진동/음향 일방연성해석에 의한 스피커의 음향특성 연구 (Acoustic Characteristics of a Loudspeaker Obtained by Vibroacoustic Analysis)

  • The acoustic characteristics of a direct radiator type loudspeaker has been studied in this paper. The vibration displacement of the speaker cone paper obtained by the finite element analysis has been converted into the vibration velocity and used as a boundary condition for the acoustic analysis. The frequency characteristics and the sound pressure distribution of the loudspeaker resulted from the radiation of the cone vibration have been calculated by the boundary element analysis. The numerical results have been verified by experiments carried out in an anechoic chamber. The variations of the acoustic characteristics due to the changes of some design parameters have been examined using the numerical model.

  • A three-dimensional elastic blood vessel model with internal diameter variation is considered to investigate internal flow characteristics and effects of structural deformation. Also, computational analyses for both the rigid model and the fully-coupled FSI model have been conducted in order to compare the shear stress, pressure distribution, and flow velocity in detail. A 70% narrowing area of asymmetric blood vessel model was especially investigated to show the versatility of fluid-structure interaction phenomenon. The results reveal that effect of fluid-structure interaction is very important to accurately investigate the flow characteristics of the blood vessel.

  • Frictional sound is observed in great many practical systems, but its generation mechanism is still unknown Model systems are best suited for research on the fundamental mechanisms, but results cannot be easily applied to real systems, because each system has different sound radiation properties. At present, there is no easy method for evaluation of these properties. We propose to describe the sound radiation property of a tribo-system by the relationship between friction-induced sound power and the friction-induced vibration velocity of the contact element. It was found that the sound power of a tribo-system is linearly proportional to the mean-square velocity of the sliding element by a constant coefficient having the dimension of mass flow rate (kg/s).

  • In general, 4-pole parameter and three-point method are used for predicting transmission loss which is one of characteristics of Muffler using CAE tools. However, these mehtods show different results from experiment when the flow effects are presented in practical model. In this parer, to overcome these problems, both Fluent and.Sysnoise are used to analyze the performance of extended inlet/outlet muffler including flow effects with varying flow velocity at inlet of duct. Flow fields and quadrupole source is calculated by Fluent. And Sysnoise is used to analyze acoustic performances of muffler with quadrupole source data extracted from Fluent. Finally, the variation of transmission loss is estimated according to various inlet flow velocity.

  • This paper presents experimental analysis of a friction-driven wheel responsible for generating wheel squeal. Creep and squeal noise generating mechanism are influenced by friction conditions of attack angle, loading force, driving velocity and surface roughness. Squeal noise phenomena has been examined under the laboratory condition by the model rig. Creep characteristics and squeal noise were observed by varying relative velocity of the wheel with respect to the rail and friction coefficient.

  • Axial fans are widely used in household electrical appliances due to their easy usage and high flow rate for cooling capacity. At the same time, the noise generated by these fans causes one of serious problems. In order to calculate the noise of a fan, we develop the software IFD - Intranet Fans Design. With this software we can design, analysis the performance and predict the noise of fan. The prediction model, which allowed the calculation of acoustic pressure at the blade passing frequency and it's higher harmonic frequencies, has been developed by Lowson's equation. To calculate the unsteady resultant force of the blade, time-marching free-wake method is used.   • The configuration of coaxial co-rotating contained in shroud provides a useful model for investigating the characteristics of flow in the HDD. Reynolds number is defined as $Re_R={\Omega}{R_o}^2/{\upsilon},\;Re_H={\Omega}R_oH/{\upsilon}$ in present study. An experimental investigation was performed for turbulence profiles and PSD distribution and vortices frequency behavior for various range of $Re_R=2.43{\times}10^4{\sim}3.61{\times}10^5$. A laser Doppler anemometry (LDA) is used to obtain the velocity field of unobstructed co-rotating disks flow. Airflow pattern visualization between inner and outer region was compared with turbulence profiles measured from LDA. Outer detached shear layer and dead-zone without oscillating velocity fluctuation to circumferential mean were quantitively traced.

Dynamic behavior in deceleration will show quite another feature in constant velocity, In this study, we see through the dynamic behavior due to a variation of braking force in Korean Tilting Train. Hence we compose of 3D dynamic model, as well as we check upon the property in service braking condition and unique braking condition with a fault system. This study has the meaning with reference data of developing Korean Tilting Train test traveling.

  • The media transport systems, such as printers, copiers, facsimile, ATMs, cameras, etc., have been widely used and being developed rapidly. In the development of those systems, the media feeding mechanism is an important key technology for the design and development of the media transport systems. In this paper, a multi-degree of freedom sheet model with dynamic contact conditions is presented to understand the mechanism of sticking and jamming. A sheet is modelled as a cantilever beam and the feeding velocity is assumed to be constant. The relation between the feeding velocity and the coefficient of friction for guaranteeing stable feeding is presented. Simulations are performed for a horizontal linear guide and a oblique linear guide, calculating the contact force and contact states of mass points.
