  • Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

고객중심 직업재활프로그램이 뇌성마비 청소년의 직무능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Client-Centered Vocational Rehabilitation Program on the Job Competency of Adolescents with Cerebral Palsy)

  • 본 연구는 고객중심 직업재활프로그램이 뇌성마비 청소년의 직무능력을 위한 직업기초능력, 직업수행능력, 직업적응능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구기간 및 대상은 2018년 3월 19일부터 8월 27일까지 A도 B군 특수학교에 재학 중인 뇌성마비 청소년 3명으로, 개별대상연구의 행동간 복수간헐 기초선 설계를 사용하였다. 중재는 매주 월요일, 수요일 40분씩 시행하였고, 매 회기 중재가 끝난 후 직업기초능력, 직업수행능력, 직업적응능력을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구의 고객중심 직업재활프로그램은 대상자별 목표 직무에서 요구하는 직업기초능력, 직업수행능력, 직업적응능력을 향상시켰다. 따라서 본 연구의 고객중심 직업재활프로그램은 뇌성마비 청소년의 직업기초능력, 직업수행능력, 직업적응능력을 향상시키어 직무능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치었기에, 직업재활프로그램으로 제안하는 바이다.

  • Information technology is rapidly diffused throughout the world. Unfortunately, as the technology goes on the disabled vocational rehabilitation is more isolated in physically and mentally. A new paradigm, 'Digital practical use Opportunity' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is a hot issue. Because lack of education rehabilitation cause many problems for the employer. Relating program of employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they can get a job in a better condition. This study propose a model of good environmental employment for the disabled vocational providing them the way of getting a job so that they can go as a member of highly developed society. It conducted in society could fundamentally advance our knowledge about the structure of the employment of the disabled vocational rehabilitation, cure their feelings, give them a chance to live happier, stronger, healthier.

The Effects of Making Horcitultural Products and Selling Activities on Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Mental Disabilities

  • This study carried out a horticultural program for people with mental disabilities to determine suitability of the horticultural activity program and to actually apply to vocational rehabilitation. The program was carried out in 16 sessions from April 12 to June 7, 2018 with nine people with a strong will to participate in vocational rehabilitation at a health center for persons with mental disabilities. The tools used were the Horticultural Activity Performance Assessment (psychological behavior) and Purdue Pegboard Test that examines functions of hands and arms. The subjects sold the products they made during class time and obtained the profits. After the program, the scores increased with a significant difference (p = .000) in the psychological behavior area of the Horticultural Activity Performance Assessment. Hand and arm movement also showed continuous improvement along the program with a significant difference (p = .000), as well as finger dexterity also with a significant difference (p = .018). The net profit was 314,000 KRW (subtracting cost of goods 314,000 KRW from total sales 628,000 KRW). The profit was shared equally among the nine subjects, each receiving 34,900 KRW. Therefore this study proved horticultural activity class is suitable for vocational rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities proved by the positive effects. We also expect that the subjects will be able to make more profits if they learn more skills, since they are interested the process of making such profits.

The Effects of a Healing Garden Program based on Vocational Adaptation on Career Attitude for College Students with Developmental Disabilities

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a healing garden program based on internal factors of vocational adaptation on career attitude for college students with developmental disabilities. First, healing garden program was defined by a group of experts related to education for developmental disabilities in the industry and academia through the focus group interview. Second, the healing garden program for college students with developmental disabilities was carried out for 15 weeks. Third, this study examined the effects of healing garden program based on internal factors of vocational adaptation on career attitude for college students with developmental disabilities. The participants of this study were 55 college students with developmental disabilities in N University, with 25 students placed in the experimental group and the other 30 in the control group. As a result of examination, the difference between before and after the program, it was found that factors of career attitude were improved significantly after the program in the experimental group, with Factor 1 (determination) increased from 2.08 to 3.39, Factor 2 (finality) from 2.28 to 3.19, Factor 3 (confidence) from 2.20 to 3.69, Factor 4 (preparation) from 2.12 to 3.79, and Factor 5 (independence) from 1.88 to 3.63. But the control group did not show a significant improvement after 15 weeks of the program except Factor 3 (confidence) and Factor 5 (independence). It was found that the healing garden program based on internal factors of vocational adaptation had effects on career attitude for college students with developmental disabilities. Finally, the program will contribute to vocational rehabilitation for college students with disabilities. The findings further suggest that healing gardening programs that facilitate career attitudes must be continuously developed and applied in order to establish effective transition from school to the world of vocational adaptation.

정신과 환자의 낮병원 직업재활 프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Study on Vocational Rehabilitation Program Participation Experience of Mentally Ill Patients in Psychiatric Day Hospital Care)

  • 본 연구는 일반적 질적 연구와 집단 포토보이스(G-Photovoice) 방법을 활용하여 정신과 환자의 낮병원 직업재활 프로그램 참여 경험을 연구하였다. 연구자는 낮병원 직업재활 프로그램 참여 경험이 있는 정신과 환자 5명을 대상으로 2회 이상 면담을 실시하였으며 낮병원 이용과 외래 진료 이후 추가 면담을 실시하였다. 더불어 사진을 활용한 반 구조화된 집단 면담을 진행하였다. 연구결과 연구 참여자들의 낮병원 직업재활 프로그램 참여 경험은 '직업 활동의 어려움을 경험함', '함께 일하는 것에 대한 즐거움', '안정감을 얻음', '자신이 성장했음을 느낌'으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기반하여 본 연구에서는 낮병원 직업재활을 활성화하고 정신과 환자의 성장을 촉진시킬 수 있는 함의를 논의하였다.

A Case Study of Horticultural Instruction as Education of Vocational Rehabilitation: Effects of Horticulture Job Skill Course Based on Employment Practice Model on Personal Performance Indicator of Vocational Rehabilitation for University Students with Disability

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the Horticulture Job Skill course based on the employment practice model on personal performance indicator of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. In the first step of this study, an employment practice model was developed by a focus group composed of six specialists from the industry and academia. The second step consisted of selecting the items of personal performance indicator related to horticulture vocational rehabilitation among all items of vocational rehabilitation. The third step was selecting students to participate in the study. The next step was coming up with a pilot instructional design based on the employment practice model. The final step was examining the effects of pilot course (horticulture job skill) based on the employment practice model on personal performance indicator of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. As a result, there were significant improvements after treatment in the experimental group with indicator 1 (managing) from 1.8±0.155 to 4.2±0.267, indicator 2 (planting) from 1.5±0.114 to 4.45±0.153, indicator 3 (using tool) from 3.2±0.186 to 4.6±0.112, indicator 4 (packing) from 2.05±0.153 to 4.45±0.114, indicator 5 (decorating) from 2.65±0.150 to 5.5±0.114, indicator 6 (cleaning) from 2.85±0.131 to 4.45±0.114, indicator 7 (observing) from 2.4±0.112 to 4.45±0.112, and indicator 8 (laboring) from 2.35±0.109 to 4.1±0.180. However, the control group did not show any significant improvement after 15 weeks of the program. This study determined that the Horticulture Job Skill course based on the employment practice model has an effect on improving the individual performance of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. Finally, horticulture education-based on the employment practice model will contribute to vocational rehabilitation for university student with disabilities.

주간(晝間) 정신재활서비스 이용 효과 분석 (Analysis on the Effect of Using the Daytime Mental Rehabilitation Service)

  • This study is purposed to suggest the method for improving the effect of the mental health project by checking the influence of the "value and function of the mentally disabled" to the "satisfaction to current life of the mentally disabled" for the users of the daytime mental rehabilitation service in the local community, and the difference in the"satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled" and "value and function of the mentally disabled" depending on the participation into the mental rehabilitation program. With regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", the result showed that the "relation between the current user members" and "consideration about himself in usual time" were the positive influential factors out of the measuring factors for the "value and function of the mentally disabled." In addition, with regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", in case of participating to the "vocational rehabilitation program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs, the general "personal value and function which are felt by the mentally disabled" has higher significant difference in case of participating into the "social technology program", "daily life program", "vocational rehabilitation program", "leisure activity program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs than non participating.

Analysis of workers's perception for vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정신건강서비스 기관 종사자의 정신장애인 직업재활에 대한 인식을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사하는 것이다. D광역시의 정신건강서비스 기관인 정신건강복지센터와 정신재활시설의 종사자 132명을 대상으로 정신장애인 직업재활, 가족지지, 종사자 역량, 종사자 욕구로 구성된 설문지를 이용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 독립된 t 검정, 분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 정신건강서비스 기관 종사자의 정신장애인 직업재활에 대한 종사자 욕구는 정신재활시설이 정신건강복지센터보다 높게 나타났고, 종사자의 역량이 정신장애인 직업능력이나 가족지지에 비해 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 정신건강서비스 기관 종사자의 정신장애인 직업재활에 대한 역량을 강화시킴으로써 궁극적으로 정신장애인 직업재활의 활성화를 도모할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effect of Applying Learning Theory to Horticultural Therapy on Improving Personal Relationships in High School Students with Intellectual Disabilities

  • In order to actively apply horticultural therapy to vocational education base schools, this study applied the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism to improve the vocational skills of high school students with intellectual disabilities. The horticultural therapy program was carried out in total 12 sessions with three groups composed of 20 students each: 20 in the control group, 20 in the experimental group with a normal horticultural program, and 20 in the experimental group with a horticultural therapy program which applied the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism. The results were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 using the Interpersonal Negotiation Strategies evaluation tool. The study found that in terms of interpersonal relationship, there was no significant difference between the pre and post tests within each group. However, in the post tests among the three groups, there was no significant difference between control group and experimental group with normal horticultural program (p=.82), but there was a significant difference between the control group and experimental group with the horticultural therapy program applying the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism (p=.03). This proved that the horticultural therapy program applying the learning theories based on behaviorism, cognitivism is effective for improving interpersonal relationship. Ultimately the program is expected to be continuously, and systematically improved and applied as a learning method contributing to developing the basic vocational skills of persons with intellectual disabilities.
