Feeding by common heterotrophic protists on the mixotrophic dinoflagellate Ansanella granifera (Suessiaceae, Dinophyceae)

  • The mortality rate of red-tide dinoflagellates owing to predation is a major parameter that affects their population dynamics. The dinoflagellates Ansanella granifera and Ansanella sp. occasionally cause red tides. To understand the interactions between common heterotrophic protists and A. granifera, we explored the feeding occurrence of nine heterotrophic protists on A. granifera and the growth and ingestion rates of the heterotrophic dinoflagellate Gyrodinium dominans on A. granifera as a function of prey concentration and those of Oxyrrhis marina at a single high prey concentration. The heterotrophic dinoflagellates Aduncodinium glandula, G. dominans, Gyrodinium moestrupii, Luciella masanensis, Oblea rotunda, O. marina, Polykrikos kofoidii, and Pfiesteria piscicida and the naked ciliate Strombidium sp. were able to feed on A. granifera. With increasing mean prey concentrations, the growth and ingestion rates of G. dominans feeding on A. granifera rapidly increased and became saturated or slowly increased. The maximum growth and ingestion rates of G. dominans on A. granifera were 0.305 d-1 and 0.42 ng C predator-1 d-1 (3.8 cells predator-1 d-1), respectively. Furthermore, the growth and ingestion rates of O. marina on A. granifera at 1,700 ng C mL-1 (15,454 cells mL-1) were 0.037 d-1 and 0.19 ng C predator-1 d-1 (1.7 cells predator-1 d-1), respectively. The growth and ingestion rates of G. dominans and O. marina feeding on A. granifera were almost the lowest among those on the dinoflagellate prey species. Therefore, G. dominans and O. marina may prefer A. granifera less than other dinoflagellate prey species. The low mortality rate of A. granifera may positively affect its bloom formation.

An Exploratory Study on the Components of Visual Merchandising of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷쇼핑몰의 VMD 구성요인에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study is to empirically examine the primary dimensions of visual merchandising (VMD) of internet shopping mall, namely store design, merchandise, and merchandising cues, to be a attractive virtual store to the shoppers. The authors reviewed the literature related to the major components of VMD from the perspective of the AIDA model, which has been mainly applied to the offline store settings. The major purposes of the study are as follows; first, tries to derive the variables related with the components of visual merchandising through reviewing the existing literatures, establish the hypotheses, and test it empirically. Second, examines the relationships between the components of VMD and the attitude toward the VMD, however, putting more emphasis on finding out the component structure of the VMD. VMD needs to be examined with the perspective that an online shopping mall is a virtual self-service or clerkless store, which could reduce the number of employees, help the shoppers search, evaluate and purchase for themselves, and to be explored in terms of the in-store persuasion processes of customers. This study reviewed the literatures related to store design, merchandise, and merchandising cues which might be relevant to the store, product, and promotion respectively. VMD is a total communication tool, and AIDA model could explain the in-store consumer behavior of online shopping. Store design has to do with triggering a consumer attention to the online mall, merchandise with a product related interest, and merchandising cues with promotions such as recommendation and links that induce the desire to pruchase. These three steps might be seen as the processes for purchase actions. The theoretical rationale for the relationship between VMD and AIDA could be found in Tyagi(2005) that the three steps of consumer-oriented merchandising are a store, a product assortment, and placement, in Omar(1999) that three types of interior display are a architectural design display, commodity display, and point-of-sales(POS) display, and in Davies and Ward(2005) that the retail store interior image is related to an atmosphere, merchandise, and in-store promotion. Lee et al(2000) suggested as the web merchandising components a merchandising cues, a shopping metaphor which is an assistant tool for search, a store design, a layout(web design), and a product assortment. The store design which includes differentiation, simplicity and navigation is supposed to be related to the attention to the virtual store. Second, the merchandise dimensions comprising product assortments, visual information and product reputation have to do with the interest in the product offerings. Finally, the merchandising cues that refer to merchandiser(MD)'s recommendation of products and providing the hyperlinks to relevant goods for the shopper is concerned with attempt to induce the desire to purchase. The questionnaire survey was carried out to collect the data about the consumers who would shop at internet shopping malls frequently. To select the subject malls, the mall ranking data announced by a mall rating agency was used to differentiate the most popular and least popular five mall each. The subjects was instructed to answer the questions after navigating the designated mall for five minutes. The 300 questionnaire was distributed to the consumers, 166 samples were used in the final analysis. The empirical testing focused on identifying and confirming the dimensionality of VMD and its subdimensions using a structural equation modeling method. The confirmatory factor analysis for the endogeneous and exogeneous variables was carried out in four parts. The second-order factor analysis was done for a store design, a merchandise, and a merchandising cues, and first-order confirmatory factor analysis for the attitude toward the VMD. The model test results shows that the chi-square value of structural equation is 144.39(d.f 49), significant at 0.01 level which means the proposed model was rejected. But, judging from the ratio of chi-square value vs. degree of freedom, the ratio was 2.94 which smaller than an acceptable level of 3.0, RMR is 0.087 which is higher than a generally acceptable level of 0.08. GFI and AGFI is turned out to be 0.90 and 0.84 respectively. Both NFI and NNFI is 0.94, and CFI 0.95. The major test results are as follows; first, the second-order factor analysis and structural equational modeling reveals that the differentiation, simplicity and ease of identifying current status of the transaction are confirmed to be subdimensions of store design and to be a significant predictors of the dependent variable. This result implies that when designing an online shopping mall, it is necessary to differentiate visually from other malls to improve the effectiveness of the communications of store design. That is, the differentiated store design raise the contrast stimulus to sensory organs to promote the memory of the store and to have a favorable attitude toward the VMD of a store. The results that navigation which means the easiness of identifying current status of shopping affects the attitude to VMD could be interpreted that the navigating processes via the hyperlinks which is characteristics of an internet shopping is a complex and cognitive process and shoppers are likely to lack the sense of overall structure of the store. Consequently, shoppers are likely to be alost amid shopping not knowing where to go. The orientation tool enhance the accessibility of information to raise the perceptive power about the store environment.(Titus & Everett 1995) Second, the primary dimension of merchandise and its subdimensions was confirmed to be unidimensional respectively, have a construct validity, and nomological validity which the VMD dimensions supposed to have a positive correlation with the dependent variable. The subdimensions of product assortment, brand fame and information provision proved to have a positive effect on the attitude toward the VMD. It could be interpreted that the more plentiful the product and brand assortment of the mall is, the more likely the shoppers to favor it. Brand fame and information provision as well affect the VMD attitude, which means that the more famous the brand, the more likely the shoppers would trust and feel familiar with the mall, and the plentifully and visually presented information could have the shopper have a favorable attitude toward the store VMD. Third, it turned out to be that merchandising cue of product recommendation and hyperlinks affect the VMD attitude. This could be interpreted that recommended products could reduce the uncertainty related with the purchase decision, and the hyperlinks to relevant products would help the shopper save the cognitive effort exerted into the information search and gathering, which could lead to a favorable attitude to the VMD. This study tried to sheds some new light on the VMD of online store by reviewing the variables mentioned to be relevant with offline VMD in the existing literatures, and tried to link the VMD components from the perspective of AIDA model. The effect size of the VMD dimensions on the attitude was in the order of the merchandise, the store design and the merchandising cues.It is said that an internet has an unlimited place for display, however, the virtual store is not unlimited since the consumer has a limited amount of cognitive ability to process the external information and internal memory. Particularly, the shoppers are likely to face some difficulties in decision making on account of too many alternative and information overloads. Therefore, the internet shopping mall manager should take into consideration the cost of information search on the part of the consumer, to establish the optimal product placements and search routes. An efficient store composition would be possible by reducing the psychological burdens and cognitive efforts exerted to information search and alternatives evaluation. The store image is in most part determined by the product category and its brand it deals in. The results of this study support this proposition that the merchandise is most important to the VMD attitude than other components, the manager is required to take a strategic approach to VMD. The internet users are getting more accustomed and more knowledgeable about the internet media and more likely to accept the internet as a shopping channel as the period of time during which they use the internet to shop become longer. The web merchandiser should be aware that the product introduction using a moving pictures and a bulletin board become more important in order to present the interactive product information visually and communicate with customers more actively, therefore leading to making the quantity and quality of product information more rich.

  • Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending is an open marketplace for loans not from bank but from individuals online. Financial transactions are facilitated directly between individuals ("peers") without any intermediation of a traditional financial institution. A market study by renowned research company forecasts that P2P lending will grow very fast and a couple of P2P lending sites in Korea also are getting attentions by providing the alternative financial services. In P2P lending market, Lender will enjoy higher income generated from the loans in the form of interest than interest that can be earned by financial products provided by official financial institutions. Furthermore, lenders are able to decide who they would lend the money for themselves. Meanwhile, borrowers with low credit scores are able to finance their liquidity requirement with low cost and convenient access to the Internet. The objective of this paper is to introduce P2P lending and its issues of information asymmetry. We provide the insights from the case study of one of P2P lending sites in Korea and review the issues in P2P lending market as research topics. Specifically, information asymmetry issues in both traditional financial institutions and P2P lending are discussed.

Comparison of the Working Conditions of Dental Hygienists Using Data from Online Job Sites (구인 사이트에 나타난 치과규모별 치과위생사 근무조건의 비교)

  • The shortage of dental hygienists has been a long-standing problem in Korea. Small-scaled dental clinics suffer from a lack of dental hygienists, who seem to prefer working at large-scaled dental clinics. The purpose of this study was to confirm the differences in the working conditions according to the scales of dental clinics. We collected the working information registered via job advertisements through the web-sites of Korean Dental Hygienists Association, Dental Jobs, and Nurse Jobs from July to August 2016. The results were as follows: 96.7% of the advertisements wanted regular workers, while the proportion of part-time workers was the highest (34.8%) in the group with less than 3 employees. The average workdays per week was $5.32{\pm}0.55$ days, and the group with less than 3 employees had significantly longer workdays than the other groups. The daily working time was $8.99{\pm}0.44$ hours, and there was no difference among the groups. Night overtime hours were needed by 54.4%, 45.0%, and 31.3% of the groups with of the groups with 4~7 employees, more than 8 employees, and less than 3 employees, respectively. Information regarding annual leave (60.5%), monthly leave (63.9%), half a day off (32.4%) and vacations (43.1%) were presented in the job advertisements, and these proportions were significantly higher by the group with more than 8 employees. Information on overtime pay (14.4%), night-work pay (13.4%), incentives (34.1%), lunches (60.2%), vacation bonuses (33.8%), and self-development (20.4%) were presented in job advertisements. The group with 4~7 employees had significantly higher proportions in severance pay, vacation bonuses, self-development, and major national insurance. It is necessary to consider the improvement of working conditions, diversity of working styles, and welfare of dental hygienists, and it is suggested that small dental clinics provide more precise working conditions.

Development of Safety Usage Guidelines for Sedative Hypnotics Using the Delphi Technique (델파이 기법을 이용한 다빈도 수면진정제 안전사용지침 개발)

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to develop evidence- and consensus-based clinical safety usage guidelines for sedative hypnotics using the Delphi technique. Methods: A group of 15 sleep experts from Korean Academy of Sleep Medicine were chosen for this study comprising a three-round web-based Delphi survey. The first round survey was composed of 39 questions to identify problems with sedative hypnotics usage in Korean clinical practice and the result roughly outlined what should be included in the guidelines. The second round survey was composed of 21 questions to collect specific opinions of experts on clinically important issues in prescribing sedative hypnotics, and its result provided the basis for the guidelines. A third round survey aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the established guidelines. Results: In the third round, all 17 items showed a median of 4 or more, with an average of 4.12 and a standard deviation of 0.32. Thus we present safety usage guidelines with 13 propositions for prescription, maintenance, and withdrawal of sedative hypnotics. Conclusion: The safety usage guidelines on sedative hypnotics developed from this study could lead to safe and effective prescription of hypnotics in clinical practice, especially for the non-experts in sleep medicine. Furthermore, the guidelines will help to improve the quality of insomnia treatment by contributing to the establishment of a safe regime for sedative hypnotics without excessive use of drugs.

  • Social cost has been increased by traffic accident and congestion since early 1990s. The construction of roadways and railways has been suggested as countermeasures. However, ITS has finally introduced as a logical solution because the expenses of infrastructures are costly. The data collection field has developed through numerous researches and pilot projects. However the information provision field does need a lot of study. The traffic information broadcasting whether simple traffic information or the value-added information has been available via radio, television and internet which does not require tremendous investment compared with data collection stage. Therefore, this study reviews the suitability of the gadget service usually offered by window vista users which is the result of the development of technology and the changes of internet environment. It also suggests to using the RSS(Really Simple Syndication) manner as a basic method to provide the traffic information based on the needs of user in order to enhance the usability of traffic information. For this, this study analyzes the current methods and techniques of traffic information service which is widely available by local governments and companies and suggest possible changes and methods in order to provide Gadget-based service to the public.

  • 인터넷 사용자들의 기하급수적인 증가와 웹 페이지의 폭발적인 증가로 인하여 정보공유를 위한 인터넷에서 효율적으로 원하는 정보를 발견하고 이용하기에 매우 힘든 상황에 처해있다. 따라서, 이러한 문제점들을 근본적으로 해결하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 기계가 이해하고 추론할 수 있는 시맨틱 웹이 등장하였다. 시맨틱 웹과 관련된 여러 가지 기술들 중 시맨틱 웹 서비스는 사용자에게 현재의 인터넷 환경에서 제공할 수 있는 서비스보다 향상된 고품질의 서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 삼고 있다. 이러한 시맨틱 웹 서비스는 웹 서비스의 발견, 실행 및 구성으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스를 자동화하기 위한 노력의 일환으로서 시맨틱 웹에서 웹 서비스를 구성하는 문제에 대하여 언급한다. 시맨틱 웹 서비스 구성문제는 사용자의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위하여 다양한 웹 서비스들을 조합하는 문제이다. 그러나, WSFL, X-LANG 및 BPEL4WS 그리고, DAML-S와 같은 웹 서비스 구성문제에 대한 일련의 노력들에서는 사용자 요구사항에 대한 검증이나 서비스의 품질에 대한 사항들을 확인 및 제공할 수 있는 방법들이 없다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스 구성문제와 관련된 상기와 같은 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 방법론에서는 시맨틱 웹 구성문제를 제약만족문제로 변환함으로써 제약만족문제에 있어 늘리 알려진 다양한 알고리즘들을 활용할 수 있는 장점들이 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자들의 요구사항에 대한 검증과 서비스의 품질을 확인할 수 있는 장점들이 있다.의 위상변화에 대한 적응성을 높일 수 있도록 한다. An Effective User-Profile Generation Method based on Identification of Informative Blocks in Web Document (웹 문서의 정보블럭 식별을 통한 효과적인 사용자 프로파일 생성방법)

  • 최근 웹 상에 정보가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라, 사용자의 취향에 맞는 정보를 선별하여 제공하는 추천 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 추천시스템은 사용자의 관심정보를 기술한 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 동작하기 때문에 정확한 사용자 프로파일의 생성은 매우 중요하다. 사용자의 암시적인 행동정보를 기반으로 취향을 분석하는 대표적인 연구로 사용자가 이용한 웹 문서를 분석하는 방법이 있다. 이는 사용자가 이용하는 웹 문서에 빈번하게 등장하는 단어를 기반으로 사용자의 프로파일을 생성하는 것이다. 그러나 최근 웹 문서는 사용자 취향과 관련 없는 많은 구성요소들(로고, 저작권정보 등)을 포함하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 내용들을 모두 포함하여 웹 문서를 분석한다면 생성되는 프로파일의 정확도는 낮아질 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자 기기에서 사용자의 웹 문서 이용내역을 분석하고, 동일한 사이트로부터 얻어진 문서들에서 반복적으로 등장하는 블록을 제거한 후, 정보블럭을 식별하여 사용자의 관심단어를 추출하는 새로운 프로파일 생성방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 보다 정확하고 빠른 프로파일 생성이 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 제안방법의 평가를 위해, 최근 구매활동이 있었던 사용자들이 이용한 웹 문서 데이터를 수집하였으며, TF-IDF 방법과 제안방법을 이용하여 사용자 프로파일을 각각 추출하였다. 그리고 생성된 사용자 프로파일과 구매데이터와의 연관성을 비교하였으며, 보다 정확한 프로파일이 추출되는 결과와 프로파일 분석시간이 단축되는 결과를 통해 제안방법의 유효성을 입증하였다.)으로 높은 점수를 보였으며 내장첨가량에 따른 관능특성에서는 온쌀죽은 내장 $2{\sim}5%$ 첨가, 반쌀죽은 내장 $3{\sim}5%$ 첨가구에서 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높은 점수를 보였으나 쌀가루죽은 내장 $1{\sim}2%$ 첨가구에서 유의적(p<0.05)으로 낮은 점수를 보였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 온쌀은 2%, 반쌀은 3%, 쌀가루는 4%의 내장을 첨가하여 제조한 전복죽이 이화학적, 물성적 및 관능적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다.n)방법의 결과와 비교하였다.다. 유비스크립트에서는 모바일 코드의 개념을 통해서 앞서 언급한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다. 모바일 코드에서는 프로그램 코드가 네트워크를 통해서 컴퓨터를 이동하면서 수행되는 개념인데, 이는 물리적으로 떨어져있으면서 네트워크로 연결되어 있는 다양한 컴퓨팅 장치가 서로 연동하기 위한 모델에 가장 적합하다. 이는 기본적으로 배포(deploy)라는 단계가 필요 없게 되고, 새로운 버전의 프로그램이 작성될지라도 런타임에 코드가 직접 이동하게 되므로 버전 관리의 문제도 해결된다. 게다가 원격 함수를 매번 호출하지 않고 한번 이동된 코드가 원격지에서 모두 수행을 하게 되므로 성능향상에도 도움이 된다. 장소 객체(Place Object)와 원격 스코프(Remote Scope)는 앞서 설명한 특징을 직접적으로 지원하는 언어 요소이다. 장소 객체는 모바일 코드가 이동해서 수행될 계산 환경(computational environment

  • Objectives While sciatic neuropathy is one of the common symptoms which have the lifetime incidence of 13~40%, still there is no consensus about the standardized and the most effective conservative treatment. In addition, the importance of systematic review and meta-analysis of preclinical are growing as they could suggest possible effective treatment strategy for future studies. Therefore, we conducted systematic review and meta-analysis to estimate analgesic effect of acupuncture on sciatica in rat models. Methods Systematic search was conducted for all controlled comparative preclinical trials which assessed analgesic effect of acupuncture in sciatica rat models. Database of PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, CNKI and 6 Korean databases were used. The primary outcome was pain, which is evaluated by stimulus behavior tests in rat models. We assessed the methodological quality with Systematic Review Centre for Laboratory Animal Experimentation's risk of bias tool. RevMan 5.3 was used for meta-analysis and subgroup analysis was conducted according to treatment site, acupuncture point, treatment period and frequency used in electroacupuncture. Results 14 studies were finally included following our inclusion criteria. The data from meta-analysis indicated that the acupuncture significantly improved the result values of behavior tests for pain evaluation, compared to no-treatment control group in animal models (standardized mean difference=4.43, 95% confidence interval 3.16 to 5.69, Z=6.84, p<0.00001; χ2=68.02, p<0.00001; I2=82%). The results of subgroup analysis indicate that acupuncture treatment of unilateral site, distal acupoints, longer treatment period and applying 2/100 Hz frequency in electroacupuncture could be more effective. Conclusions Systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies are getting important for the future clinical studies and the improvement of heatlh care. Therefore the results of the study would provide evidence and better design for the forthcoming studies.

The Characteristics of Web Applications and the Proposal of Their Development Methodology (웹 애플리케이션의 특징과 개발 방법의 제안)

  • 최근 몇 년간 웹 애플리케이션의 개발은 다른 애플리케이션의 개발보다 사회적으로 더욱 활발하였다. 이것은 우리 사회에 많이 보급되어 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 인터넷과 또 그 인터넷 안에 있는 웹의 편리함에 그 이유가 있을 것이다. 그러나 이러한 활발한 웹 애플리케이션 개발에 비하여 웹 애플리케이션의 개발 방법 자체에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 상태이다. 따라서 대학 교육에서도 그 일정한 지침이 없는 상태이다. 이러한 개발 방법에 대한 미진한 연구는 아마도 다른 애플리케이션에 비하여 웹 애플리케이션의 개발이 시작된 지 오래되지 않은 원인도 있겠지만 또 웹 애플리케이션이 가지는 특성에도 기인할 것이다. 즉, 웹은 보통 MVC(Model-View-Controller) 모델의 뷰(view)가 중심이 되고 컨트롤 부분이나 모델 부분은 상대적으로 적기 때문이다. 그래서 그 구현이 다른 일반 애플리케이션의 구현보다 비교적 개념이 쉽고 간단하다. 그러나 그 구현이 비교적 간단하다 하더라도 정형화된 개발 모델이 있으면 애플리케이션의 생산성은 향상될 뿐만이 아니라 학교 교육에도 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 즉 학생들에게 정형화 된 모델을 교육하는 경우 그것은 학생들의 웹 애플리케이션 개발에 큰 도움이 되는 것이다. 실제로 개발 모델을 교육시키고 프로젝트를 하는 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우에 그 완성도에서 크나큰 차이를 보였다. 정형화된 모델을 교육받은 학생들은 그렇지 않은 학생들에 비하여 프로젝트의 완성도도 높을 뿐만 아니라 그 구성이나 일관성에서 훨씬 좋은 결과를 보였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹 애플리케이션을 위한 개발 방법을 제시하고 그에 앞서 클라이언트-서버 모델이 웹이라는 환경에서 가질 수 있는 특성과 작업에 대하여 분석한다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 그 예를 JSP로 보여준다.라도 단순 다중 쓰레드 모델보다 더 많은 수의 클라이언트를 수용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구팀에서 수행중인 MoIM-Messge서버의 네트워크 모듈로 다중 쓰레드 소켓폴링 모델을 적용하였다.n rate compared with conventional face recognition algorithms. 아니라 실내에서도 발생하고 있었다. 정량한 8개 화합물 각각과 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 스피어만 상관계수는 벤젠을 제외하고는 모두 유의하였다. 이중 톨루엔과 크실렌은 총 휘발성 유기화합물과 좋은 상관성 (톨루엔 0.76, 크실렌, 0.87)을 나타내었다. 이 연구는 톨루엔과 크실렌이 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 좋은 지표를 사용될 있고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌 등 많은 휘발성 유기화합물의 발생원은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에도 있음을 나타내고 있다.>10)의 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 얻었다. 결론: $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ 핵반응을 이용하여 친전자성 방사성동위원소 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 생산하였다. 표적 챔버는 알루미늄으로 제작하였으며 본 연구에서 연구된 $[^{18}F]F_2$가스는 친핵성 치환반응으로 방사성동위원소를 도입하기 어려운 다양한 방사성의 약품개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.었으나 움직임 보정 후 영상을 이용하여 비교한 경우, 결합능 변화가 선조체 영역에서 국한되어 나타나며 그 유의성이 움직임 보정 전에 비하여 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 뇌활성화 과제 수행시에 동반되는 피험자의 머리 움직임에 의하여 도파민 유리가 과대평가되었으며 이는 이 연구에서 제안한 영상정합을 이용한 움직임 보정기법에 의해서 개선되었다. 답이 없는 문제, 문제 만들기
