Effect of age and dietary fatty acid composition on immune responses were investigated in Sprague-Dawley male rets. The animals weighing 88.6$\pm$2.2g were fed 10% dietary fat (W/W, 20% of calorie) with P/S ratio of 0.5, 1 and 2, and in each group, there were three different levels of n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio; 2, 4 and 8(3$\times$3). The experimental periods were 1 month, 6 months and 12 months. The results of this study were; 1) Weights of thymus and spleen were significantly reduced with increasing age, moreover thymus weights were reduced with increasing the degree of unsaturation in dietarty fatty acid at 12 month. 2) The proportion of splenic lymphocyte in the total T-cell was increased with increased with age. The proportion of helper T-cell was not changed, while the proportion of suppressor T-cell was decreased. Thus at 12 month, the ratio of helpe $r^pressor T-cell was appeared to increase significantly, and showed the tendency to increase by consuming the low amount of dieraty n-3 fatty acid. 3) Proliferation stimulated by Con A or PWM reduced significantly at 12 month in which are high in dietary P/S ratio, representing the similar pattern with decrease in thymus weight. 4) Natural killer cell activities were shown significantly higher at 1 month than those at 6 month or 12 month.th.

본 논문에서는 2GHz 대역 RF 대역통과 필터 응용을 위한 FBAR 소자에 대한 연구를 발표한다. 본 연구의 FBAR 소자는 크게 상부 및 하부 전극 사이에 압전체(AlN)가 삽입되어 있는 공진부와 SiO2/W이 여러층으로 적층되어 있는 음향반사층 두 부분으로 구성되어 있다. RF sputtering 방법으로 증착된 AlN 박막은 c축이 기판에 수직한 정도가 우수한 c축 우선 배향성을 갖는다. 이때 결정립(grain)은 길고 얇은 주상형(columnar)을 보인다. 뿐만아니라, 우수한 품질계수(4300)와 반사손실(37.19 dB)도 얻어졌다.

We demonstrate the blue InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with an embedded air-gap photonic crystal (PC) which was fabricated by the lateral epitaxial overgrowth of GaN layer on the tungsten (W) nano-masks. The periodic air-gap PC was formed by the chemical reaction of hydrogen with GaN on the W nano-mask. The optical output power of LEDs with an air-gap PC was increased by 26% compared to LEDs without an air-gap PC. The enhanced optical output power was attributed to the improvement in internal quantum efficiency and light extraction efficiency by the air-gap PC embedded in GaN layer.

Sliding friction between a spherical pin of 8mm in diameter and flat (disk) substrates coated with vacuum-deposited thin film was measured under ultra high vacuum pressure for various materials, various rates of film supply (8~210 nm/min), various sliding velocities (1.5~67.0 mm/s). It was found that the most effective lubrication was obtained when the adhesion between $Si_3N_4$ pin and SUS440C disk was high and that between $Si_3N_4$ pin and $Si_3N_4$ disk was low. When In film was used as a lubricant between $Si_3N_4$ pin and stainless steel disk, the friction coefficient had a value as low as 0.04. In this case, the normal load W and the sliding speed V were expressed as 10N and 24 mm/s for $10^{-6}Pa$. The dependence of $\mu$ on the thickness h of the Ag film, which was used as a lubricant between $Si_3N_4$ pin and SUS440C (Q) disk was expressed as $\mu$=0.12 for W=10N and V=24mm/s when the film was thicker than 100nm. A brief discussion on these relations is presented from the viewpoint of the real contact area.

Our goal is to establish and prove the almost sure central limit theorems for some order statistics $\{M_n^{(k)}\}$, $k=1,2,{\ldots}$, formed by stochastic processes ($X_1,X_2,{\ldots},X_n$), $n{\in}N$, the distributions of which are defined by certain Archimedean copulas. Some properties of generators of such the copulas are intensively used in our proofs. The first class of theorems stated and proved in the paper concerns sequences of ordinary maxima $\{M_n\}$, the second class of the presented results and proofs applies for sequences of the second largest maxima $\{M_n^{(2)}\}$ and the third (and the last) part of our investigations is devoted to the proofs of the almost sure central limit theorems for the k-th largest maxima $\{M_n^{(k)}\}$ in general. The assumptions imposed in the first two of the mentioned groups of claims significantly differ from the conditions used in the last - the most general - case.

In this paper, we first give the definition of degenerate weakly ($k_1$, $k_2$-quasiregular mappings by using the technique of exterior power and exterior differential forms, and then, by using Hodge decomposition and Reverse H$\"{o}$lder inequality, we obtain the higher integrability result: for any $q_1$ satisfying 0 < $k_1({n \atop l})^{3/2}n^{l/2}\;{\times}\;2^{n+1}l\;{\times}\;100^{n^2}\;\[2^l(2^{n+3l}+1)\]\;(l-q_1)$ < 1 there exists an integrable exponent $p_1$ = $p_1$(n, l, $k_1$, $k_2$) > l, such that every degenerate weakly ($k_1$, $k_2$)-quasiregular mapping f ${\in}$ $W_{loc}^{1,q_1}$ (${\Omega}$, $R^n$) belongs to $W_{loc}^{1,p_1}$ (${\Omega}$, $R^m$), that is, f is a degenerate ($k_1$, $k_2$)-quasiregular mapping in the usual sense.

Bridgnan방법으로 성장시킨 CuInse2단결정을 Se분위기 속에서 열처리하여 carrier농도가 2.6×1016/㎤인 n·Culnse2단결정을 얻었다. 이 단결정을 photoanode로 하고 polysulfide용액으로 3M KOH+3M Na2S+4M S를 사용하여 n·Culnsel-3M KOH+3M Na2S+4M S접합의 태양전지를 만들었다. 이 태양전지는 태양에너지 100mW/㎤의 조건하에서 FF=0.44이며, 태양에너지 변환효율은 5.67% 이었다.

In this study, a 70 W buck converter using GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) is developed. This converter exhibits over 97 % efficiency, high power density, and 48 V-to-12 V/1.2 V/1 V (triple output). Three gate drivers and six GaN MOSFETs are placed in a 1 ㎠ area to enhance power density and heat dissipation capacity. The theoretical switching and conduction losses of the GaN MOSFETs are calculated. Inductances, capacitances, and resistances for the output filters of the three buck converters are determined to achieve the desired current, voltage ripples, and efficiency. An equivalent circuit model for the thermal analysis of the proposed triple-output buck converter is presented. The junction temperatures of the GaN MOSFETs are estimated using the thermal model. Circuit operation and temperature analysis are evaluated using a circuit simulation tool and the finite element analysis results. An experimental test bed is built to evaluate the proposed design. The estimated switch and heat sink temperatures coincide well with the measured results. The designed buck converter has 130 W/in³ power density and 97.6 % efficiency.

본 연구에서는 $Cl_2$/Ar 기반의 플라즈마 식각에 $N_2$가스를 첨가하여 ZnO 박막을 식각 하였을 때 관찰된 ZnO 박막의 식각 특성에 관하여 연구 하였다. ZnO 박막 식각 실험은 RF 800 W, bias power 400 W, 공정 압력 15 mTorr를 기준으로 하였으며 가스 혼합 비율로는 최적의 식각률을 보여주는 $Cl_2$/Ar=8:2 비율에서 실행하였다. 연구의 목적인 첨가 가스 $N_2$를 $Cl_2$ (80%)/Ar (20)%에 5 sccm 씩 첨가하여 20 sccm 까지 증가 시켜 실험 하였다. $N_2$ 가스가 15 sccm 첨가되었을 때 식각률 95.9 nm/min로 기존 $Cl_2$/Ar 기반의 플라즈마 식각보다 높은 식각률을 보여 주었으며 $N_2$ 가스 흐름 조절 외에도 공정 압력, RF power, bias power를 변경하며 실험하였다. 식각된 ZnO 박막의 표면은 최대 식각률을 보이는 공정 조건을 찾기 위해 surface profiler ($\alpha$-step)을 이용하여 식각률을 측정하였으며 ZnO 박막 표면의 화학적인 변화를 조사하기 위해 x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)를 사용하였다. XPS 분석 결과 Zn $2p_{3/2}$ peak 가낮은 binding energy 쪽으로 이동한 것을 관찰 할 수 있었다. 또한 O 1s 의 스펙트럼을 분석한 결과 N-O bond와 O-H bond가 존재함이 밝혀졌다.
