  • The purpose of this study was to confirm the influence of the types of organizational culture perceived by members of Korean network companies on customer orientation and service orientation. Therefore, the results of the valid survey for the final 165 among the results of 204 applicants for about two weeks from September 7th to 25th, 2020 using the SSP 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical package programs showed the following results. First, as a result of the analysis of the impact of organizational culture on customer orientation, the sub-factors of the organizational culture, such as relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture, hierarchical-oriented culture, and task-oriented culture types, all had a positive (+) effect on customer-oriented. It was analyzed as crazy. In other words, it can be seen that the organizational culture has a statistically significant impact on customer orientation in that it gives positive meaning through a comprehensive operation rather than a single substructure. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of organizational culture on service orientation, organizational culture showed positive (+) influence on service orientation. In other words, it was analyzed that relational orientation, innovation orientation, hierarchical orientation, and task orientation, which are sub-constituent factors of organizational culture, act as positive factors for service orientation.

  • The magnitude and the orientation of in-situ stresses contribute to ground displacement and stresses in the field of underground space. This paper investigates in-situ stresses at various depth on the basis of 392 data which were determined by over-coring and hydro-fracturing test methods in the Korea peninsula. The result shows that in-situ stress distribution are more or less non-uniform through the Granite and Gneiss sub-area, and that the K-value in the Volcanic sub-area are below 1 at the deep depth. Also, the result of three dimensional numerical analyses of tunnel shows that the direction and magnitude of displacement around tunnel are much effected by the stress difference between the maximum and the minimum horizontal stress.

  • Zinc Oxide(ZnO) thin films on Si (100) substrate were deposited by RF magnetron sputter with changing sputtering conditions such as argon/oxygen gas ratios, RF power, and substrate temperature, chamber pressure and target-substrate distance. To analyze a crystallographic properties of the films, $\theta/2\theta$ mode X-ray diffraction, SEM, and AFM analyses. C-axis preferred orientation, resistivity, and surface roughness highly depended on $Ar/O_2$ gas ratios. The resistivity of ZnO thin films rapidly increased with increasing oxygen ratio and the resistivity value of $9{\times}10^7{\Omega}cm$ was obtained at a working pressure of 10 mTorr with $Ar/O_2$=50/50. The surface roughness was also improved with increasing oxygen ratio and the ZnO films deposited with $Ar/O_2$=50/50 showed the excellent roughness value of $28.7{\AA}$.

  • Single-grain (c-normal or c-parallel) and multi-grain YBCO superconductors were prepared by a melt growth process with/without seeding. The magnetic levitation force and trapped magnetic field at liquid N2 temperature (77 K) of the YBCO superconductors were investigated. Samples for the levitation force measurement were zero-field cooled (ZFC) to 77 K, and samples for trapped field measurement were field-cooled (FC) using Nd magnets. As for the magnetic levitation force, the c-normal, single grain sample showed the largest value, whereas the multi-grain sample showed the lowest value. The trapped magnetic field of the c-normal and c-parallel single-grain samples was 4-5 times that of the multi-grain sample. In addition, as the external magnetic field (the number of magnets) increased, the both properties increased proportionally. These results were explained in terms of the orientation dependence of the levitation forces and the magnetic field trapping capability of the YBCO superconductor.

  • Through contemporary researches on policing, individual employees in law enforcement agencies has gained more and more attention from researchers and police organization managers. Unfortunately an important but largely ignored area of current research on individual police officers concerns the value orientations obtaining among Korean police officers. And during last five decades or so, no research has been done on this issue. Studying individual value orientations is important because a substantial body of research indicates that particular patterns of value orientation predict world views and hence can in turn predict behavior at the workplace and behavioral predispositions on salient social issues. Therefore in this research, the authors intended to answer these issues. (1) What are the characteristics of value orientations among Korean police officers. (2) Is there any differences between Korean and American police officers on the value orientations among them.
