Trans-axle형태의 구동계를 갖는 지게차의 진동원 파악 및 저감설계 (Identification of vibration source and vibration improvement design of forklift truck with trans-axle type power train)

  • In this study, the improvement work to reduce the steering wheel vibration of a forklift truck is performed. The forklift truck newly developed possesses a trans-axle type power train to achieve a compact and low-price design. The forklift truck is directly subjected to a high-level engine vibration through hard mounted trans-axle housing. The engine vibration shakes the whole system of the forklift truck, and then a high level local vibration of steering wheel could not be avoided. As the results, the vibration source and path mechanisms are experimentally identified and then an improvement design is proposed to minimize the steering wheel vibration.

구조-음향 상반성 원리를 이용한 공기기인 소음원의 강도 추정 및 소음 합성 (The Use of Vibro-acoustical Reciprocity to Estimate Source Strength and Airborne Noise Synthesis)

  • In this paper, an alternative method was introduced to conduct a transfer path analysis for airborne noise. The method used the transfer function matrix composed of acoustic transfer functions that are referenced by the input voltage of a calibration source. A calibration factor which is converting a virtual voltage to source strength was deduced by vibro-acoustical reciprocity theorem. The calibration factor is then multiplied to the virtual input voltage to estimate the operational source strength. Three loudspeakers were used to noise sources of acrylic half car model. The method was applied to airborne noise transfer path analysis of the half car. The estimated source strength by transfer path analysis was compared the deduced source strength by vibro-acoustical reciprocity to verify the method.

진동신호를 이용한 전기동차 구동장치의 안전성 평가 (Safety Diagnosis of Electric Train Driving System Using Vibration Signal)

  • Safety diagnosis of electric train driving system is performed using vibration signals of running electric train. Safety diagnosis is tried on the viewpoints of the appreciation of superannuation and the fault diagnosis of motor, reduction gear and bogie. The appreciation of superannuation is checked by the vibration levels of driving parts and the fault diagnosis is done by analyzing the frequencies of the vibration signals which are measured directly from a running electric train. The results shows that the vibration levels of each parts increase as the train gets older and each parts have their own frequency patterns of the vibration. Vibration propagation path is also investigated using calculated the coherence value between bogie and driving system. As the results, it is known that vibration signal can be utilized successfully for the safety diagnosis of the driving part of electric train.

  • Inclined surface milling in the mould and die industries is one of the most commonly needed cutting process. For the variety and complexity of cutting characteristics in various cutting condition, it is difficult to select a optimal tool path orientation. The comparative results through FFT analysis in this study provide a guideline for the selection tool path orientation.

  • The measured vibration on a machine or a structure is shaped by the excitation waveform and the path transfer function. Mechanism diagnostics tends to focus on retrieving source featurce by minimzing the effects of the structural path, while in structural diagnostics we are more interested in minimizing source effects and retrieving path parameters. In structural diagnostics, therefore, there are experimental issues of gathering data that are independent source effects and finding a transfer function signature that reveals structural defects. This paper describes how the transfer function can be obtained more accurately by experiment using the compatibility relationship which is newly discovered.
