에서의 은콜로이드 용액 처리 (Colloidal Silver Treatment of Cotton Fabrics after Washing to Impart Antimicorbial Activity)

  • Underwear is laundered frequently and most of them is made of cotton, but a cotton fiber is more difficult to modify than a synthetic fiber. We have attempted to determine the optimum conditions necessary whereby the lowest concentration of silver solution is needed to produce the greatest antimicrobial properties of cotton fabrics. For this study, colloidal silver was made by electrolysis. The concentration of colloidal silver was increased by increasing the area of the silver plates submerged in the water, the water temperature, the water hardness and the flow time of the water per 1l. However, the colloidal silver concentration was decreased by extending a space between the silver plates and increasing the water velocity. Cotton fabrics treated in the washing machine with 1.3 ppm colloidal silver solution for 10 minutes had effective microbial properties and an unperceivable reduction of reflectance.
