Most of the colleges run their own broadcasting stations. They provide diverse types of content, and nowadays many colleges even provide video content. This paper deals with the concept of multicast service as a solution to provide efficient broadcasting service on the college campus. For this purpose, it examines concept and characteristics of the multicast service. It also reviews the actually case of such service provided by S college in Seoul, focusing on its platform, major functions, and scenario. I expect what's discussed in this paper contribute to effective implementing and operating of a college broadcasting service. Also, multicast service introduced in this paper is applicable to the various organizational environment such as private companies and institutions as well as colleges.

On the matter in line with NCW(Network Centric Warfare) and information age, the military is on an efficient-expanding trend as sharing with status and information promptly through the various and complex exchange of messages and the phone communication between operators, using a highly efficient operating console. The recording devices that record an operational situation to plan a new operation through the mission analysis and result reviews after finishing military operation or training are developed and operated. Recording method is classified into two groups. one is the recording of display shots, another is the recording of an exchange of messages. This study proposes the new data-oriented recording method to reduce the readiness time of replay and the improvement scheme.

Due in large part to the success of 'Korean Wave' (Hallyu) entertainment commodities, there was much discussion concerning the increasing recognition of Korean culture. With the government's help, South Korean pop culture has spread all over the globe, and Korean businesses have flourished thanks to their global competitiveness. The media in the surrounding areas were quick to catch on, and they all but declared the arrival of Hallyu. Despite a tragic and brutal history of invasions, wars, and dictatorships, South Korea has the 14th largest economy and is the 15th most significant country in terms of soft power. This is largely attributable to the country's leadership in technological and cultural revolutions. The enormous economic and political gains South Korea has experienced from its Hallyu phenomenon remain impressive and even threatening to other countries competing with it for cultural dominance. This is even though media figures in the country must constantly keep in mind new ways to maintain relevance and even enhance their favorability, as pop culture trends are transient and sometimes unpredictable. As South Korean culture spread to the West, Hallyu facilitated the export of several cultural artifacts, including classical music, theater, art, literature, and dance. The Baby Shark music video and song were both created by the Korean business Pink Fong.

This study points out the problems of absence of the legislation for standard regulation on Video on Demand(VoD) advertisement which grows so fast lately, for this it recommends making legal references, which have the definition of non-linear broadcasting & VoD advertisement and VoD advertisement standard regulation in the merged Broadcasting Act, and adopting co-regulation system. Pay TV operators providing VoD service have the opportunities to make money as subscribers uses it increasingly. In case of linear service, the Broadcasting Act regulates the advertisement strictly, but not the VoD ads. The reason why is that Korean legislation including the Broadcasting Act does not have legal reference to regulate it, instead of that, it rely on the self-regulation system which is operated by pay-tv players who provide the VoD ads. So, there is the limitation to protect the minors such as children and youth from the harmful VoD ads, to be invulnerable for advertisers to influence to advertising agents, and to ensure the regulatory effectiveness under player-centric self-regulatory regime. In this context, this study analyses the how to regulate VoD ads standard with a three-pronged approach. First, it analyses the VoD ads regulation system in overseas countries, UK, Canada, EU and Ireland. Each country has the legal reference to regulate it in the Broadcasting Act or lower statures and adopts the co-regulatory regime the NRA and the 3rd entity operate together. Second, it reviews the objectives and scope of VoD ads standard. This study recommends that the objective of it is users protection and the scope of it is standard regulation not commercial practice. Third, this study researches how to legislate for regulation of VoD ads standard. Considering VoD service's characteristics(non-linear service) and legal position of Ads agency(i.e. pay tv operators), it suggest that legal reference will be in the integrated Broadcasting bill, which is the general law, not individual. If it is available to regulate VoD ads standard with co-regulatory regime, it expects the enhancement of user protection from the harmful VoD ads and make up sustainability of the pay-tv players' self-regulation.

Background: Spontaneous hemopneumothorax is a rare disease and can be life threatening; it occurs in $1{\sim}12%$ of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax. We analyzed clinical reviews and treatments, as well as complications of spontaneous hemopneumothorax patients that were treated to aid in the optimal management. Material and Method: We studied retrospectively 30 cases with spontaneous hemopneumothorax for 11 years, from 1995 to 2006, at our hospital. Result: All the patients were male and most of the patients were under 30 years. The sides with the disorder were as follows: right in 15 cases and left in 15 cases. Patients showed mostly initial symptoms of chest pain, dyspnea and hypovolemic shock. All patients underwent a closed thoracostomy and 27 patients underwent surgery. Chemical pleurodesis was peformed because of postoperative persistent air leakage and one case was treated in the ICU due to re-expansion pulmonary edema, There were no other complications such as fibrothorax seen during the follow-up periods. Conclusion: The most important finding is proper initial management, as the spontaneous hemopneumothorax can potentially lead to a life-threatening condition. Recently, video assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) is common procedure for general thoracic surgery and overcomes the weak points of performing a thoracotomy. The results of VATS are encouraging.

This study aimed to develop a planned discharge nursing intervention guideline for patients with pneumothorax, and to examine its influence on drug compliance, knowledge about disease, compliance level with therapeutic regimen, and nursing satisfaction. Methods: The planned discharge nursing intervention guideline was developed based on comprehensive literature reviews and clinical experiences. Patients having video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery at a single general hospital were allocated to either intervention (n=30) or control group (n=29). Participants in the intervention group were administered planned discharge nursing intervention thrice, 30 minutes each, by a cardiovascular nurse. Standard care was provided to patients in the control group. Data were collected from March, 2010 to December, 2010. Results: Participants in the intervention group presented statistically significant improvement in drug compliance (t=-2.05, p=0.044), pill count (t=-2.61, p=0.011), knowledge about disease (t=-4.39, p=0.001), and nursing satisfaction (t=-4.13, p=0.001). No significant difference in compliance levels was observed with standard therapeutic regimen. Conclusion: Planned discharge nursing intervention can be successfully implemented for patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Further research is required to evaluate long-term effects like complication or relapse.

In the Western Philosophy that was centered on reason, sense has been belittled as a low level of conception under reason. However, the 21st century modern visual environment pushes away the epistemology centered on reason and puts 'sensuality' and 'sense' on its place. Especially, public films are one of the fields that rapidly reflect such changes and lead the changes. However, unfortunately, it is difficult to find such efforts that reflect the artistic and aesthetic significance of sense from the public films. It is because that sense is considered superficial and somewhat not real, while recognizing sense as the low level of conception under reason over the long history. Given the fact, this study reviews the by Gilles Deleuze, a modern philosopher who gives a new value on sense, and it would be meaningful to analyze the works of Chris Cunningham who makes films with the concept of Gilles Deleuze. After we analyzed three music videos of Aphex Twin directed by Chris Cunningham, we can ascertain that the films are based on body without Oranges, hysteric, and diagram that are suggested from by Gilles Deleuze. Analyzing recently released films centered on 'sense' in a superficial manner that includes production method or picture composition, including the films of Chris Cunningham, falls into the error of overlooking the director's aesthetics. Understanding the modern logic of sense that is newly developing, studying its substance, and analyzing the films will make a sacrifice of suggesting a new alternative.

TikTok, as a leading short video platform, has attracted many users, and the resulting attention generates immense business value as a platform to diffuse knowledge. As a qualitative and explorative approach, this study reviews the knowledge payment industry and discusses the influential factors of users' payment decisions regarding knowledge products on TikTok. By conducting in-depth interviews with ten participants and observing 95 knowledge providers' videos, we find that TikTok has significant business potential in the knowledge payment industry. By using the ATLAS. ti software to code the data collected from these interviews, this study finds that demander characteristics (personal needs), product characteristics (product quality), provider characteristics (the key opinion leader effect), and platform characteristics (platform management) are the four core categories that influence users' payment decisions regarding knowledge products on TikTok. A theoretical model consisting of the ten variables of emotional needs, professional needs, quality, price, helpfulness, value, charisma, user trust, service guarantee, and scarcity is proposed based on the grounded theory. The theoretical and practical implications of the study findings are also discussed.

The purpose of this study identify the types and characteristics of Hanbok worn in lunar new year parade and Korean parade in New York over the past three years. As for the research method, I first collected domestic news articles, overseas Korean news articles, and literature reviews about the history of the Korean parade in New York and the events of each year. Second, I conducted a case study on Hanbok worn in the six parades from 2017 to 2019 using photo data collected through direct surveys, 'YouTube' video footage and news article photos. Third, I interviewed people related to the New York parade about the route of buying and renting the Hanbok in the New York area. The types of Hanbok shown in the Korean parade in New York can be largely classified as ceremonial, performance, and daily costume. There were 65 ceremonial costumes in all, with men wearing Dallyeong (official's robe) and Gorlyongpo (dragon robe) and women wearing Dangui (woman's semi-formal jacket), Wonsam (woman's ceremonial robe), and Hwarot (princess's ceremonial robe). A number of performance costumes were also worn by the Chwitasu bands, Nongak ensembles and fan dancers. Finally, of the 210 daily Hanbok, most men wore Baji (pants) and Jeogori (jacket), and women wore Chima (skirts) and Jeogori. The parade attempts to showcase the beauty of Hanbok, but the costumes repeat year after year, which can feel monotonous to onlookers. This research can be used as a reference to effectively utilize Hanbok in future Korean cultural events.

Graphic Design is being developed as a unique genre and widely applied to movie, TV broadcasting, music video, computer an, web design, animation, and game. Some university added motion graphics in their curriculum recently. However Motion Graphic has not been defined clearly and pedagogy of motion graphics was not studied enough. Motion Graphic is not merely moving picture. Its typical purpose and concept are evolving because of the diversified application. Meta-synthesis between media and hybrid development based on diverse approach and composite presentational methods are also changing Motion Graphic. Various technology such as photograph, analytical engine, hypermedia, multimedia, digital composite picture, network and interface should be studied to understand Motion Graphic. This study reviews the historic background of Motion Graphic mainly related to its advent. A fundamental definition of Motion Graphic including the space and time is suggested and the international trend is introduced. Future Motion Graphic and possible development was also predicted.
