비트코인 수익률 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Bitcoin Yield Analysis)

  • Although the two types of currencies compete, the possibility of a virtual currency price bubble is diagnosed by assuming an economic model with currencies (won, virtual currency) that are intrinsically worthless. The won is supplied by the central bank to achieve the price stability target, while the supply of virtual currency increases by a fixed number. According to the basic price theory equation, as a simple proposition, cryptocurrency prices form a Martin Gale process [Schilling and Uhlig, 2019, p.20]. Based on the existing theoretical proposition, we applied the variance ratio verification method [Linton and Smetanina, 2016] and a simple technical chart method for empirical analysis. For the purpose of this study, the possibility of a bubble was empirically analyzed by analyzing the price volatility formed in the Korean virtual currency market over the past year, and brief policy implications for this were presented.

  • Power TAC (Power Trading Agent Competition) is an agent-based simulation for competitions between electricity brokering agents on the smart grid. To win the competition, agents obtain electricity from the electricity wholesale market among the power plants. In this operation, a key to success is balancing the demand of the customer and the supply from the plants because any imbalance results in a significant penalty to the brokering agent. Given the bidding on the wholesale market requires the price and the quantity on the electricity, this paper proposes four different price estimation strategies: exponentially moving average, linear regression, fuzzy logic, and support vector regression. Our evaluations with the competition simulation show which strategy is better than which, and which strategy wins in the free-for-all situations. This result is a crucial component in designing an electricity brokering agent in both Power TAC and the real world.

거래전략 및 Quadratic 혼잡비용을 고려한 LMP산정에 대한 연구 (LMP Calculation with Consideration of Transaction Strategy and Quadratic Congestion Cost Function)

  • As the competitive market system has been introduced to the electrical power trade, the priority concern would be that the price of electrical power should be reasonable. It is because, when this rule is solid, we can avoid the distortion of competition and assure the greater efficiency in management. LMP(Locational Marginal Price) means marginal price at each bus. This components consist of energy, loss and congestion cost. At this point, the LMP result that is calculated by traditional model is changeable by the location of the slack and can not be used in bilateral Transaction. This paper proposed algorithm is proved its rationality and credibility by comparing the result of the simulation of virtual 6_bus system that is calculated by traditional method, and showed that the LMP components are changed according to the Transaction Strategy. Furthermore, It shows the effect of additional congestion cost on the transmission line that has bottle neck frequently by simulation.

경쟁적인 통신서비스 시장에서 MVNO 도매대가 산정에 관한 연구 (A study on the MVNO Wholesale Price in Competitive Communication Service Market)

  • In the past, companies should make enormous facility investment and acquire a right to do business in order to join communication markets, but now they can do business without important facilities, such as communication networks. Such a movement to ease regulations about companies which want to newly join the communication industry is expected not only to change a competition frame of the mobile communication market but also to greatly affect the entire communication industry. Through this study aiming to look into a way to calculate a reasonable wholesale price related to the government's introduction of the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) system, I came up with a following result. I applied the operating profit percentage and the ratio of operating gain to cost to the cost plus model and retail minus model, respectively, to calculate the wholesale price and found that when I calculated with the cost plus model applying the operating profit percentage, I could get the highest wholesale price. On the other hand, I got the lowest wholesale price with the retail minus model by applying the operating profit percentage. Division of expenses and calculation of profit percentage are important factors in calculating the wholesale price and such results are expected to help accurate calculation of the MVNO wholesale price.

  • MVNO제도는 선발사업자인 MNO가 보유한 필수설비를 후발사업자가 임대하여 무선통신서비스를 제공하는 이동통신시장의 서비스기반 경쟁정책이다. 서비스기반 경쟁정책은 신규사업자에게 설비를 제공하여 시장 내 경쟁을 촉진시키는 장점과 더불어 기존사업자의 투자의욕을 저하시켜 시장성장을 더디게 하는 단점도 동시에 지니고 있다. 경쟁정책의 도입과 적용이 시장구조에 미치는 영향을 고려해볼 때 도입 이전단계에서 면밀한 검토가 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이론모형 설정을 통해 MVNO가 시장효율성에 미치는 파급효과와 효과적인 MVNO 실시방안에 대해 객관적인 분석을 시도해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 Laffont, Rey and Tirole(1998)과 Armstrong(1998)의 모형을 기초로 MVNO의 특성을 반영한 모형을 설정하여 MVNO 제도 도입 후 상호접속료, 시장가격, 수량, 일방접속료 등에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과 MVNO 제도가 도입될 경우 MNO간 담합 유인이 완화되어 가격이 낮아지고 수량이 증가하는 등 정태적 효율성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적인 MVNO의 실행과 관련하여 한 사업자만 MVNO를 실시하는 경우, 두 사업자 모두가 실시하는 경우, MNO와 MVNO를 구조적으로 분리하는 경우의 시장구조를 살펴본 결과 가격과 수량 측면에서 모든 사업자가 MVNO를 실시하는 경우가 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났다.

디지털 경제에서의 효율적 시장 메커니즘에 대한 연구: 가격부착 시장과 경매에 대한 가상 실험 (In Search of an Efficient Market Mechanism for a Digital Economy: Virtual Field Experiments on Posted-price Markets and Auctions)

  • In recent years, many retail businesses jumped on the Internet auction bandwagon and paid substantially high fees to learn and develop proper business strategies for this new environment. Unlike what most businesses in the real world presume, this research shows that discriminatory-price ascending-bid auctions in a digital economy might be not very beneficial for the sellers on the Internet, if sellers sell the identical digital products through both a typical posted-price market and an auction. Using an extensive technology infrastructure along with suitable incentives and rules for market agents, we found that a discriminatory-price ascending-bid auction, which is the most popular auction mechanism on the Internet, serves consumers better than it does the sellers or producers in the digital economy. That is, the average prices for digital goods in these auctions are substantially lower than the prices in a posted-price market. This shows that it is not so wise for sellers to jump on the bandwagon of Internet auctions, if there is a market place with posted-price mechanisms which sells comparable items, or if a seller does not have special advantages or strategies in this new market institution. Electronic market mechanisms provide powerful means of understanding and measuring consumer characteristics including willingness-to-pay and other demographics for sellers or producers. Many concern that sellers may extract the entire surplus from the market by using customization on the Internet, thus consumers will be worse off in this digital economy. We found that these sellers who can customize their products and prices fail to capture the whole consumers surplus and cannot exercise a monopoly. One major explanation for this phenomenon is that the competition among the sellers prohibits them from charging prices according to customers demand for each product, where switching from one seller to another is not so difficult for the customers, and reselling products among the buyers are prohibited.

  • Recently, the speed of change related with enterprise management is getting faster than ever owing to the competition among companies, technique diffusion, shortening of product lifecycle, excessive supply of market. For the example, the compliance condition (such as delivery date, product quality, etc.) from the ship owner is getting complicated and the needs for the new product such as FPSO, FSRU are coming to fore. This paradigm shift emphasize the rapid response rather than the competitive price, flexibility and agility rather than effective and optimal perspective for the domestic shipbuilding company. So, domestic shipbuilding companies have to secure agile and flexible ship production environment that could respond change of market and requirements of customers in order to continue a competitive edge in the world market. In this paper, I'm going to define a standard shipbuilding production management system by investigating the environment of domestic major shipbuilding companies. Also, I'm going to propose a unified ship production management and system for the operation of unified management through detail analysis of the activities and the data flow of ship production management. And, the system functions for the strategic approach of ship production management are investigated through the business administration tools such as performance pyramid, VDT and BSC. Lastly, the research of applying strategic KPI to the digital shipyard as virtual execution platform is conducted.

건설공사 입찰담합으로 인한 손해액 산정 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Method on Calculating the Damages Caused by the Bid Rigging in the Construction Work)

  • 본 연구는 건설공사 입찰담합으로 인해 발생한 손해액에 대하여 합리적이고 과학적인 결정을 할 수 있도록 개선방안을 제시하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 입찰담합 손해액에 대한 선행 연구 및 판결 사례 등을 검토한 결과 손해액 산정방법에 대한 분류체계가 미비하고 손해액을 결정하는 과정에 필요한 단계의 누락 등이 대표적인 문제점으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 첫째, 입찰담합 손해액의 산정방법에 대하여 개선된 분류체계를 제시하였으며, 가격 및 비용 등의 손해액 산정 기준요소 이외에 비율(ratio)요소를 추가하여 건설공사 입찰담합의 경우에 적용이 가능하도록 하였다. 둘째, 입찰담합 손해배상이 청구된 경우 그 손해액의 결정에 필요한 과정을 여섯 단계로 구성한 표준절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 개선 분류체계 및 표준절차를 통하여 당사자 일방에게 부당한 부담이 되는 문제점을 해소하고 분쟁을 조기에 해결하도록 하여 기회손실 등을 방지하는데 기초가 되고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 건설공사 입찰담합으로 인한 손해액 산정에 대하여 합리적이고 과학적인 산정모델을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 입찰담합 손해액 산정에 대한 선행 연구 및 판결 사례 등을 검토한 결과, 대표적인 문제점으로 낙찰자 결정기준 등의 특성에 대한 충분한 고려가 부족하고 부적정한 비교표준시장의 선택, 가상경쟁가격 영향 인자의 적정성 검토 부족 및 산정모델에 대한 검증의 결여 등이 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 대안입찰공사를 대상으로 한 손해액 산정모델을 제시하였다. 산정모델은 첫째, 낙찰자 결정기준 등에 부합하는 표준시장을 선정하고 둘째, 가상경쟁가격의 영향 인자에 대한 상관관계를 분석 적합인자를 선택하였으며 셋째, 선택 인자의 회귀분석을 활용하여 모델을 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 제시한 모델에 대한 적합성, 유의성 및 정규성 등의 검증과 실제 담합 사례를 적용하여 실증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 산정모델을 통하여 소송 당사자 일방에게 부당한 손해액 부담의 문제점을 해소하고 분쟁을 조기에 해결하게 하여 관계자 모두의 기회손실 등을 방지하는데 기초가 되고자 한다.
