  • Religious Though includes desirable attitudes towards existence of human beings and the value of life. These can be considered as the viewpoint of human being in religions. Also, the recognition frame of human being should be focused on the desirable human formation. That is, human being should not be viewed by already established frames, but human beings should be regarded as the ones that by themselves can build their true figures through developing human nature with the self-awareness of existence and the effort for establishing an ideal character. Without the correct concept of a 'human model', it is impossible to shed light on what the process of the human formation is and how the human formation willbe established. A 'human model', that is the goal of such a formation, might show different aspects if considering the historical situations including the circumstance of individuals and society. However, no matter how different 'human model', which are dependent upon phenomenal problems, are considered, it might most likely fails to grasp a fundamental issue without a 'human model' based on the essential problem of human being. In this regards, it can be considered that a 'Perfect person' with including both fundamental ways and relations of existence is the one enabling to establish a true 'human model' and, I try to show its striking example, 'Injon' that is an ideal 'human model' of Daesoon Thought. Therefore, this paper will show the interpretation and understanding of human beings in Daesoon Thought, and examine what their meanings are.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the duration of frying and storage periods on physicochemical characteristics of various oils using at home. The materials used for the study consisted of four kinds of vegetable oils: soybean, canola, extra virgin olive and pure olive oils, and shortening. Chicken breasts were fried in oils heated at $180^{\circ}C$. The oils were stored with or without filtering and reused 3 times, during the 10 day period. The extra virgin and pure olive oils showed higher acid, peroxide value and yellowness than the other oils (p<0.05), but soybean oil showed the highest increase in acid, peroxide value and yellowness with reusing and storage. In sensory evaluation, the chicken breast fried with soybean oils remarkably decreased the overall acceptance. These results suggested that all frying oils are available because acid and peroxide values of the oils are lower than the standard level. However, reusing soybean oil should be noted with caution in that it is very easy to reduce rancidity, and extra virgin olive oil is not appropriate for frying.

Only the relatedness of self-determination factors was positively correlated with formal and informal communication satisfaction. In addition, recognizing hared value was positively correlated with formal and informal communication satisfaction; whereas, the practice of shared value was positively correlated with formal, but not informal communication satisfaction. Formal communication satisfaction was significantly correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Conversely, informal communication satisfaction was significantly correlated with job satisfaction, but was not related to organizational commitment. Finally, job satisfaction was significantly correlated with organizational commitment and negatively correlated with turnover intention. Moreover, organizational commitment was negatively correlated with turnover intention. The implications of this research for human resources management within fashion companies are discussed in the concluding section of this paper.
