Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between CSEI (The Core Seven-Emotions Inventory) and MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2). Methods: We analyzed the correlation between students' demographic characteristics, blood type, MMPI-2, and CSEI using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 24.0. Descriptive Statistical Analysis, independent t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), subsequent analysis duncan (post hoc multiple comparison), and correlation analysis were conducted. Results: 1. According to the demographic characteristics of 91 participants in this study: 60 males (65.9%), 88 unmarried (96.7%), 58 without religion (63.7%), 54 who have experienced stress in the last three months (59.4%), and 82 in their 20s (90.1%) comprised the majority. 2. As a result of verifying correlation by subfactors of CSEI, Hui (喜) showed statistically significant negative correlation with U (憂), Bi (悲), and Gong (恐). Six emotions except Hui (喜) showed statistically significant positive correlation, except for the relationship between U (憂) and Kyeong (驚). 3. Hui (喜) of CSEI had negative correlation with eight factors of MMPI-2 Clinical Scales except Pa (Paranoia) and Ma (Hypomania), whereas Bi (悲) had positive correlation with nine factors of MMPI-2 clinical scales except Mf (Masculinity-Femininity). Sa (思), Bi (悲), and Gong (恐) had similar tendency of positive correlation with six factors of MMPI-2 Restructured Clinical Scales. Conclusions: Based on the above results, we concluded that CSEI's sub factors had consistent correlations with MMPI-2. Thus, CSEI could contribute to psychiatry clinical use.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship between job satisfaction levels felt during ultrasound examination of radiological technologists (RTs) using a structural equation model. The subjects were a total of 203 RTs currently working in medical institutions. The method was conducted as a survey study using a questionnaire consisting of a total of 29 questions consisting of demographic characteristics and job satisfaction levels that were self-efficacy, job competency, extrinsic compensation, and job satisfaction. The reliability was secured with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.6 or higher. For statistical analysis, a significant difference between the frequency analysis of demographic characteristics and the mean of the job satisfaction levels were performed by independent sample T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Scheffe's post hoc test. The correlation analysis between variables was tested with Spearman's and Pearson's correlation coefficient. We analyzed the structural relationships between variables by structural equations. As a result, first, job competency and extrinsic compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction on ultrasound examination of RTs. Second, the self-efficacy of ultrasound examination RTs showed a high correlation with job competency. Third, the job satisfaction levels showed in the order of job competency, job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and extrinsic compensation. In conclusion, this study are expected to be provided as data to identify factors that could improve job satisfaction during ultrasound examination of RTs by empirically analyzing the structural relationship of self-efficacy, job competency, and external compensation.
Purpose: High-quality nursing care must be provided for women with infertility, and their nursing needs must be identified. Although scales have been developed to assess infertility-related stress, quality of life, and psychosocial status, there is a lack of scales that assess the nursing needs of women with infertility. The purpose of this study was to develop a needs assessment scale for nursing care in women with infertility and to verify its reliability and validity. Methods: The 250 subjects in this study were women with infertility recruited from four hospitals. The scale was developed following the framework of DeVellis, through a literature review, in-depth interviews, development of preliminary items, verification of content validity, development of secondary items, verification of construct validity, and extraction of the final items. Date were analyzed using item analysis, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Cronbach's alpha. Reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha, and validity was evaluated using item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and criterion validity. Results: The final version of the nursing needs assessment scale for woman with infertility consisted of 18 items. Four factors (physical and psychological nursing needs, needs for information regarding treatment, needs for infertility-related understanding and concern, and supportive needs) explained 66.0% of the total variance. Cronbach's alpha was .92 for the overall instrument and ranged from .88 to .91 for the subscales. Conclusion: These results suggest that this needs assessment scale for nursing care in women with infertility demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability and contained items suitable for assessing the level of nursing care needed by women with infertility.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the elemental analysis and microhardness of a bioactive material (Activa) and marginal tooth structure after storage in different media. Materials and Methods: Fifteen teeth received cervical restorations with occlusal enamel and gingival dentin margins using the tested material bonded with a universal adhesive, 5 of them on the 4 axial surfaces and the other 10 on only the 2 proximal surfaces. The first 5 teeth were sectioned into 4 restorations each, then stored in 4 different media; deionized water, Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline (DPBS), Tris buffer, and saliva. The storage period for deionized water was 24 hours while it was 3 months for the other media. Each part was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) analysis for different substrates/distances and the wt% of calcium, phosphorus, silica, and fluoride were calculated. The other 10 teeth were sectioned across the restoration, stored in either Tris buffer or saliva for 24 hours or 3 months, and were evaluated for microhardness of different substrates/areas. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and Tukey's post hoc test. Results: Enamel and dentin interfaces in the DPBS group exhibited a significant increase in calcium and phosphorus wt%. Both silica and fluoride significantly increased in tooth structure up to a distance of 75 ㎛ in the 3-month-media groups than the immediate group. Storage media did not affect the microhardness values. Conclusions: SEM-EDS analysis suggests an ion movement between Activa and tooth structure through a universal adhesive while stored in DPBS.

Introduction: The importance of clinical skills training in traditional Korean medicine education is increasingly emphasized. Since the clinical skills tests are high-stakes tests that determine success in national licensing exams, it is essential to develop reliable multifaceted analysis methods for clinical skills tests in actual education settings. In this study, we applied the multifaceted validity evaluation methods to the evaluation results of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation module to confirm the applicability and effectiveness of the methods. Methods: In this study, we used internal consistency, factor analysis, generalizability theory G-study and D-study, ANOVA, Kendall's tau, descriptive statistics, and other statistical methods to analyze the multidimensional validity of a cardiopulmonary resuscitation test in clinical education settings over the past three years. Results: The factor analysis and internal consistency analysis showed that the evaluation rubric had an unstable structure and low concordance. The G-study showed that the error of the clinical skills assessment was large due to the evaluator and unexpected errors. The D-study showed that the variance error of the evaluator should be significantly reduced to validate the evaluation. The ANOVA and Kendall's tau confirmed that evaluator heterogeneity was a problem. Discussion and Conclusion: Clinical skills tests should be continuously evaluated and managed for validity in two steps of pre-production and actual implementation. This study has presented specific methods for analyzing the validity of clinical skills training and testing in actual education settings. This study would contribute to the foundation for competency-based evidence-based education in practical clinical training.
In order to understand the influence that the plant cover condition of the high-rise building outer space causes to the temperature change, we selected 12 high-rise building constructed in Seoul City. The land cover type of the outside was classified into six type(outer road, paved surface, shrub/grassland, single-layer tree planting-site, multi-layer planting-site, and waterscape facilities) and the temperature was measured at the representative point for each type in order to analyze the land cover temperature differential for each type of the high-rise building outer space. The study area showing the temperature tendency to be similar based upon one way analysis of variance after selecting the central part of the outer road for a control and measuring a temperature in order to consider the neighboring environmental difference of the dozen building was classified into 4 groups. As to the one-way layout result of variance analysis with the land cover type of the classified group and outer space temperature, the single-layer tree planting-site, waterscape facilities, and multi-layer planting-site belonged mainly to the low temperature section. The shrub/grassland, paved surface, and outer road belonged to the high temperature region. The temperature difference between low temperature region and high temperature region is about $1.06{\sim}6.17^{\circ}C$. However, the temperature in the Outer Space of the Super-High-Rise Building was variously appeared by the influence such as the cramped of the created planting-site and waterscape facilities area, the increase of amount of solar radiation and the reduction of reflection amount of light due to building etc.. Thus, the composition all produced the area of the green quantity required for each space and water space in advance. It was determined that there were the minimum area displaying an effect and the necessity to it secures the green quantity.
This study use the influences of parenting style as perceived by and adult child and recognizes gender roles for the purpose of marriage perspectives. I provided a general tendency of parenting style as perceived by and adult child, recognize gender roles, and perspective of marriage to achieve the established goals. We analyzed the relative influence of socio-demographic characteristics, parenting style as perceived by and adult child and recognize gender roles for marriage perspectives. Finally, parenting style as perceived by and adult child are recognized gender roles mediated by the investigated influence of marriage perspectives. We used a structured questionnaire that targeted unmarried men and women 20 to 30 years of age to verify the this study. Data analysis used SPSS ver. 19.0; in addition, we performed reliability, frequency analysis, t-test, hierarchical regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and variance inflation factor. Looking at these results, both adult children had a higher perception of rearing parents with the usual recognition of gender roles. The analysis indicated a conservative perspective of marriage. Adult children of mothers rearing and recognize gender roles sub-area of masculinity and femininity are perceived to be a significant change observed in marriage perspectives in addition to socio-demographic characteristics of gender and education. However, the relationship between parenting style, as perceived by adult child and marriage perspectives and as analyzed by recognize gender roles, did not have a mediating effect.

Objectives : This study uses meta-analysis methodology to examine the statistical consistency and importance of random variation among results of epidemiologic studies of occupational electromagnetic field exposure and leukemia. Methods : Studies for this meta-analysis were identified from previous reviews and by asking researcher active in this field for recommendations. Overall, 27 studies of occupational electromagnetic field exposures and leukemia were reviewed. A variety of meta-analysis statistical methods have been used to assess combined effects, to identify heterogeneity, and to provide a single summary risk estimate based on a set of simiar epidemiologic studies. In this study, classification of exposure metircs on occupational epidemiologic studies are reported for (1) job classification (20 individual studies); (2) leukemia subtypes (13 individual studies); and (3) country (27 individual studies). Results : Results of this study, an inverse-variance weighted pooling of all the data leads to a small but significant elevation in risk of f 1% (OR=1.11, 95% CI : $1.06\sim1.16$) among 27 occupational epidemiologic studies. Publication bias was assessed by the 'fail-safe n' that may be not influence for all combined results exception a few categories, ie, 'power station operators' and 'electric utility workers' by job classification on occupational study. And ail combined odds ratio results were similar for fixed-effects models and random-effects models, with slightly higher risk estimates for the random-effects model in situations where there was significant heterogeneity, ie, Q-statistic significant (p<.05). Conclusions : We found a small elevation in risk of leukemia, but the ubiquitous nature of exposure to electromagnetic fields from workplace makes even a weak association a public health issue of substantial power to influence the present overall conclusion about relationship between electromagnetic fields exposure and leukemia.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of records management cyber education that is opened and operated by the National Archives of Korea, as well as to improve the quality of cyber education program. Cyber education consisted of an introductory course, an intensive course, and a liberal arts course. As the major factors for learning satisfaction, "validity of content structure, interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, active learning attitude, ease of use environment, and level of organizational support" were set. An online survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction according to the curriculum of each course. The survey was conducted to 107 institutions with specialized records management personnel, and additional in-depth interviews were also conducted. The survey analysis consisted of factor analysis, independent sample T-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the factors influencing learning satisfaction were found in the order of interaction between professors and learners, learning motivation, and validity of content structure.
The purpose of this study is to investigate consumer perception and importance of food tourism properties and performance of the properties in Sangju province of Gyeongsangbuk-do. The study has found that persons who have food tourism experiences (75 persons, 50.7%) had slightly more than not experience persons (72 persons, 48.6%). Additionally, most of the respondents were usually satisfied with the local foods. Also, it was found that food tourism had been taken 1-2 times per 6 months (48 persons, 64.0%) on average, and 135 persons (91.2%) had intention of experiencing food tourism. According to the result of Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) on consumers' food tourism properties, high importance was on 'There are attractive landscapes.' ($4.52\;{\pm}\;0.56$), 'Accommodations with reasonable price.' ($4.18\;{\pm}\;0.80$), and 'The food of the area is famous.' ($4.15\;{\pm}\;0.73$); and the properties such as 'There are local specialty shops or markets selling local produce.' ($3.03\;{\pm}\;0.83$), 'The climate is temperate.' ($3.03\;{\pm}\;0.87$), and 'There are attractive landscapes.' ($3.02\;{\pm}\;0.98$) showed average performance. A factor analysis about consumers' importances to the food tourism properties shows that the factors were divided into four kinds and each of the factors were named as 'convenience-stable propensity', 'valued-oriented propensity', 'adventurous-aggressive propensity' and 'traditional-active propensity'. Variance ratios of each factor were 22.319%, 10.286%, 8.723% and 6.239%, respectively. According to the result of a reliability analysis, Cronbach's alpha value was 0.8621, implying that reliability of each item was very high. Therefore, it is considered that development of food tourism products and promotion strategies therefore should be designed based on the importance of food tourism properties hereafter.
