According to the increasing of mobile phone users, its service also has been increasing to satisfy their needs. Now wireless service providers have been investing a lot of man-power and efforts on the quality of service. So I developed 'worst cells program' which help to maintain the systems effectively by analyzing and administrating them. It has made for performance analyzing which can predict system damages and handle it in advance by measuring and administrating 'establishment rate' and 'dropped call rate'of cells. It'll help system providers(vendors) and service providers to enhance their impression and reliability to their customers.

In this paper, we present a VoIP service provisioning architecture based on MEGACO/H.248 which is one of the key protocols for VoIP services. MEGACO/H.248 is a media gateway control protocol standardized by both ITU-T and IETF, and many ITSPs, carriers, and vendors currently have a lot of interest in the protocol. MEGACO/H.248 is used by a softswitch a key component of the next generation VoIP network, in order to control various media gateways and provide seamless interworking between PSTN and Yon networks.

XML is rapidly spreading as a standard for data representation and exchange, and XML documents are adopted in various applications. According to this trend, researches in database has also focused on efficient storage and retrieval of XML documents. Recently, major (object) relational DBMS vendors support XML functionality, and several native XML DBMSs have been developed in academic or industry side. In addition, various benchmarks have been proposed so as to evaluate these na database performance. In this paper, we evaluate the XBench benchmark using a commercial object-relational DBMS, analyze its performance, and investigate the future improvements of object-relational DBMSs for XML support.

The DICOM converter program of the Geant4 Monte Carlo simulation code for the application of radiotherapy was developed. We analysis the header part of the DICOM file and find various parameters, such as matrix size, pixel size, stored data bits, high bit, and padding values. Especially we evaluate every pixel value of the DICOM files. To conform the exact convert of the pixel values, we developed the verify program. As a result, the DICOM formats generated from difference CT vendors can be converted and verified for Genat4 calculations.

In this paper, for this open system-based virtual resource monitoring system was designed. Virtual resources, CPU, memory, disk, network, each subdivided into parts, each modular implementation. Implementation results in real time CPU, memory, disk, network information, confirmed the results of monitoring. System designed to implement the Windows, Linux, Xen was used for the operating system, implementation language, C++ was used, the structure of the system, such as the ability to upgrade and add scalability and modularity by taking into account the features available in cloud computing environments applicable to cloud computing, virtual resource monitoring system has been implemented.

Diverse operating systems and developed platforms of mobile devices are implemented by vendors exist. The software has to be developed by respective environment in designing the user interface of software. For the solution of the inconvenience, this paper proposes an integrated platform 4A DUOS for developing user interface independently. The proposed platform can use web language not dependent on various operating systems, and offer online access to API and component templates to provide the convenience of the user interface design. Also, the server with on board designed user interface implements the service to the user. Therefore, the users can design the independent user interface on various mobile devices by using only one source.

In recent years, there has been a growing concern about enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In this study, we investigate the relationship among ERP software qualify, vendor support, user information satisfaction. and performance of ERP implementation. The empirical findings of this paper will allow SMEs to identify the importance of relationships with vendors and software itself for the successful implementation of ERP systems. The results provide a useful basis for the SMEs which have limited information capability to focus their attention on the software quality and vendor support in overcoming difficulties and obstacles facing the ERP implementation.

ASP (Application service provider) as a new type of information systems service has been popular recently and has taken a much attention of information systems professionals and researchers. One stream of the research on ASP performed by IS community dealt with utilization and benefits of ASP systems use. The other researchers argue the importance of ASP vendors' capability to provide users with appropriate services. Kern, Lacity and Willcock (2002) summarized the components of core competency of service providers based on their extensive case studies on application service providers. Also, Levina and Ross (2003) developed a value delivery process of application service Providers in their case study This study is developing Prepositions and an empirical model based on the theory of core competency from strategic management study. The dimension of core competency is composed of management competency, technical service competency and customer service competency. Each dimension is made up of competency items derived from previous studies and adapted by professionals in ASP industry. The validity of the dimensions and items in each dimension has been checked with factor analytic method for empirical test. The core competency dimensions are correlated with performance factors of application service providers including growth of revenue, asset and customer base.

Appearance of full-text online is the most encouraging phenomenon ·during the development of databases. The full-text databases of today is derived from by-product of electronic publication of printed materials. Now, there are also some movements toward electronic production of documents in Korea although not powerful. The present study is designed to examine the characteristics and effective retrieval method of full-text databases now commercially available through various vendors. The outline of this paper IS as follows: First, background and present situation of existing full-text database services through national and worldwide are examined. Second, free-text searching system of full-text databases is compared with controlled vocabulary system. The factors influencing on free-text retrieval performance, searching thesaurus, and hybrid or compromising system, which is using limited controlled vocabulary in conjunction with natural language for the enrichment needed for practical operation of the . system, are examined. Third, user demands through the analysis of preceding studies on 'various types of full-text databases are recognised. Fouth, application of CD-ROM full-text database to the libraries and information centers is examined as prospective resources for them. Finally, some problems and prospect of full-text databases are presented.

Smartphones have become commonplace to use smart, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) spread the trend of domestic WLAN use is intensifying as a result, the security threat will be greatly increased. Even though WLAN vendors such as Cisco Systems Inc,. Aruba networks released WIPS, MDM, DLP etc, however, these solutions can not be easily introduced for small business due to high cost or administrative reasons. In this paper, without the introduction of expensive H/W equipment, in WLAN environments, packet analysis, AP, Station management, security vulnerabilities can be analyzed by the proposed intrusion detection system.
