This study aimed to develop the elderly care program for seniors in rural areas and to evaluate its efficacy through pre- and post-tests. For them, this study carried out a total of 8 sessions that includes 4 aims, such as understanding rural elderly, volunteer activities, psychological help, and aids to daily living, on 36 persons over the age of 60 years in rural areas. The data was analyzed by paired t-test to 36 elderly. The results of the study are as follows. First, looking at changes in knowledge about aging, objective evaluation of knowledge showed significant differences (t=-2.22, p<.05), but evaluation of elderly's perception-change didn't show significant differences between before and after. Second, volunteer attitude didn't show significant differences between before and after, but after the training, 75% of them answered 'yes' to question that asked whether they'd like to participate in elderly's volunteer caring activity for other elderly within the town in the future, which gave us certain expectation that the attitude towards volunteer activities might change positively in the future. Third, objective evaluation of knowledge for psychological help didn't show significant differences between before and after. But elderly's subjective perception showed significant differences (t=-2.82, p<.01). Fourth, evaluating changes in knowledge for elderly's aiding daily life, both the objective evaluation and subjective evaluation didn't show significant differences between before and after. Fifth, satisfaction of the program showed high scores over 4 points: contents, education methods, education place, education time. The most helpful topics for them were counseling (27.8%) and dementia (27.8%), followed by elderly and aging (16.7%), elderly's residential environment (13.9%), elderly's dietary life (9.3%) and volunteer activities (5.6%).

본 연구는 한국거주 중국동포들의 봉사활동에 왜 참가하게 되었으며 그들은 봉사활동을 통하여 어떠한 경험을 하며 경험의 의미는 무엇인가에 대한 연구이다. 연구를 위하여 중국동포 집거지역에서 봉사단체에 가입하여 활동하는 중국동포 8명이 참여하였으며 심층면접과 참여관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 수집한 자료에 대하여서는 Giorgi의 해석학적 현상학 연구방법에 따라 자료를 범주화하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 한국거주 중국동포의 봉사활동 경험의 본질에 대하여 3개의 주제묶음을 도출하였다. 이들은 봉사활동을 통하여 주류사회에 의하여 훼손되고 낙인화 된 이미지 개선을 위하여 봉사활동을 하고 있었으며, 봉사활동을 통하여 자존감이 향상되었으며 정보를 얻고 한국사회 적응에 도움을 받았다. 또한, 봉사활동을 통하여 한국사회에 대한 책임감이 증가하고, 한국에서의 자신들의 위치를 재정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미래를 위한 글로번 시민으로 가능성을 꿈꾸고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 한국거주 중국동포의 봉사활동 경험의 본질에 대해 논의하고 이주민 자원봉사활동 활성화가 다문화사회 통합에 긍정적으로 기여함을 밝히고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate voluntary activities of the elderly. Two hundred and eight older Cheongju residents were selected, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The results are as follows: The number of participants in voluntary activities was relatively small. The main reasons for negative attitudes toward voluntary activities were significantly different according to sex, educational level, marital status, health status, economic level, religion, and life satisfaction. By using a cluster analysis, the elderly could be divided into four groups. Among them, a group with positive attitudes participating in volunteer activities was more likely to include males or those educated, healthy, and affluent. Based on the results of this study, it is revealed that participating in volunteer activities provides problem solutions and self development for elderly people.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between self-esteem and satisfaction with volunteer work in a population of health care center volunteers. Ultimately, the results from this study would help to find ways to keep volunteers continuing their work. Methods: The participants of this study were 179 volunteers who were affiliated with three health care centers located in Gyeonggi-do. Descriptive statistics and multi-stage regression were conducted to analyze data. Results: Self-esteem was significantly associated with the satisfaction with volunteer activity. In addition, the relationship with clients rather than volunteers' general characteristics was also significantly related to the satisfaction with volunteer work. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to increase a volunteer's self-esteem so that the volunteer can keep continuing his or her volunteering activities. Also, in order to promote good relationships between the volunteers and the clients, it will be important to teach communication skills to volunteers.

본 연구는 단기해외봉사활동에 참여하였던 대학생을 대상으로 봉사활동경험의 의미와 본질을 탐구하고자 수행되었다. 자료는 K도에 소재한 일부 대학에 재학 중인 학생 14명을 2020년 5월 5일부터 8월 30일까지 면대면 심층면담을 통해 수집되었다. 면담자료는 Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 방법을 사용하여 분석하였으며 자료 분석 결과 10개 주제와 5개의 범주가 도출되었다. 5개 범주는 '해외봉사활동에 대한 기대감을 가짐', '환경은 다르지만 수용하며 다가감', '예상하지 못한 상황에 당황스러움', '활동의 한계를 자각함', '더 넓은 시야로 바라보게 됨'이다. 본 연구에서 대학생은 해외봉사활동을 통해 새로운 세계를 접하고 환경은 다르지만 수용하고 적응하면서 글로벌 시대에 필요한 좀 더 폭넓은 시야를 갖는 계기를 마련하였다.

본 연구는 온라인 사회관계와 정보통신기기 이용능력을 참여요인에 포함하여 노인의 자원봉사활동 참여 요인을 분석함으로 노인의 자원봉사활동의 참여요인을 파악하는 기초자료를 제공함과 동시에 효과적인 참여 활성화를 위한 전략 수립에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 2017년도 노인실태조사의 통계자료에서 10,299명 중 65세 이상 10,073명의 자료만을 표본 추출하였다. 노인의 자원봉사활동 참여율은 빈도분석하였고, 자원봉사활동 관련요인들에 따른 자원봉사활동 참여의 차이는 교차분석과 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였다. 자원봉사활동의 참여의 영향요인을 알아보기위해 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 현재 자원봉사를 하고 있는 노인 3.9%, 과거에 자원봉사를 한 경험있는 노인은 11.5%였다. 연령, 교육 수준, 경제적 수준, 주관적 건강, 신체기능, 정보통신기기 이용능력, 사회적 네트워크, 대면연락빈도, 비대면 연락빈도에 따라 자원봉사활동 참여는 유의한 차이를 보였다. 회귀분석에서는 정보통신기기 이용능력, 사회적 네트워크, 대면 연락빈도가 공통적인 영향요인으로 나타났다. 노인의 자원봉사활동 참여를 활성화하기 위해서는 기존에 보고되었던 인적자원, 경제적 자원 및 사회적 자원을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 노인의 자원봉사활동 참여 유도에 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 노인의 사회적 관계, 대면연락빈도 및 정보통신 기기 이용 능력에 대한 고려가 중요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 뷰티프로보노활동의 영향요인을 분석하고, 관련활동이 지속적으로 이루어지기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고, 수도권지역 미용전공자 701명의 설문분석을 실시하여 주요 분석결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 뷰티프로보노 참여동기는 뷰티기술 및 지식을 활용하기 위함이며, 주로 봉사동아리활동을 통하여 참여하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 뷰티프로보노 활동만족도는 기관의 홍보모집과 연관성이 높았다. 봉사주관기관의 신뢰도는 기관운영수준과 참여를 통한 만족도가 높을수록 신뢰하는 경향이 높았다. 셋째, 뷰티프로보노활동을 통한 만족도, 조직에 대한 신뢰도가 높을수록 활동에 대한 지속가능의지도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 뷰티프로보노 활성화방안은 다양한 홍보채널의 개발, 봉사자들에 대한 교육강화, 봉사주관기관의 투명경영 등을 제시하였다. 한편, 본 연구는 조사대상의 한정이라는 연구의 한계를 갖고 있어 향후 조사대상의 확대와 뷰티전공 대학생들을 대상으로 한 다양한 측면에서의 연구가 지속되기를 기대한다.

This study was carried out to identify how a middle-aged woman's consciousness of the death and self-esteem was affected by whether the hospice volunteer's experience exist or not. As a form of descriptive research, this study, which is based on a structured questionnaire intended for the 191 middle aged women doing volunteer work at the non-profit women's organization, had been conducted twice from May 10, 2010, to May 21, 2010. The results of my research work is followed ; First, a middle-aged woman's consciousness of the death and self-esteem showed significant differences depending on whether the hospice volunteer's experience exist or not. Experienced hospice volunteer group showed a lower consciousness of the death and a higher self-esteem compared to non-experienced hospice volunteer group's case. Second, in case that the results show a high self-esteem, the consciousness of death reach at the low stage. Especially, the experienced hospice volunteer group showed an opposite correlation compared to non-experienced group. Third, Anyone's consciousness of death appeared at a low level when she had a religion and higher education background. Anyone's self-esteem oriented sense appeared at low level when she didn't have religion but rather appeared at high level when the health status of the targeted group was in a good shape. As a result, the hospice volunteer activities can be assumed to increase the middle-aged woman's self-esteem, therefore, turn the consciousness of death into a positive attitude.

의용소방대는 화재진압 및 인명구조 등의 소방 활동의 보조업무를 비상근적으로 수행하며, 자발적인 사회봉사활동을 하는 조직이다. 최근에 들어서는 지역사회의 안전문화 조성을 위한 역할도 수행하고 있다. 또한 지역사회의 안전과 관련된 다양한 봉사활동을 하고 있다. 이러한 의용소방대 조직이 활성화가 되지 않아 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되어왔다. 본 연구 역시 의용소방대 조직의 활성화 방안으로 사회적 자본 형성을 통한 의용소방대 활성화방안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 의용소방대원의 사회적 자본 인식을 조사하고, 분석하여 이를 토대로 지역사회 의용소방대의 사회적 자본 형성 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 결과 사회적 규범이 의용소방대 사회적 자본 형성에 가장 많은 영향을 미친 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 의용소방대를 육성 발전시키기 위한 독립된 법령 제정되어야 하고, 의용소방대원 간의 강한 신뢰가 형성되어 조직전체의 신뢰를 기반으로 지역사회에 헌신한다면 지역사회 안전의 수준은 매우 높아질 것이다.

본 연구는 고등학생의 자원봉사활동에 미치는 영향요인들을 밝히고 실제적인 자원봉사활동 수행을 위한 정책적 함의를 제안하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다양한 인간의 행동을 설명하는데 적용되는 계획된 행동이론을 근거로 제 요인의 관계성 및 영향을 검증하였다. 고등학생 220명을 연구대상으로 임의추출하여 자기기입식 설문조사 후 응답지 216부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0 for Windows와 AMOS 4.0을 사용하여 빈도분석 후 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확보하고, 모형의 적합성을 확인하였으며 가설검정을 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 계획된 행동이론에 근거한 모든 가설이 지지되어 계획된 행동이론의 모형이 사회복지 분야의 다양한 행동관련 연구에 활용될 수 있는 유용성을 재확인하였다. 둘째, 제 요인 중 지각된 행동통제 요인이 고등학생의 능동적인 자원봉사활동의 수행에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 고등학생들이 자원봉사활동에 대한 지각된 행동통제가 강화될 수 있는 사회복지학계의 연구 및 교육현장의 실천적 노력 및 교육계의 정책적 지원을 제언하였다.
