왕충(王充)의 천인관계론(天人關係論) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Tian-Ren relations theory of Wang chong)

  • 천인관계론은 한대에 매우 성행하던 학술이론이었다고 할 수 있으며, 서한시기의 동중서가 이러한 이론을 체계화하고 널리 알리는데 중요한 역할을 했다고 하기도 한다. 동중서의 천인관계론에서는 인간에게 속하는 각종의 특징들이 자연계 안에 투사되어 천과 자연을 의인화시켜서 천과 인간이 서로 같은 구조를 가지고 있으며 비슷한 기능을 나타낸다고 했다. 왕충의 천인관계론은 바로 서한시기에 유행했던 천인감응론의 이론적 근거를 비판할 뿐만 아니라, 그 자신의 전체 사상체계의 기초가 된다고 할 수 있는 것이다. 왕충이 재세했던 당시에 유행했던 사회적 의식형태는 이미 변형된 모습의 천인감응론이었다고 할 수 있는데, 왕충은 이러한 형태의 천인감응론은 허망한 것이라고 생각했기 때문에 매우 신랄하게 비판을 한다. 왕충의 비판은 두 가지 다른 측면에서 진행되었는데, 하나는 천인감응론에 대하여 인간의 경험적 사실의 입장에서 그것의 진위를 판단하는 것이었고, 다른 하나는 천인감응론이 인간과 사회의 가치 의미적 측면에서 가치취향의 옳고 그름을 판단하는 것이었다. 이와 같은 서로 다른 함의는 왕충의 비판 작업 속에서 항상 중첩되어 나타나거나 동시에 나타나기도 한다. 이러한 왕충의 천인관계론에 대하여 본문에서는 왕충이 비판한 천인감응론과 천인감응론의 비판을 통한 인간존재의 의미를 중심으로 논의를 진행해 보도록 하겠다.

Hepatitis B Surface Antigen을 신속히 검출하기 위한 Immunochromatographic Assay kit의 성능 평가 (The Evaluation of Immunochromatographic Assay kit for Rapid Detection of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen)

  • We evaluated Immunochromatographic assay kit to screen HBsAg in human serum. When the reference HBsAg was applyed to ICA, HA and EIA kits, the limit of detection for HBsAg were found out to be 4, 2 and 0.25 ng/ml respectively. But ICA kit required 5 minutes to read the result whereas HA and EIA kit more than one hour. The sensitivity was 97% (29 of 30 samples) and the specificity 100% (45 samples) compared with conventional EIA. The ICA kit needs no instrument or machine to perform the test contrary to the conventional methods. Therefore, this rapid and sensitive ICA kit can be used for HBsAg-screening, especially in the emergency room and in the scene of the accident.

정혈(井穴)의 도전량(導電量) 측정에 의한 무자(繆刺) 및 거자법(巨刺法)의 유용성에 관한 임상 고찰 (Clinical Study of Acupuncture Effect by Measuring Amperage from Chong points)

  • Objective : This study is performed to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture to acu-points in the normal side by means of amperage measured from chong points. Methods : Among the outpatients with ankle sprain who visited to Department of Acupuncture & Maxibustion, Jaseng oriental medicine hospital from 21, December 2000 to 10, February 2001, we selected 11 persons who showed normal finding in the X-ray. They were divided into two groups. One group was treated with acupuncture to acu-points in the painful side and the other was treated with acupuncture to acu-points in the normal side. Before and after acupuncture, we measured the amperage from their chong points. We selected 10 persons who we thought they were healthy as a control group. We also measured the amperage from their chong points. Results : Between the control and the ankle sprain group, there were significant differences of differences between the amperages of Rt. chong point and Lt. thong point of the same name. Between the group treated with acupuncture to acu-points in the painful side and the group treated with acupuncture to acu-points in the normal side, there were no significant differences of differences between the amperages of Rt. chong point and Lt. chong point of the same name. Conclusion : This result indicated that the acupuncture to acu-points in the painful side was not less effective than the acupuncture to acu-points in the normal side, and so the more study is needed continuously.

  • The design of a measurement system to perform Harmonic State Estimation (HSE) is a very complex problem. In particular, the number of harmonic instruments available is always limited. Therefore, a systematic procedure is needed to design the optimal placement of measurement points. This paper presents a new HSE algorithm which is based on an optimal placement of measurement points using Intelligent Algorithms (IAs). This HSE has been applied to the Simulation Test Power System for the validation of the new HSE algorithm. The study results have indicated an economical and effective method for optimal placement of measurement points using Intelligent Algorithms (IAs) in the Harmonic State Estimation(HSE).
