가상화폐가 일반인들의 재테크 수단으로 발전하고 있는 상황에서 본 연구에서는 가상화폐에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 실시하고자 한다. 가상화폐에 대한 빅데이터 분석은 블로그와 트위터와 같은 SNS상에서 가상화폐에 대한 논의를 집중적으로 분석한다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to verify mobile game users' perceived utilities about real (price) and virtual (Ruby) currencies, which are the major factors of in-app purchase (IAP) widely used as a business model in a mobile game industry. Design/methodology/approach By using sales volume and sales frequency data for products sold in an 'S' mobile game from the 'D' mobile game company, we conducted a conjoint analysis according to the procedure recommended by Bicheno (2009). Findings The results of this study indicate that (1) mobile game users have greater utility for a virtual currency (Ruby) than for a real currency (price), (2) mobile game users' utility for virtual (Ruby) and real (price) currencies varies depending on sales volume and sales frequency, as well as (3) mobile markets (e.g., Google Play Store vs. Apple App Store), and (4) mobile game users have greater utility for a virtual currency (Ruby) which can be used readily than later.

Although the two types of currencies compete, the possibility of a virtual currency price bubble is diagnosed by assuming an economic model with currencies (won, virtual currency) that are intrinsically worthless. The won is supplied by the central bank to achieve the price stability target, while the supply of virtual currency increases by a fixed number. According to the basic price theory equation, as a simple proposition, cryptocurrency prices form a Martin Gale process [Schilling and Uhlig, 2019, p.20]. Based on the existing theoretical proposition, we applied the variance ratio verification method [Linton and Smetanina, 2016] and a simple technical chart method for empirical analysis. For the purpose of this study, the possibility of a bubble was empirically analyzed by analyzing the price volatility formed in the Korean virtual currency market over the past year, and brief policy implications for this were presented.

Comparative analysis to secure safety of Blockchain Many investors have invested in virtual currency such as bit coins as a new investment due to increased popularity of virtual currency around the world. Also, virtual currency such as bit coin has a security technology and it has been relatively proved. popularity of virtual currency is rising as a new investment alternative because of this reason. This paper focused on the block chain's transparency and security of distributed ledger technology, which is relatively safe without third party's intervention. Many governments and companies around the world are developing and working on block chain technological development to introduce due to these reasons However, there are some suggestion that block chain has minor risks to its security. In this paper, it will examine security vulnerabilities from importance of security of Blockchain which relates to transactions of Bitcoin which stored by governments and companies around the world. This paper will propose measure which will improve safety and efficiency of Blockchain technology such as the existing Blockchain method, Blockchain proposal, traceability and awareness about hacking.

Purpose Since the Bitcoin, which was the first virtual currency, was made at 2009, almost 1,000 virtual currencies appeared onstage in the world. Even though virtual currencies have the function of money as a medium of exchange or contract, any of those has not yet entered the commercialization stage. Instead, some of the virtual currencies show the nature of investment assets. In the case of virtual money investment, users tend to use all the information of the world because information transfer is very easy and capital movement is almost free between different countries. In addition, as the transaction sizes of virtual currencies increase, a virtual currency price is no longer independent and is likely to be affected by the prices of other virtual currencies. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the influence among virtual currency markets, which helps successful implementation of investment strategies. Design/methodology/approach This study focuses on the investment product function of virtual money and conducts the analysis using the time series model used in the financial and economic areas. In this paper, we try to analyze the return and volatility transfer effect of virtual money markets through GJR-GARCH model. Findings This study is expected to find out whether we can make market forecasts through reflecting changes in other markets. In addition, we can reduce the trial and error of user decision making by using the information on the yield and volatility transition effect derived from the research results, and it is expected to reduce the opportunity cost of users.

2008년 비트코인이라는 가상화폐의 개념이 발표된 이후, 비트코인의 기반이 되는 블록체인 기술은 향후 우리 사회를 변화시킬 수 있는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 중요한 플랫폼 기술로 주목받고 있다. 기존의 전자금융거래는 정부나 은행 등 신뢰할 수 있는 중앙기관에서 모든 거래 내역을 저장, 관리하고 있는 반면, 블록체인 기반의 전자금융거래는 거래에 참여하는 모든 참여자가 거래 내역을 각각 저장, 관리하는 분산 구조로 이루어져 있어서, 시스템 구축과 운영비용을 절감하면서도 거래의 투명성을 보장할 수 있는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 블록체인 기술은 비트코인으로 시작된 가상화폐 이외에도 스마트 계약, 문서관리 등 다양한 영역으로 그 활용방안이 확장되고 있다. 블록체인의 핵심 기술 영역은 검증된 암호기술을 기반으로 거래 내역의 위조나 해킹이 어렵도록 일정수준 이상의 보안성을 갖추고 있으나, 가상화폐를 사고파는 거래 서비스나 상품 대금으로 지급하는 결제 서비스의 구현에 있어서는 구현 방식에서의 보안 취약점이 존재할 수 있기에 가상화폐 사용에 있어서 보안 위험에 대해서 살펴보고 대응방안에 대해서 논하고자 한다. 특히 가상화폐 거래를 손쉽게 해주는 가상화폐 거래소에 대한 보안 사고가 최근에 자주 발생하고 있으며, 가상화폐를 거래하는 사용자들의 피해도 증가하고 있기에 금융권에 적용 가능한 블록체인 보안 위협을 살펴보고 그 중에서도 특히 보안사고로 인한 피해가 많이 발생하는 가상화폐 거래소에 대한 보안 위협과 적용 가능한 보안 대책을 제시하고자 한다.

가상화폐는 금융분야에서 블록체인(Block chain), 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence: AI), 빅데이터(Big Data) 등의 신기술이 접목되면서 등장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 최근 세계적으로 대두된 가상화폐에 대한 쟁점들을 탐구하였고, 중앙정부로부터 벗어나 분권화된 개별 거래로 보안이 강화된 블록체인의 장점과 이를 악용하여 여러 문제가 발생되는 단점에 관련된 내용을 포함하였다. 가상화폐는 인터넷에서 익명으로 거래되는 특성상 랜섬웨어, 사기, 마약거래, 탈세, 자금세탁 등 범죄에 크게 노출되어 있다. 범죄자들은 익명으로 거래되는 가상화폐를 이용하여 수사기관의 추적을 쉽게 피하고 있다. 정부의 규제 안이 계속 발표되고 있고, 가상화폐 거래소에서도 자율 규제 안이 발표되었으나 근본적인 해결방안이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문의 목적은 가상화폐의 악용사례에 대한 문제점을 고찰하여 가상화폐의 건전한 거래를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 찾는 것이다. 그러나 가상화폐 거래를 활성화시키고 제도적으로 안정화시키는데 있어서 한 국가의 노력만으로 이루어지지 않는다는 한계가 있다. 미성년자 및 외국인의 거래금지와 사용자 실명화는 상당히 환영 할만한 조치이나 이는 단순한 디지털 상품이 아닌 화폐 본연의 기능을 증대하는 수단으로 거듭나는 계기가 되기 위해서 아직까지 많은 과제들이 산재하다. 가상화폐의 음성적인 측면보다는 양성적인 측면이 더욱 활성화 될 수 있도록 전 세계 공통의 노력이 필요하다.

This study focuses on the legal concept of virtual money, focusing on the case of how we can change the framework of fixed thinking about our trade concept and money with the fourth industrial revolution. The legal character of the virtual money, which played a role as a means of trading in crime, could be discussed, and the court could put it in the category of " property " as a subject of confiscation. Many people are expressing empathy for the fact that there will be many traits in the future world that are difficult to predict. At this side, when the legal validity of the advantage is not recognized as the legal money yet to be recognized as the legal currency, it begins to be discussed as a necessary means of trading between individuals, businesses and individuals. Defining a legal character can be very significant in determining policy direction related to future operations of virtual money. But to date, it is very difficult to establish the legal character of virtual money through existing legislation. Therefore, as we looked at in this case, we examined whether the property was subject to the seizure of the profits from the crime. Attention was also given to the possibility of such abuse of virtual money and whether effective legal interpretation was possible for the categories of assets subject to seizure.
