MPEG-2 비디오 압축열은 복잡한 부호화 알고리즘을 이용하여 압축하기 때문에 전송 오류에 매우 민감하다. 만약 패킷을 잃어버리거나 수신된 패킷에 오류가 있으면 현재 화면에 화질저하가 발생할 뿐만 아니라 화면수가 제한적이긴 하지만 뒤이어서 재생되는 화면에도 오류가 전파된다. 따라서 이런 전송오류의 영향을 막거나 최소화 하기위해서 다양한 오류 강인 부호화/복호화를 적용한다. 대표적인 오류 강인 방법이 오류 은폐 기법이다. 오류 은폐 기법은 손상된 비디오 데이터를 은폐하기 위해서 정상적으로 수신된 데이터의 공간적, 시간적 중복성을 이용한다. 손상된 데이터를 복원하기 위해 움직임 벡터를 추정하고 움직임 보상하는 것은 좋은 방법이다. 이 논문에서는 다양한 움직임 벡터 복원 방법에 기반한 오류 은폐 기법을 제안하고 일반적인 방법들과 성능을 비교한다.

Leptotrombidium scutellare is one of the 6 main vectors of scrub typhus in China. It has been found in more than 15 provinces of China. Especially in Yunnan, it was found to be mainly distributed in some mountainous areas with high altitude, low temperature and low precipitation. Rodents and some other small mammals were the most common hosts of L. scutellare. To date, more than 40 host species of L. scutellare have been recorded with very low host specificity, and the main hosts varied in different geographical regions. L. scutellare had a strong resistance against the cold environment, and the temperature and humidity were 2 important factors affecting its growth and development. Among different individuals of their rodent hosts, L. scutellare mites often showed an aggregated distribution pattern, which reflected the interspecific cooperation of the mites. The chromosome karyotype of L. scutellare was 2n=16 and all the 8 pairs of chromosomes were short rod-shaped with metacentric or sub-metacentric types. The isozyme spectrum supported that L. scutellare, L. deliense and L. rubellum were in the same species group. Based on the natural infection, experimental transmission and epidemiological evidence, L. scutellare has been eventually confirmed as the second major vector of scrub typhus in China, which is second only to L. deliense.

세 대 이상의 빠르게 이동하는 차량들은 때론 서로 모이기 위해 모일 장소를 알아야 될 필요가 있다. 이때 각 차량들은 다른 속도를 가지고 있으며, 여러 대의 차량이 짧은 거리를 이동해 빠르게 모이게 하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 이러한 방법은 그룹기반의 최근접 질의로서 기존의 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 기존 연구는 이동하지 않는 객체들을 다루고 있어 움직이는 차량에 적용하기엔 어려운 점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동하는 차량들에게 효율적인 차량간 최근접 질의 처리 기법을 제안한다. 본 기법은 각 차량의 움직이는 방향과 속도를 기반으로 모든 차량이 최소 시간에 모일 수 있는 최근접 질의점을 찾을 수 있다. 본 기법은 효율적으로 질의점의 그룹을 표현하는 센트로이드를 통해 그룹기반의 최근접을 계산한다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 기법이 움직이는 차량의 최근접 질의 처리에 효율적임을 보여준다.

In this research, we propose a hybrid group decision support mechanism (H-GDSM) based on Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and FCM (Fuzzy Cognitive Map). The AHP elicits a corresponding priority vector interpreting the preferred information among the decision makers. Corresponding vector was composed of the pairwise comparison values of a set of objects. Since pairwise comparison values are the judgments obtained from an appropriate semantic scale. However, AHP couldn't represent the causal relationship among information, which were used by decision makers. In contrast to AHP, FCM could represent the causal relationship among variables or information. Therefore, FCMs were successfully developed and used in several ill-structured domains, such as strategic decision-making, policy making, and simulations. Nonetheless, many researchers used subjective and voluntary inputs to simulate the FCM. As a result of subjective inputs, it couldn't avoid the rebukes of businessman. To overcome these limitations, we incorporated the Fuzzy membership functions, AHP and FCM into a H-GDSM. In contrast to current AHP methods and FCMs, the H-GDSM method developed herein could concurrently tackle the pairwise comparison involving causal relationships under a group decision-making environment. The strengths and contributions of our mechanism were 1) handling of qualitative knowledge and causal relationships, 2) extraction of objective input value to simulate the FCM, 3) multi-phase group decision support based on H-GDSM. To validate our proposed mechanism we developed a simple prototype system to support negotiation-based decisions in electronic commerce (EC).

To improve traction effort performance and stability for the Korean High-Speed Railway Train, practical re-adhesion controller including a novel anti-slip control scheme is proposed. The presented method is verified by train running simulation results based on induction motor vector control with PWM inverter.

For a locally compact Abelian group G, and a commutative Banach algebra B, let $L^1$(G, B) be the Banach algebra of all Bochner integrable functions. We show that if G is noncompact and B is a semiprime Banach algebras in which every minimal prime ideal is cnotained in a regular maximal ideal, then $L^1$(G, B) contains no nontrivial separating idal. As a consequence we deduce some automatic continuity results for $L^1$(G, B).

This report described a simple, inexpensive, faster, and effective graft inoculation method for the artificial transmission of Mungbean yellow mosaic virus (MYMV). Success of grafting and disease transmission was 100％ in this method. Screening of mungbean germplasm using this method will prevent the chance of escape infection, probably as a consequence of non-preference mechanism and loss of vector infectivity. The grafting method described here is applicable to both screenhouse and field trials.

For a non-degenerate symmetric bilinear form $\sigma$ on a finite dimensional vector space E, the Jordan algebra of $\sigma$-symmetric operators has a symmetric cone $\Omega_\sigma$ of positive definite operators with respect to $\sigma$. The cone $C_\sigma$ of elements (x,y) \in E \times E with \sigma(x,y) \geq 0$ gives the compression semigroup. In this work, we show that in the sutomorphism group of the tube domain over $\Omega_\sigma$, this semigroup has a UDL and Ol'shanskii decompositions and is exactly the compression semigroup of $\Omega_sigma$.

Since every smooth compact Lie group action on $S^1$ is smoothly equivalent to a linear action (cf. The homothety classes of lattices in a two dimensional vector space over a nonarchimedean local field form a regular tree ${\mathcal{T}}$ of degree q + 1 on which the projective linear group acts naturally where q is the order of the residue field. We show that for any finite regular combinatorial graph of even degree q + 1, there exists a torsion free discrete subgroup ${\Gamma}$ of the projective linear group such that ${\mathcal{T}}/{\Gamma}$ is isomorphic to the graph.
