3치 범용 논리 모듈 $U_h$에 의한 빠른 논리 합성 (Fast Synthesis based on Ternary Universal Logic Module $U_h$)

  • The logic function synthesis using ULM U$_h$ is constructed based on canonic Reed-Muller expansion coefficient for a given function. This paper proposes the fast synthesis algorithm using ULM U$_h$ for ternary function. By using circuit cost and synthesis method of proposed in this paper, order of control input variable minimum number of ULM U$_h$ can be decided in the synthesis of n-variable ternary function. Accordingly, this method enables to optimum circuit realization for ternary function synthesis using ULM ULM U$_h$ and can be applied to ternary function synthesis using ULM U$_h$. The complexity of search for select the order of all control input variables is (n+2)(n-1)/2.

  • Weekly and monthly electric load forecasting are essential for the generator maintenance plan and the systematic operation of the electric power reserve. This paper proposes the weekly maximum electric load forecasting model for 104 weeks with the multiple regression model. Input variables of the multiple regression model are temperatures and GDP that are highly correlated with electric loads. The weekly variable is added as input variable to improve the accuracy of electric load forecasting. Test results show that the proposed algorithm improves the accuracy of electric load forecasting over the seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average model. We expect that the proposed algorithm can contribute to the systematic operation of the power system by improving the accuracy of the electric load forecasting.

  • This paper introduces a variable step-size adaptive algorithm for blind source separation. From the frequency characteristics of mixed input signals, we need to adjust the convergence speed regularly in each frequency bin. This algorithm varies a step-size according to the magnitude of input at each frequency bin. This guarantee of the regular convergence in each frequency bin would become more efficient in separation performances than conventional fixed step-size FDICA. Computer simulation results show the improvement of about 5 dB in signal to interference ratio (SIR) and the better separation quality.

  • The optimal structure of the conventional Fuzzy Polynomial Neural Networks (FPNN)[3] depends on experience of designer. For the conventional Fuzzy Polynomial Neural Networks, input variable number, number of input variable, number of Membership Functions(MFs) and consequence structures are selected through the experience of a model designer iteratively. In this paper, we propose the new design methodology to find the optimal structure of Fuzzy Polymomial Neural Network by using Genetic Algorithms(GAs)[4, 5]. In the sequel, It is shown that the proposed Advanced Genetic Algorithms based Fuzzy Polynomial Neural Network(Advanced GAs-based FPNN) is more useful and effective than the existing models for nonlinear process. We used Medical Imaging System(MIS)[6] data to evaluate the performance of the proposed model.

  • In this paper, an variable structure system with an integral-augmented sliding surface is designed for the improved robust control of a uncertain multi-input multi-output(MIMO) system subject to the persistent disturbances. To effectively remove the reaching phase problems, the integral augmented sliding surface is defined, then for its design, the eigenstructure assignment technique is introduced. To guarantee the designed performance againts the persistent disturbance, the stabilizing control for multi-input system is also designed. The stability of the global system and performance robustness are investigated. The example will be given for showing the usefulness of algorithm.

  • 본 논문은 고정 파라미터를 갖는 퍼지 PID 제어기의 퍼지화 과정에서 입력공간의 제한으로 제어입력이 제한되어 발생하는 제어시스템의 상승시간 지연과 불안정성을 개선하기 위해 가변 파라미터를 갖는 퍼지 PID 제어기를 제안하고 설계방법과 추종성능을 기술한다. 제어기의 파라미터는 소이득정리로부터 제어시스템의 BIBO 안정도 조건을 만족하도록 가변되어 전체 제어시스템에 대한 BIBO 안정도를 만족시킨다.

  • Based on fuzzy logic algorithm this paper constructed fuzzy logic controller for automated vehicles. For passenger´s convenience especially comfortability controller need to reduce the frequency of input variable´s changing. So we established membership functions for comfortability as well as speed following. It made possible to control comfortability directly. To demonstration the efficiency of fuzzy logic controller, we carried out simulation with a automobile´s transfer function. First, we designed the PID controller by using Ziegler-Nichols tunning method.   • In this paper, in order to improve the disadvantages of the fixed design-parameter fuzzy PID controller. a new fuzzy PID controller named a variable design-parameter fuzzy PID controller is suggested. The main characteristic of the suggested controller is to adjust design-parameters of the controller by comparing magnitudes between fuzzy controller inputs at each sampling time when controller inputs are measured. As a result. all fuzzy input partitioned spaces converge within a time-varying normalization scale. and the resultant PID control action can always be applied precisely regardless of operating input magnitudes. In order to verify the effectiveness of the suggested controller. several a computer simulations for a nonlinear system are executed and the control parameters of the variable design-parameter fuzzy PID controller are throughly analyzed.

  • This paper proposes a method to apply the Backpropagation(BP) algorithm of MVL(Multi-Valued Logic) Neural Network to pattern recognition. It extracts the property of an object density about an original pattern necessary for pattern processing and makes the property of the object density mapped to MVL. In addition, because it team the pattern by using multiple valued logic, it can reduce time f3r pattern and space fer memory to a minimum. There is, however, a demerit that existed MVL cannot adapt the change of circumstance. Through changing input into MVL function, not direct input of an existed Multiple pattern, and making it each variable loam by neural network after calculating each variable into liter function. Error has been reduced and convergence speed has become fast.

  • The function estimation characteristics of neural networks can be used sensor signal estimation of the nuclear power plants. In case of applying the neural network to the signal estimation of redundant sensors, it is an important problem that the redundant sensor signals used as the input signals of neural network should be validated. In this paper, we simplify the conventional parity space method in order to input the validated signal to the neural network and lso propose the sensor signal validation method, which estimates the reliable sensor output combining the neural network with the simplified parity space method. The acceptability of the proposed process variable estimation method is demonstrated by using the simulation data in safety injection accident of the nuclear power plant.
