연료전지 자동차의 특허 출원인 동향 분석 (Patent Assignees Trend Analysis of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle)

  • 연료전지 자동차 기술 분야에서 한국의 현대자동차가 243건으로 가장 많은 등록특허를 보유한 것으로 나타났으며, 일본의 HONDA MOTOR가 220건, TOYOTA MOTOR가 153건의 특허를 보유하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 주요출원인별 IPC 분포를 통해 연구개발 역점분야를 살펴보면, 주요 상위 출원인은 전지(H01M), 전기장치 또는 추진장치의 배치(B60L), 동력 전달 장치의 배치(B60K) 분야에 연구개발이 집중되었으며, 현대자동차는 전지(H01M), 전기장치 또는 추진장치의 배치(B60L) 분야 이외에 운전제어시스템(B60W), 냉각(F01P) 분야의 연구가 다른 업체에 비해 활발한 것으로 나타났다.

전기차 시장의 활성화를 위한 정부의 금융 지원 정책 분석 (The Analysis of Government Financial Subsidies for the Electric Car Market)

  • Several developed countries have recently provided electric vehicle consumers and producers with financial subsidies. There has been some empirical research on the impact of government subsidies on the consumers' purchase of electric cars. However, little analytical research on the government subsidies for the electric car market exists. This research analyzes the impact of the government financial subsidies on the electric car price and technology level as well as the consumers' adoption of electric cars. This research also suggests that the government should subsidize only the electric car market to further improve the electric car technology.

  • 최근의 차량 연비는 고가의 연료 가격과 환경 규제 등으로 인하여 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 전기, 전자, 반도체, 기계 등의 기술 발달은 연비 개선에 많은 공헌을 하였다. 그러나 연비 측정은 현재도 주어진 모드(LA-4, FTP-75 등)에서 컴퓨터 모의시험 및 다이나모에서 수행한다. 이렇게 측정한 연비는 실제 도로 주행 연비와 차이가 발생하는데, 그 주요 원인중의 하나는 도로의 경사를 고려하지 않았기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 경사가 심한 영동고속도로를 정속 주행하여 연료 소모량을 측정하고 연비를 계산한다. 또한 같은 도로를 경사가 없다고 가정하여 주행한 연비와 비교 분석한다. 이때 두 경우를 비교하여 경사에 의해 소모된 연료량 차이를 계산하고, 이 타이어 구동력과 엔진에서 소모된 연료량과의 관계를 검증한다.

  • Growing environmental and economic concerns have lead to recent efforts to produce more fuel efficient and lower emissions vehicles. Hybrid Electric Vehicles(ab. HEVs) are the most promising designs to reach these goals. In this paper, We present an of a Power Tra the Hybrid Electric Vehicle(at. PTHEV). We int a different concept of PTHEV than in the pr research of PTHEV. This PTHEV includes benefits of serial(Minimum emission and Max efficiency) and parallel(Maximum Power efficiency by direct drive engine) PTHEV. Also mechanism can avoid driving the engine in the speed regions.

  • Fast burning achieves higher efficiency, and reduces cycle variations which is able to improve vehicle driveability. Furthermore, the greater resistance to knock with fast burning can allow the fuel economy advantages associated with higher compression ratio to be realized. One way of increasing the combustion speed is to enhance the performance of ignition systems which were able to reduce the early period of combustion. It is well known that shortening the initial stage of combustion also reduces the cyclic variations. This literature survey deals with the papers which have studied the ignition process or various ignition systems. Those systems increasing the combustion speed, extending the lean misfire limit, reducing the exhaust gas and stabilizing the operating condition of the spark ignition engine by modifying the ignition process or increasing ignition energy.

  • In this paper an optimal method based on fuzzy logic for controlling parallel hybrid electric vehicles is presented. In parallel hybrid electric vehicles the required torque for deriving and operating the on-board accessories is generated by a combination of internal-combustion engine and an electric motor. The powersharing between the internal combustion engine and the electric motor is the key point for efficient driving. This is a highly nonlinear and time varying plant and its control strategy will be implemented with the use of fuzzy logic controller. The fuzzy logic controller will be designed based on the state of charge of batteries and the desired torque for driving. The output of controller controls the throttle of the combustion engine. The main contribution of this paper is the development of an optimal control based on fuzzy logic, which maximizes the output torque of the vehicle while minimizing fuel consumed by the combustion engine.

  • The growing demand for more fuel-efficient vehicles to reduce energy consumption and air pollution is a challenge for the automotive industry. The characteristic properties of aluminum, high strengrth stiffness to weight ratio, good formability, good corrosion resistence, and recycling potential make it the ideal candidate to replace heavier materials in the car to respond to the weight resuction demand within the automotive industry. In this paper, A series of compression test was carried out to find the flow stress of A6082 at 300, 400 and $500^{\circ}C$, then we tried to estimate weldability, extrusion load and effective stress of die in the aluminum extrusion process through the 3D FE simulation at non-steady state for aluminum automotive parts.

  • HMC has developed the lean burn system with alpha 4-valve into domestic market in the end of 1997. In a viewpoint of saving energy and prevention of global warming (CO2 reduction), the lean burn system has recently attracted a considerable attentions in gasoline engines. There has been, however, difficulty in extending LML(Lean Misfire Limit) enough to meet the emission regulations and satisfaction of driveability. In this paper some descriptions will be given upon the new technology of lean bum engine which will be installed in Accent, especially the improvement of the combustion, the development of engine management system such as intake system and wide range air fuel control strategy, and the result of vehicle test.

  • In this paper, a timing analysis is performed for the CAN-based simulator system for a fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles. The CAN protocol is recently being used for conventional vehicles, however, the network-induced delay can make the in-vehicle network system unstable. This problem may be occurred in the future vehicles because more ECUs are being required than recent vehicles. In order to develop a stable network-based control system, timing analysis is required at the design process. Throughout this analysis, timing parameters that affect transmission delay are examined and an effective method of predicting a sampling time for a stable communication via CAN protocol. In order to show the validityof suggested timing analysis. some experiments are performed using DSPs with CAN module.

  • Most heater being used in vehicles has been used to a cabin heating by being supplied from a heat loss of the engine coolant for heat source efficiency. Recently, the heat loss is reduced by high efficiency in the engine. It becomes to require the combustion heater that directly bums the heater used in vehicles to provide heat source of the heater. The purpose of this study is to research a burner which will applicate combustion heater by the numerical analysis. There are the 5 different types of burners, which is designed by differently each design of the swirler. N-DODECANE by used the burner fuel is performed by numerical analysis in every 5 burner. The burner's efficiency testing is evaluated on the basis of the Exhaust gas temperature.
