본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식과 간호역량수준을 파악하고, 이들 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 일 지역 11개 요양병원 근무 간호사 243명이었으며, 연구기간은 2014년 8월 25일부터 9월 3일이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 19를 이용하여 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석되었다. 연구결과 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식 정도는 평균 $4.21{\pm}0.48$점(1-5점 범위), 간호역량수준은 평균 $3.47{\pm}0.46$점(1-5점 범위)이었다. 간호역량 중요성 인식에 비해 간호역량수준이 유의하게 낮았다. 회귀분석 결과 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식에는 직위(${\beta}=.19$)가 유의한 영향요인으로 규명되었다. 간호역량수준에는 간호역량 중요성 인식(${\beta}=.37$), 연령(${\beta}=.20$), 현 직장경력(${\beta}=.13$), 건강상태(${\beta}=.13$)가 유의한 영향요인으로 규명되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량의 특성을 보다 잘 반영할 수 있는 측정도구의 개발과 간호역량 강화 프로그램의 개발 및 효과검증 연구를 제언한다.

For Objectivity development of the body shape that is an importance standard for the classification of sasang constitutional medicine diagnosis, We made a comparison between Automatic & Physical measuring. This study uses 2 attitude which lies down & standing. We measured the body of patients(Width 5 places and circumference 8 places) and analyzed the anthropometric data dividing into sex, age, BMI. 296 patients's data are used in the analysis.

The purpose of this study was to understand the Korean teenagers\` clothing behavior through pointing out the factors that clothing behavior of teenagers that was initiated from the important reference group, TV stars. The subject of this study were 570 purposively selected students at female middle and high school students in Seoul. The results were as follows : 1. The clothing conformity to TV stars relating to demographic variables was influenced significantly by location and personal expense variable in the high school group. 2. The exhibition showed a more important role to the clothing conformity in middle school group than in high school group. 3. The clothing conformity to TV stars relating to the clothing related variables was significantly affected by self-confidence to clothing than clothing normative recognition, clothing risk recognition and degree of clothing importance regardless of groups. 4. The clothing conformity to TV stars relating to TV media variables was affected by TV media star identification variable in both groups. And in case of middle school group, interests in TV stars also had influence on the clothing conformity to TV stars. And in case of high school group, interests in TV had effect on the imitation to TV stars\` clothing. As middle school students tend to have self-identification about a particular person, TV media stars become the reference group for the adolescence to follow their clothing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of strategic roles of IS and characteristics of ISP on the performance of ISP in view of contingency theory. In particular, this study is to find out whether there is a fit between two contingent variables. To evaluate the effects of two independent variables on the dependent variable empirically, a field research method using questionnaires with depth interview was employed. Findings of the field study are as follows: First, the main effect of strategic roles of IS on performance of ISP is found to be significant. This implies that the higher the strategic importance of IS, the better the performance of ISP expected. Second, the effect of characteristics of ISP on the dependent variable is also found to be significant. Organizations which recognize IT as an important competitive weapon for their business, and adopt Technological and Organizational approaches in ISP, have shown to obtain excellent results. Third, the interaction effect of two contingent variables is not found. There is no evidence for a fit between the strategic roles of IS and the characteristics of ISP. This shows that the differences of ISP performance are to be explained by only independent effect of two contingent variables.

최근 다변량 공정관리는 다양한 응용 분야에서 중요해지고 있는 추세이다. 예를 들어, 제조 산업 분야에서는 다변량 품질특성치를 동시에 모니터링할 필요가 있다. 그러나, 다변량 관리도는 이상신호가 발생한 경우 그 원인이 되는 개별적인 변수를 식별하기가 어렵기 때문에, 실제로는 기대만큼 유용하게 쓰이고 있지 않은 형편이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 새로운 관측치에 대한 개별적인 신뢰구간을 사용하여 이상신호의 원인을 탐지하는 세 가지 방법을 소개하고, 시뮬레이션 연구를 통해 이상신호의 원인이 되는 개별적인 변수를 식별하고 해석하는 데 있어 주의할 점이 무엇인지 살펴보기로 한다.

정보통신과 네트워크의 발전으로 인하여 정보에 대한 보안의 중요성이 날이 갈수록 심화되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 암호시스템들이 발전하고 있으나 비례적으로 크랙 및 해킹의 기술도 발전되고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 바이트 가변연산을 이용하여 블록암호시스템을 설계하였다. 설계된 바이트 기반 블록암호시스템은 고정된 DC 및 LC를 발생시키지 않으므로 이러한 공격방법으로부터 안전하다는 장점을 가진다. 또한 기존 대칭형 암호시스템이 가지고 있던 처리속도와 비대칭 암호시스템이 가지고 있던 인증기능을 모두 포함함으로서 네트워크 기반에서의 정보통신발달에 많은 도움을 주리라 사료된다.

Recently, as the management environments are changing rapidly and the uncertainty is becoming larger, the needs of internal control for management and IS become stronger. In order to construct a new internal control system for IS, it is necessary to evaluate the former research of the system. This study emphasizes the importance of effective internal control system, presents a conceptual framework for the preceding factors to consider, and verifies empirically the framework. This study sets the organization citizenship behavior, IS innovation resistance, and IT capability from the viewpoint of Socio-Technical system as the preceding factors for the effectiveness of internal control system. A research model, affecting the above factors on IS capability as a mediating variable of the internal control effectiveness for the use of IS, is set up. PLS-Graph 3.0 is used to verify the model. We found that the internal control effectiveness have affirmative effect on information capability, a surrogate variable of the IS effectiveness and a mediation effect is meaningful.

Reliability analysis is of great importance in the advanced product design, which is to evaluate reliability due to the associated uncertainties. There are three types of uncertainties: the first is the aleatory uncertainty which is related with inherent physical randomness that is completely described by a suitable probability model. The second is the epistemic uncertainty, which results from the lack of knowledge due to the insufficient data. These two uncertainties are encountered in the input variables such as dimensional tolerances, material properties and loading conditions. The third is the metamodel uncertainty which arises from the approximation of the response function. In this study, an integrated method for the reliability analysis is proposed that can address all these uncertainties in a single Bayesian framework. Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is employed to facilitate the simulation of the posterior distribution. Mathematical and engineering examples are used to demonstrate the proposed method.

Purpose - The relationship between multinationality and performance has become a hot topic in academic circles and is very important for multinational firms, especially for Chinese multinational firms, who need more experience to enter the international market. Given this background, this paper attempts to figure out the importance of multinationality to China's firm performance and to explore whether the Four-stage Theory can also be applied to China's firms. Research design, data, and methodology - We employ the panel data of 435 multinational firms from 2008 to 2017 chosen from China's A-shares to conduct an empirical analysis by using a fixed-effects model. In the paper, the performance is represented by ROA (return on assets), treated as a dependent variable, and multinationality is represented by FSTS (foreign sales/total sales), treated as an independent variable. Results - We find that the performance first decreases then rises, then falls down, and rises again in the end. Hence there is a W-shaped relationship between the multinationality of the Chinese manufacturing industries and firm performance, proving that the four-stage theory is also applicable to Chinese multinational firms. Conclusions - These empirical results can provide some advice for policymakers to improve the firm performance such as reducing the logistics cost of multinationality.

한정된 자원을 다수의 사용자에게 분배해야 하는 무선 네트워크의 환경에서 자원의 할당과 관리는 중요하다. 이를 위해 다른 레이어 간에 통합 적응하는 레이어를 디자인해야 하는 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 크로스 레이어 기반의 스케줄링 기법에 대해 다룬다. 기존의 스케줄링 기법들 살펴보고 이를 보완한 스케줄링 기법을 제시한다. 멀티미디어 서비스 환경에서는 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 스케줄링 기법 또한 다양하게 적용할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 기존 기법에서 적용되지 않았던 서비스에 따른 스케줄링 기법을 제시하였다. 제시한 기법은 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 기법에 비해 무선자원 이용효율이 뛰어남을 보였다.
