Recently many buildings are airtight, deterioration takes the high stage. As this room ventilation is increasingly difficult, the importance of indoor air was emphasized. And Got a few provisions on the indoor ventilation, the building is used for other purposes also requires a lot of careful research. In this study, consisting of floor heating ventilation in the room and wants to know the impact on the human body react with the carbon dioxide concentration in the indoor air were investigated PMV. We have get the data through the experimental study like this. It can be inferred correlations of ventilation and temperature according to human comfort that you should consider when using the work of residential buildings in accordance with the changing social conditions and social. It is also determined that in the future through additional experiments related data can be established basic experimental data.

The ventilation frequency of 0.5 times in residential facilities is applied mandatorily to the housing facilities containing more than 100 house units to improve the indoor air quality and create comfortable interior conditions and pleasantness for residents. The Building Energy Efficiency Rating system requires the implementation of leakage test based on ventilation frequency with the test results being reflected in the efficiency ratings, thereby stimulating the precise construction of the fittings in the periphery of windows and savings of energy that can be lost due to the infiltration air. The inspection results of the Building Energy Efficiency Rating at the site showed that the ventilation frequency was in the range between 0.63 and 0.71 and that the difference was found to have a significant effect on the amount of energy reduction. It is urgent to conduct the study on highly leakage-proof buildings and construction methods, along with the expansion of mandatory leakage-proof diagnosis of non-residential buildings, considering the mandatory ventilation frequency below 0.6 for passive houses under the European standards and the target set by Korea to introduce the passive house, the rigorous standard for energy efficiency in buildings and mitigating their ecological footprint, by 2017 and achieve the zero house by 2025.

Recently, the frequency of installation of ventilation towers is increasing due to the planning and construction of underground roads and long tunnel. In this study, implications and points for improvement were considered through investigation and analysis of the installation standards related to ventilation towers in tunnels and analysis of ventilation tower installation cases in domestic and overseas tunnel case study. As a result of this study, when selecting the location and height of the ventilation tower, it is recommended to determine the final ventilation tower type through a consultation process with residents, considering the environmental impact caused by the emission of pollutants, the harmonious arrangement with the surrounding landscape, and the efficient use of the above-ground site nearby ventilation tower. In addition, from the design stage, it is judged that a detailed review of reducing the height of the ventilation tower through air quality simulation is necessary for natural harmony with the surrounding topography and to prevent civil complaints.
High frequency ventilation (HFV) is a new ventilatory technique that uses very small tidal volume(less than the anatomic dead space) and high frequency, and classified 4 distinct types according to frequency and mode of gas delivery. The mechanism of gas transport of high frequency oscillation ventilation(HFOV) is somewhat different to other types of HFV. To evaluate the determinants of $PaCO_2$ in HFOV, a study was done with a HFOV on 9 cats, and the results are : 1) $PaCO_2$ was not correlated with frequency at the constant stroke volume(6 voltage) and bias flow (6L/minutes). 2) $PaCO_2$ was correlated with stroke volume but not with bias flow under the constant frequency(15Hz/min) and bias flow(3 to 6L/min). From above results, the main determinant of $PaCO_2$ on artificial ventilation with HFOV was stroke volume, but further study between flow, the site of delivery to the airway and humidification of bias flow and $CO_2$ elimination is required in future research.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an assistant device for the promotion of bag-valve-mask ventilation based on a non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. Methods: The experimental tool was a mask assistance device developed by the researchers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 with the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) evaluation program from August 18 to 30, 2016. The research tools included general, hand-related, and ventilation-related characteristics. Results: Before and after using the mask assistance device, the tidal volume increased by 64 mL (p<.001) from 461.76 mL to 525.86 mL. The tidal volume for control was 477.86 mL, and there was a statistical difference (p<.05). The ventilation frequency in device users was 10 times per minute for a total of 20 ventilations with before 10.65 after 10 times, and that of the control group was before 10.36 times after 10 times; there was no difference in both groups(p>.05). The accuracy of the assistance device was $81.72{\pm}30.86%$, which was a very high value. However, the accuracy of ventilation in the control group with no assistance device was $18.97{\pm}32.44%$, which was a very low accuracy rate. Conclusion: This study's results suggested utilizing the newly-developed mask assistance device in CPR, and showed increases in tidal volume and accuracy of ventilation using the bag-valve-mask ventilation equipment. The general and hand-related characteristics did not have any effect, so the use of the device proved to increase the efficacy in all users.
Judicious control of high temperature is the most important task for a successful intensive - cultivation in greenhouses during the hot summer. Therefore, the climatological data at 31 locations in Korea were calculated using the modified model equation for ventilated in glasshouses during summer. Furthermore, the adequate number of air- changes or frequency of ventilation was estimated based on temperature settings, which is considered to be more active means of controlling summer glasshouse temperatures, was investigated. The major results can be summarized as follows: Forced ventilation of one air change per minutes was effective in maintaining the maximum air temperature below 35$^{\circ}C$ in the glasshouse haying 40% shading. It was impossible, however, to maintain air temperature below 3$0^{\circ}C$ in 40% shaded glasshouse with forced ventilation only.
There was in a building and with the technical advance for a energy saving the secret efficiency of the building improved together and continuously was come. The indoor air environment brought about the deterioration which is remarkable because of it. But time of most the indoor air environmental matter is one in the element which healthily affects biggest in the moderns who lives from the interior space. Today the plan for the air environmental maintenance which dwelling space is appropriate is demanded, is the actual condition where the method of the ventilation control which is energy saving and efficient is necessary. From the research which it sees, number of ventilation 0.7 time of the aeration which is a domestic legal baseline is excessive is judged from the research which sees, The sleep hour assumes it stays most long the hour when, number of ventilation 0 time 0.1 times 0.4 times $CO_2$ consistency measurements and analyzes number of ventilation conclusive escape. And $CO_2$ peak point control leads it decides a data, effective and it talks an energy saving circulation control method and it does to sleep.
A possible asymmetry in airway inertance was modeled based on previously reported radiographic visualization data of the airway wall fluctuation in intact dogs. Effects of asymmetric Inertance on mean lung volume during high frequency ventilation (HFV) were evaluated in terms of mean inertive pressure drop across the airways. It was found that a negligible inertlve pressure drop was expected ($<1{\;}cmH_20$) in normal subjects, while a sig- nificant rise in mean alveolar pressure compared to mean mouth pressure by approximately $3{\;}cmH_20$ was resulted for about 40% airway fluctuation representing bronchoconstriction state by Histamine induction. These results demonstrate that asymmetric Inertance could lead patients with airway diseases to a significant lung hyperinflation (LHI), and bronchodilation treatment is recommended prior to applying HFV to prevent those patients from a possible barotrauma.
The patients with tracheal stenosis have become more increasing in recent due to the increased use of tracheostomy and assisted ventilation Anesthetic management during tracheal reconstruction is a concern to the anesthetist and the surgeon, who must share the airway as a operation field and at the same time provide good gas exchange. Multiple technique such as the tube ventilation system or C \ulcornerP bypass method have been recommended to achieve this goals. However, these methods have disadvantages of poor surgical exposure and hemorrhagic complication from using C \ulcornerP bypass The technique for HFJV was first described for bronchoscopy, and it involves positive-pressure breathing with high flow[40 \ulcorner60L/min] of oxygen This flow is directed to a semirigid catheter inserted in the endotracheal tube and the tracheal reconstruction can be done without interruption. From Dec. 1986 to July 1990 we have experienced 6 patients of tracheal stenosis necessitating circumferential resection and end to end anastomosis; 5 patients with tracheal stenosis following cuffed tracheostomy or intubation, a patient with tracheal stenosis due to invasive thyroid cancer. The specific advantages during tracheal reconstruction are unobstructed field during surgical reconstruction and good gas exchange through the procedure.
The tracheobronchial histopathologic findings in 7 healthy cats used with high frequency oscillation ventilation (HFOV) were compared with those in 6 cats used with conventional mechanical ventilation (CMV). 4-point, 9-variable scoring system was used to evaluate the injury in the trachea, right & left main bronchi and parenchyme. The following results were obtained ; 1) The tracheobronchial tree received HFOV had no significant damage compared with CMV (P>0.05). 2) Intraepithelial mucus loss and emphysema were s lightly more prominent in CMV groups. As above results ; the tracheobronchial histopathologic difference was not prominent between CMV and HFOV groups received with relatively short period, however, the cellular function and barotrauma may be more prominent in CMV groups. From now on, as causes of tracheobronchial injury in HFV, interaction between humidification and mechanical trauma considers further study.
