Different Point of View to the Autoimmune Diseases and Treatment with Acupuncture

  • Objectives: It was aimed to investigate the basic action mechanism of the autoimmune diseases and common features of all diseases. Autoimmune disease are classified organ specific and systemic. Methods: These diseases are seen systemic and disease start locations, origins seem differently. This makes learning and understanding difficult. Autoimmune diseases investigated for easier understanding. It was noticed that, autoimmune diseases' starting places are specific and same all of them. This remarkable point is very important for acupuncture also. So; whole literatüre was researched and important point was found. Results: Whole autoimmune diseases are attack to mesodermal layers and mesodermal origin organs of the body's. The common property of all these disease are same; Diseases start from the mesoderm and mesodermal layer even though their organ origins' belongs to different germ layer. From this point of view, we were able to classify autoimmune diseases simply and it was planned how can we effect body in this context with acupuncture. Conclusion: And, when immunity comes into question, induction of adaptive immunity is depend on antigen presentation to T cells and this situation take place in the lymph node (LN) and also in the skin.When we sank the acupuncture needle into skin, signals create and start mesodermal contacts, during this time mesenchymal origin' autoimmune cells are regulated with this signals.

A Study on the Selection for View Target and View Points of Townscape Planning in Chung-ju City (충주시 경관계획 수립을 위한 조망대상 및 조망점 선정에 관한 연구;거주기간을 포함한 사용자 특성을 중심으로)

  • Since townscape planning zones were introduced in 2000 by a revised Urban Planning Law, interest and understanding on townscape have been enhanced in Korea. Driven by this trend of the time, interest in townscape planning has been growing in the area of urban planning, and local governments have been expressing their interest in townscape management. This study is intended to provide criteria for setting goals of constructing desirable urban environments in harmony with existing condition in Chung-ju City. To this end, questionnaire surveys and awareness research were administered and following findings were obtained in relation to user-specific preferences on view targets and view points for townscape planning in Chung-ju City. In general, citizens of Chung-ju City were found to prefer townscape frequently in use practically, while residents in other areas preferred such townscape as linked with the city' s overall reputation. Both groups were found to prefer natural landscape (Gaemyeongsan, Namsan, etc.) to artificial one as a view target, and Chung-ju Terminal and the neighborhoods and downtown(Seongseo-dong) were presumably preferred as a view point.

Post-processing of 3D Video Extension of H.264/AVC for a Quality Enhancement of Synthesized View Sequences

  • Since July of 2012, the 3D video extension of H.264/AVC has been under development to support the multi-view video plus depth format. In 3D video applications such as multi-view and free-view point applications, synthesized views are generated using coded texture video and coded depth video. Such synthesized views can be distorted by quantization noise and inaccuracy of 3D wrapping positions, thus it is important to improve their quality where possible. To achieve this, the relationship among the depth video, texture video, and synthesized view is investigated herein. Based on this investigation, an edge noise suppression filtering process to preserve the edges of the depth video and a method based on a total variation approach to maximum a posteriori probability estimates for reducing the quantization noise of the coded texture video. The experiment results show that the proposed methods improve the peak signal-to-noise ratio and visual quality of a synthesized view compared to a synthesized view without post processing methods.

  • Greeting the 100 year celebration of the death of Master Dong-mu, through investigating his thoght on Scholarship and Philosophy, and his new view of human being based on Sasang, I tried to reevaluate him as a Confucianist of practical mind. The conclusions were as followings ; 1. Dong-mu's recognition system of things is that based on the mind of summarizing things in view of Affair-Mind-Body-Object originated from Confucianism, and It developed 'the Marvel of Easiness & simpleness based on Yin-yang' into 'the Marvel of Easiness & simpleness based on Sasang' 2 Through understanding old Confucianism newly, Dong-mu summarized human being as having a natural character in view of Nature and Order and an autonomical character in view of Knowledge and Deed, and emphasized an autonomical character in view of Knowledge and Deed 3. In view of Knowledge and Deed, Dong-mu presented How to Say and Behave, and took it as a model of behavior in the new Confucianism. Also he presented the view of Knowledge and Deed based on Constitutions, and took it as a new mind of treatment. 4. Dong-mu can be estimated highly, in that he completed a new confucian view-point of Human being in the period of philosophic chaos, and executed the mind of General health maintenance and the mind of control others through a confucian self-control.

  • Attempt to use as a marker of natural objects directly in the real world, but there is a way to use the accelerometer of the smartphone, to convert the Frontal-View virtual, because it asks only the pitch of the camera, from the side there is a drawback that can not be converted to images. The proposed algorithm, to obtain the rotation matrix of axis 3 pitch, roll, yaw, we set the reference point of the yaw of the target image. Then, to compensate for the rotation matrix to determine Myon'inji any floor, wall, the ceiling of the target image. Finally, to obtain the homography matrix for obtaining the Frontal-View to account for the difference between the gyro sensor coordinate system and image coordinate system, so we can get the Frontal-View from the captured images through the projection transformation was designed. Was tested to convert Frontal-View the picture was taken in an environment smartphone environment surrounding floor, walls and ceiling in order to evaluate the conversion program Frontal-View has been implemented, in this paper, design and The conversion algorithm implementation, it was confirmed that to convert a regular basis Frontal-View footage taken from multiple angles.

Intermediate Depth Image Generation using Disparity Increment of Stereo Depth Images (스테레오 깊이영상의 변위증분을 이용한 중간시점 깊이영상 생성)

  • This paper proposes a method to generate a depth image at an arbitrary intermediate view-point, which is targeting a video service for free-view, auto-stereoscopy, holography, etc. It assumes that the leftmost and the rightmost depth images are given and they both have been camera-calibrated and image-rectified. This method calculates and uses a disparity increment per depth value. In this paper, it is obtained by stereo matching for the given two depth image by considering more general cases. The disparity increment is used to find the location in the intermediate view-point depth image (IVPD) for each depth in the given images. Thus, this paper finds two IVPDs, from left image and from right image. Noises are removed and holes are filled in each IVPDs and the two results are combined to get the final IVPD. The proposed method was implemented and applied to several test sequences. The results revealed that the quality of the generated IVPD corresponds to 33.84dB of PSNR in average and it takes about 1 second to generate a HD IVPD. We evaluate that this image quality is quite good by considering the low correspondency among the left images, intermediate images, and the right images in the test sequences. If the execution speed is improved, the proposed method can be a very useful method to generate an IVPD at an arbitrary view-point, we believe.

A Prototype Architecture of an Interactive Service System for Digital Hologram Videos (디지털 홀로그램 비디오를 위한 인터랙티브 서비스 시스템의 프로토타입 설계)

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose a service system for a digital hologram video, which has not been published yet. This system assumes the existing service frame for 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional image/video, which includes data acquisition, processing, transmission, reception, and reconstruction. This system also includes the function to service the digital hologram at the viewer's view point by tracking the viewer's face. For this function, the image information at the virtual view point corresponding to the viewer's view point is generated to get the corresponding hologram. Here in this paper, only a prototype that includes major functions of it is implemented, which includes camera system for data acquisition, camera calibration and image rectification, depth/intensity image enhancement, intermediate view generation, digital hologram generation, and holographic image reconstruction by both simulation and optical apparatus. The proposed prototype system was implemented and the result showed that it takes about 352ms to generate one frame of digital hologram and reconstruct the image by simulation, or 183ms to reconstruct image by optical apparatus instead of simulation.

  • In this paper we study an existence and the approxi-mation of the solution of the solution of the elliptic variational inequality from an abstract axiomatic point of view. We discuss convergence results and give an error estimate for the difference of the two solutions in an appropriate norm Also we present some computational results by using fixed point method.

  • A robust position control scheme for DC Motor is proposed based on Fuzzy Acceleration Control. Proposed control system has the similar structure that Y. Hori proposed. But the PI type acceleration controller of it is replaced by Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) which is known to be robust to the operating point and parameter variations. By the simulation study for a real DC Motor, we have slowed the superiority to the continuous PI acceleration controller in the view point of robustness to the operating point and parameter variations.

The study about usefulness of utilizing self-development jaw lift tool in pediatric Revers water's view (자체 개발한 하악거상 기구를 활용한 소아 REVERS WATER'S View의 유용성)

  • This study is to provide clinical data when reverse-water's-view was carried out about pediatric who did not communicate by applying self-development jaw lift tool. This study were conducted in a subject of 23 children who examined revers-water's-view from 2013 July 6 to 2013 August 5 at our hospital. Two group time which were carried out revers-water's with tool and without tool were measured. also, Image of two group were evaluated. Evaluation data obtained by measuring the average difference were analyzed by independent-t-test. After apply self-development-jaw-lift-tool, time was reduced by 35.2%(36.6sec). the results indicated significant differences(p< .05). Image evaluation was increase 43.5%(1.03point), It was statistically highly significant difference (p< .01). If apply self-development-jaw-lift-tool in pediatric revers-water's-view, operator can provide fast, convenience, high quality image to pediatric.
