품종 및 수확시기에 따른 당근의 Retinol Equivalent 측정 (Determination of Retinol Equivalent of Carrots according to Varieties and Harvest Time)

  • An investigation was made of the effect of carrot variety and harvest time (DAP) on the composition of carotenoids and the Retinol Equivalent value by column chromatography, and of the relation of the total carotenoid content to the Retinol Equivalent by regression analysis. The results are summarized as follows : 1. There were very significant differences of total carotenoid, ${\alpha}-carotene,\;and\;{\beta}-carotene$ contents among carrot varieties and between two harvest times(90 DAP, 99 DAP). Especially, each component of carotenoids in carrots harvested at 99 DAP attained higher concentrations than 90 DAP. 2. Retinol Equivalent value showed the tendency to increase as the numbers of DAP incr The Shindaehyung-Ochon and Hongshim-Ochon varieties had the highest RE. value. 3. In the composition of carotenoids and Retinol Equivalent value, the Shamgae-Ochon variety had the nearest value to the mean of all variety. Therefore, it is most reasonable to use the Shamgae-Ochon variety for the analysis of vitamin A value in carrots. 4. The regression of the totel carotenoid (x) to the Retinol Equivalent (y) was y = 0.074 + 0.12x $(r^2$ = 0.91). So, if total carotenoid content is determined, R.E. value can be predicted by this regression equations, saving time and labor.

  • This is a case study on "the Project for Production Facility and Technical Support of Processed Seed-Potato (2008-2010)" based on the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) used to create and plan International development cooperation projects. The project is the earliest model of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the agricultural sector. For the case analysis, a framework was established to assess the effectiveness and impact of the CSV project based on the main factors of the VCA. As a result of the assessment, project participation by OSI was able to increase the overall utility by developing the Vietnamese potato processing industry and meeting consumer demand. Furthermore, it formed a business model to promote win-win cooperation and upgraded the value chain of the potato industry. In addition, it contributed to the improvement of incomes and the quality of life of farmers and communities by providing technical guidance and purchase of contracts, as well as labor division and cooperation with other activity supporters.

VE기법으로 유동화 공법 도입에 대한 현장 적용성 연구 (Field Application of the Flowing Concrete Method Considering Value Engineering(V.E) Concept)

  • This study investigates field application of flowing concrete in order to improve workability, duality and economic evaluation of concrete. Test results showed that slump of fresh concrete satisfied the target value before and after flowing concrete, and setting time indicated 3 hours difference depending on the mixture proportion of ready-mixed-concrete company. As for the hardened concrete, compressive strength of standard curing specimens, both control and flowing concrete, presented designed value at 28 days elapse. However, the specimens curing at atmosphere decreased the value, due to the lower curing temperature, but also performed the designed value at 91 days. For the evaluation of construction fee by value engineering(V.E) concept, a flowing method declined 4.89% of concrete construction fee, which is 4.9% reduction for materials and 25% reduction for labor expenses, compared with previous construction methods.

  • 현대 과학기술연구개발에서 데이터의 수집, 큐레이션, 분석, 시각화의 효율화는 과학기술발전의 중요한 요소이다. 데이터 집중연구에서 이러한 과학데이터의 가치는 절대적으로 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 과학데이터의 생산량은 기하급수적으로 증가했지만 데이터를 수집하고 배포할 수 있는 수단을 마련하는 측면에서 보면, 현재 분야별로 과학데이터의 개별적인 활용 체제만 운영되고 있어 걸음마 단계이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국가차원의 국가 과학데이터센터 구축의 경제적 파급효과를 한국은행(2009)의 산업 연관분석을 이용하여 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 취업자유발효과 및 전 후방연쇄효과로 나누어 분석하여 국가 과학데이터센터 구축에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.

  • 농업과 ICT융합 기술이 접목된 스마트팜은 우리나라에서 타 산업보다 낮은 단계에 머물러 있지만 가장 활발한 연구개발이 추진되는 분야이기도 하다. 스마트팜은 농업과 ICT기술 간의 융합을 통해 농업 분야의 각종 정보를 수집하고 가공, 분석하여 단계별 효율성 향상을 높이는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 원예작물인 딸기의 스마트팜 구성을 위해 수확기에 수확이 가능한 딸기를 색상으로 구분할 수 있는 영상 처리 방법에 대해 연구를 진행 하였다. 딸기 재배 과정에서 딸기 수확은 많은 노동력을 필요로 한다. 이 연구에서는 딸기 수확기에 노동력 절감에 필요한 정보 수집을 목표로 하고 있다. 그 선행 연구로서 빛의 조사 방향 및 밝기 값에 따라 색 온도가 변화하는 형태를 파이썬을 이용한 OpenCV 색상 검출을 통해 구현 해 볼 계획이다. 향후에는 색 온도 변화에 보상 값을 적용하여 수확에 적합한 딸기색상 값을 찾는 연구를 계획하고 있다.

칠카트 블랭킷의 문화적 상징성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cultural Symbolism of the Chilkat Blanket)

  • The purpose of this research is to reveal that the clothing in a cultural system is a visual symbol expressing the aspects of its technology, social-structure, and ideology. For this, the chilkat blanket of Tlingit is selected and analyzed. Tlingit is the one of the indian tribes of the Northwest Coast of the North America. This chilkat blanket used as an ostentatious item in the potlatch has the various functions. First, it expresses the thechnological features in this society, as the process of weaving, collecting of materials, etc. Second, it provides the view of the social-structure through its role differntiation of sex, and affirmation of the rank systems in this cultural system. And we can see the ideological value of this culture through the chilkat blanket. They persuit the value of labor and the harmony between their lives and the nature in this design. In conclusion, the clothing must be considered and analysed its value in the context of the society.

16개 광역시도별 제조업 부문에 대한 절대적 및 조건부 수렴가설 검증 및 생산성 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis of the Absolute Vs. Conditional Convergency Hypothesis and the Determinants of Labor Productivity in Manufacturing Industries: The Korean Case)

  • 본 연구의 대상지역은 대한민국 16개 광역시도이며, 분석기간은 2000년부터 2009년의 제조업 10개년도 시계열 데이터를 이용하여 지역총생산(GRDP)에 큰 영향을 미치는 제조업의 노동생산성을 분석대상으로 설정하여 지역패널회귀분석을 이용한 절대적 및 조건부 수렴여부 및 제조업 생산성 결정요인을 분석 하였다.분석결과를 살펴보면, 절대적 수렴 및 조건부 수렴가설 모두 귀무가설(H0)를 기각함에 따라 수렴가설이 성립하고 있으며, 전국의 제조업 생산성은 수렴하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 수렴속도를 살펴보면 절대적 수렴모형에서 수렴속도는 연간 4.4%가 나왔고, 조건부 수렴에서는 연간 0.73%인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지역별 제조업의 생산성 결정요인에 대한 분석결과, 종속변수를 1인당 부가가치로 이용했을 때, 인적자본 변수와 제조업 입지계수변수가 정(+)의 관계로 나타났고, 1인당 정부지출 변수가 부(-)의 관계로 나타났다. 연구개발변수의 경우 지식재산권변수만 정(+)의 관계로 나타났다. 총요소생산성의 경우 1인당 정부지출과 1인당 고정자본형성변수가 정(+)의 관계로 유의하였으며, 연구개발변수는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

패션 소비자의 가치, 지식 및 지속가능한 소비행동에 관한 연구 (The Value, Knowledge, and Sustainable Consumption Behavior of Fashion Consumers)

  • This study examines the value, knowledge and sustainable consumption behavior of fashion consumers. The study shows that universalism/harmony, security/benevolence, power, and tradition/faith have positive effects on buying/usage behavior; however, hedonism/wealth has a negative effect. Stimulation/self-direction and universalism/harmony positively influence boycott behavior; however, power has a negative influence. Universalism/harmony and politeness have positive impacts on care/disposing behavior. Consumer knowledge about fashion related environmental problems, labor practices, ethical issues and sustainable environment knowledge influence sustainable buying/usage behavior; in addition, knowledge about ethical issues and sustainable environmental problems positively influence boycott and care/disposing behavior. Moreover, there were significant differences in values, knowledge, and consumption behavior by age.

가사노동 가치평가를 위한 기초적 분석 (The Basic Analysis for Estimating the Value of Household Work)

  • This study is the basic step of including the economical value of household labor into the existing GDP. Therefore this study analyzes statistical data; $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$Economical Active Population Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$, $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$Time Used Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$, $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$Basic Wage Structural Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$, and $\mathbb{\ulcorner}$City Household Survey$\mathbb{\lrcorner}$ for that step and will help people to reconsider the importance of the economical value household work. Economical Active Population Survey classifies housework as economically nonoproductive activity Time Use Survey does not have an clear classification for action. Basic Wage Structural Survey must give subdividable information on wage. City Household Survey should include more details and more data of household durables.

Effects of Work Value on the Life Satisfaction of Culinary Arts Majors

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the work value factors regarded as important by the culinary-related graduates in their 20s, and also to analyze the effects of work value factors on the life satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed the data of 155 graduates from departments including 'culinary arts', 'foodservice', and 'confectionery' among the college graduates in their 20s who participated in GOMS 2018. The results of analysis are as follows. First, the new generation majors in culinary arts showed the high importance of their aptitude and interest, employment stability, earned income. Second, in relation to the major field, the male graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the female graduates majored in culinary arts. On the other hand, regarding the social reputation of job and work duty, the female graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the male graduates majored in culinary arts. Third, the developmental value factor of work value had positive effects on the life satisfaction. Thus, the career-related staffs or professors of college should provide the career guidance by considering gender when the majors in culinary arts transit to the labor market after graduation.
