병원의 자본조달 행태와 투자효율 (Raise Capital Type and Investment Efficiency of Hospital in Korea)

  • This research analyzed Raise Capital type and Investment Efficiency for non-profit hospitals in Korea. 152 cases of financial information from 2007 to 2010 were utilized for analysis. As a result of analysis, Raise Capital for Borrowings to total assets was primarily used, taking around 40% on average, and the method of Raise Capital with significant difference among Medical Institutions was Liabilities in Excluded Borrowings to Total Assets and Capital Stock & Capital Reserves to Total Assets. Besides, the relation between Invested capital and Investment efficiency was opposite each other in the non-profit hospitals, and Region was an important element influencing over Productivity per Value Added. In addition, in the investment activity of non-profit hospitals in the light of Investment Efficiency, only hospitals among Medical Institution types had a character of Capital Intensive, and General Hospital and Geriatric & Long-term Medical Care Hospital among Medical Institution types showed a character of Labor Intensive in the light of Performance.

군산항 배후단지의 로지스틱스 전략 (A Study on the Logistics Strategies in Kunsan Port's Hinterland)

  • The purpose of this study is to consolidate the position of Kunsan Port as a Hub-port in Northeast asian region with the development of Kunsan port's hinterland. To accomplish the purpose, this paper firstly reviews the concept and function of port's hinterland literally. Next, We attempt to grasps the trends of port logistics service in this region, and to cope with this trends, study the previous researches of logistics platform(LP). Based upon the study, We find out the main factors of improving efficiency in port logistics, and build the model of logistics strategy with such factors as (1) Environment (2) Marketing (3) Logistics Chain and (4) Logistics community. And in order to applicate the model, we analyze the current situation of Kunsan port and port's hinterland. Finally, we provide the logistics strategies in Kunsan port's hinterland.

  • 위치기반서비스는 사용자에게 부가 가치를 제공하기 위해 이동통신망으로 위치를 정확하게 파악하고 각종 정보를 이용하여 이를 활용하는 통합 서비스를 가리키며 이러한 서비스의 핵심기술은 위치를 찾아내는 기술이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 위치기반서비스에 이용되는 전파신호를 이용한 측위 기법에 대하여 소개하고 최신 스마트폰의 위치 측정 원리와 위치 측정 정확도를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 사용자의 안전을 향상시키기 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다.

  • Location Based Services, or LBS refers to value-added service by processing information utilizing mobile user location. With the rapidly increasing wireless internet subscribers and world LBS market, the various location based applications are introduced such as buddy finder, proximity and security services. As the killer application of the wireless internet, the LBS has preconsidered technology about location determination technology, LBS middleware server for various application, and diverse contents processing technology. This paper describes the open architecture for LBS platform ensuring interoperability among the wireless networks and various location-based application services and the functional requirements for the LBS platform. The LBS platform in a narrow sense provides a standard interfaces for location management and network management for location services as follows, positioning (location acquisition through network or/and handset), location managing, location based functions, profile management, authentication and security, location based billing, information roaming between carriers and the system monitoring independent to specific network or ISP/CPs(Content Providers).

가축 U-Healthcare 도입방안 연구 (A Study on the Introduction of Livestock U-healthcare)

  • In Korea, livestock has grown into the most value-added business in the agricultural and forest industry. But due to the recent outbreak of deadly infectious diseases such as foot-and-mount disease and avian influenza (AI), the demand for IT-enabled cutting-edge management system is getting stronger. As for humans, pilot projects and researches concerning U-healthcare have been carried out since early 2000. So this study explored the current progress of U-healthcare introduction, and suggested the strategies to develop technologies of collecting, processing, and utilizing information; to apply elements for a service model development and prioritization; to provide policy and institutional support. Therefore it is expected to vitalize the livestock U-healthcare in the future through continuous study based on these results.

  • MICE (Meetings, Incentive travels, Conventions, and Exhibitions) segment is one of the fastest growing segments of the tourism industry today. Especially, the government promotes the convention business as a strategic industry given its growing importance as a high value-added export. The push-pull factor conceptual frameworks were used to identify motives that lead firms to attend conventions. Furthermore, the authors assess firms' service quality, preference, reliability, and positional advantage of Korea Electronics Show(KES). Using data from a number of Korean trading firms, the authors find considerable results and conclude by discussing recommendation for the convention industry.

해외진출 외식기업의 시장고려 변수 선정 (Selecting Marketing Variables for the Overseas Expansion of a Foodservice Company)

  • The purpose of this study was to select market variables that a foodservice company should consider when expanding overseas and to regional market analysis by variables. Twenty-three different variables were derived from 17 previous studies. These were: population, urbanization rate, women employed, enrollment in tertiary education, gross domestic product, value added by service, total number of mobile cellular telephone subscribers, number of internet users, total Asian highway, inward foreign direct investment, total service imports, inflation rate, international tourist arrivals, energy use by industry, growth rates of the food consumer price index, access to urban sanitation, per capita total expenditure on health, male life expectancy at birth, adult literacy rate, contributing women family workers, passenger car, and country risk assessment. The selected variables were collected as secondary data from the UN, Asian Development Bank, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Michigan State University.

율피 분말을 첨가한 가래떡의 품질특성 (Characteristics of Garaetteok with Added Dried Inner Shell Powder of Chestnut)

  • This study investigated the influence of incorporating chestnut inner shell powder (CISP) at varying levels (0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% w/w) on the quality, antioxidant potential, and consumer preference of garaetteok, a Korean rice cake. Findings revealed a decrease in moisture content and pH with increasing CISP content. Color analysis indicated a reduction in lightness (L) and yellowness (b) values, while redness (a) values increased. Textural properties displayed an increase in hardness, chewiness, and gumminess, but a decrease in springiness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness with increasing CISP levels. Sensory evaluation for appearance, taste, flavor, texture, and overall preference revealed the sample containing 6% CISP to be the most favorable. Moreover, the antioxidant activity of the garaetteok exhibited a positive correlation with increasing CISP content. In conclusion, incorporating 6% CISP resulted in improved quality characteristics for garaetteok development, offering enhanced nutritional value, antioxidant properties, and overall consumer preference.

미나리 분말을 첨가한 만두피의 품질특성 (Quality characteristics of dumpling shell added with dropwort powder)

  • 본 연구는 생리 활성 기능을 지닌 미나리를 이용한 다양한 가공제품의 개발 및 미나리의 활용성 증대의 일환으로 미나리 분말 첨가에 따른 만두피의 제조 및 품질특성에 대하여 살펴보았다. 밀가루 대체 미나리분말 0, 1, 3, 5, 7%를 첨가하여 만두피를 제조한 결과 수분결합력은 미나리 분말이 첨가될수록 증가하였으며 수분함량은 미나리 분말 첨가량에 따른 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 만두피의 조리 특성에서는 무게와 수분흡수율과 부피는 대조군에 비하여 미나리 분말 첨가구가 높게 나타났으며 미나리 분말 첨가량이 많아짐에 따라 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였다(p<0.001). 탁도는 미나리 분말 7% 첨가 만두피가 가장 높게 나타났으며 미나리 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 용출성분이 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.001). 미나리 분말 첨가 만두피의 DPPH radical 소거능은 미나리 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 높게 나타났으며 색도에서는 미나리 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 L값과 a값은 감소하였으며 b값은 증가하였다. Texture에서 경도는 대조군에 비해 미나리 분말 첨가구가 높게 나타났으며 탄력성과 응집성은 미나리 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 외관의 기호도에서는 미나리 분말이 많이 첨가될수록 선호도가 높았으며 향미, 맛, 질감, 전체적인 기호도에서 미나리 분말 3% 첨가 만두피가 기호도면에서 우수하게 평가되어 기능성과 기호적인 측면에서 도움을 줄 수 있는 만두피로 사용 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

아사이베리 분말 첨가 양갱의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Yanggaeng added with Acaiberry (Euterpe oleracea Mart.) Powder)

  • 본 연구는 아사이베리 분말을 첨가한 양갱의 품질특성과 항산화 효과의 측정 및 관능평가를 실시하였다. 아사이베리 분말을 첨가한 양갱의 수분함량은 아사이베리 분말 첨가비율의 증가에 따라 높아졌다. pH와 당도는 아사이베리 분말의 첨가비율이 높아질수록 낮아졌다. 색도는 아사이베리 분말의 첨가비율이 높아질수록 L값과 b값은 낮아졌고, a값은 높아졌다. 조직감은 아사이베리 분말의 첨가비율이 높아질수록 경도, 검성, 응집성, 씹힘성이 낮아졌고, 탄력성은 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 아사이베리 분말 첨가 양갱의 총 페놀성 화합물 함량과 DPPH 라디컬 소거능은 아사이베리 분말의 첨가비율의 증가에 따라 유의적으로 높아졌다. 아사이베리 분말 첨가 양갱의 관능평가 결과는 아사이베리 분말 4% 첨가구가 맛과 전반적인 기호도에서 우수한 기호도를 나타내었고, 다른 관능 기호도 항목에서도 비교적 양호한 점수를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과들을 고려하였을 때, 양갱의 제조 시에 아사이베리 분말을 첨가하는 것은 양갱의 항산화 효과와 관능 기호도 상승효과를 꾀할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 백앙금량 대비 4%의 아사이베리 분말을 첨가하는 것이 항산화 효과 및 관능 기호도 측면에서 가장 적합할 것으로 판단된다.
