  • One common type of web-application vulnerabilities is injection flaw, where an attacker exploits faulty application code instead of normal input. In order to be free from injection flaw, an application program should be written in such a way that every potentially bad input character is filtered out. This paper proposes a precise analysis that statically checks whether or not an input string variable may have the given set of characters at hotspot. The precision is accomplished by taking the semantics of condition into account in the analysis.

  • This paper shows the characteristics of sparkover discharge in flowing air ranging from O(Reynolds number, Re to 10.52$\times$104(Re). Also, we investigated changes of dis-charge pattern for constant input power by adjustment of the Re. The important results obtained from this paper are as followers. The maxinum sparkover voltage of flowing air are about 6.3[kV] higher than those of static air. The discharge pattern can be controlled by adjustment of the Re.

  • In this paper, we reconsider the Kolmogorov-Smirnoff distance as a split criterion for binary decision trees and suggest an algorithm to obtain the Kolmogorov-Smirnoff distance more efficiently when the input variable have more than three categories. The Kolmogorov-Smirnoff distance is shown to have the property of exclusive preference. Empirical results, comparing the Kolmogorov-Smirnoff distance to the Gini index, show that the Kolmogorov-Smirnoff distance grows more accurate trees in terms of misclassification rate.

  • A stable neural network control scheme for unknown non-linear systems is developed in this paper. While the control variable is optimised to minimize the performance index, convergence of the index is guaranteed asymptotically stable by a Lyapnov control law. The optimization is achieved using a gradient descent searching algorithm and is consequently slow. A fast convergence algorithm using an adaptive learning rate is employed to speed up the convergence. Application of the stable control to a single input single output (SISO) non-linear system is simulated. The satisfactory control performance is obtained.

  • This paper deals with the properties of the fuzzy least squares estimators for fuzzy linear regression model. Especially fuzzy triangular input-output model including error term is proposed. The error term is considered as a fuzzy random variable. The asymptotic unbiasedness and the consistency of the estimators are proved using a suitable metric.

  • This paper introduces a new rotor position estimation algorithm for the SRM based on the magnetizing curves of aligned and unaligned rotor positions. The flux linkage is calculated by the measured data from phase voltage and phase current and the calculated data are used as the input of magnetizing profiles for rotor position detection. Each of the magnetizing profiles consisted of the methods using the neural network and fuzzy algorithm And also the optima phase is selected by phase selector. To demonstrate the promise of this approach the proposed rotor position estimation algorithms are verified by the experiment results or variable spee range.

  • The color image of the rose was segmented by the cluster analysis on the color space into the characteristic sub-regions, the degree of bloom of the flower was represented numerically base on the segmented image and judged by the artificial neural network system whose input variable were the characteristic regions. Judgement by neural system were compared with that of the farmers and it was found that degree of agreement were fairly good.

  • In the control system $ \dot{x} = f(t,x(t)) + g(t,x(t))\dot{u}, x(0) = \bar{x}, t \in [0,T], $ this paper shows that the map from u with $L^1(m)$-topology to $x_u$ with $L^1(\mu)$-topology is Lipschitz continuous where f is $C^1$, $\mu$ is the Stieltjes measure derived from the function g which is not smooth in the variable t and $x_u$ is the solution of the above system corresponding to u under the assumption that $\dot{u}$ is bounded.
