A Study on the Effects of Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention - Focused on the Differences of Involvement Level - (패스트 푸드점 이용고객의 지각된 가치가 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 외식관여도 수준에 따른 차이 -)

  • This study attempts to 1) identify the dimensions of perceived value in the restaurant industry and 2) assess the effects of these dimensions on overall customer satisfaction and behavioral intent. With a total of 272 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model, and verifies a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data:${\chi}^2$ 140.087(df 80), CMIN/df 1.751, RMR .060, GFI .937, AGFI .906, NFI .962, CFI .983, RMSEA .053. As a result of confirmatorical analysis, the quality value, emotional value and economical value were quantified as perceived value in fastfood restaurants. These factors were indicated to have influence on customer satisfaction and re-visit intention. Limitations and future research were also discussed.

The Effects of Servicescapes in Korean Restaurants on Customers' Experiential Value, Pleasure feeling and Customer Satisfaction (국내 한식당의 서비스스케이프가 고객의 경험적 가치, 감정적 반응 및 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' experiential value, pleasure feeling and customer satisfaction. Based on a total of 550 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of research model using the Amos program. The relationships hypothesized in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, $\chi^2=406.097$ (df 130), p<.001, GFI .915, AGFI .889, RMR .042, NFI .955, CFI .969, RMSEA .062. SEM results showed that the servicescape showed a positive significant effect on customers' experiential value ($\beta=.808$, t=15.171, p<.001), and customers' experiential value had a positive significant effect on pleasure feeling ($\beta=.756$, t=10.616, p<.001). Also, customer's experiential value ($\beta=.391$, t=8.579, p<.001) and pleasure feeling ($\beta=.573$, t=13.091, p<.001) had a positive significant effects on customer satisfaction. Analysis of mediating roles showed that, the effect of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' pleasure feeling was perfectly mediated by the customers' experiential value. Limitations of this study and future research directions are also discussed.

The Effects of Customer's Perceived Value and Satisfaction with Restaurant's Foodservice on Loyalty Intention in Namhaean Tourist Area (남해안 관광 지역 레스토랑의 음식서비스에 대한 고객의 지각된 가치와 만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of perceived value and satisfaction with employees' foodservice on loyalty intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the mediating role of satisfaction in the causal relationships among perceived sacrifice, service quality, value, satisfaction, and loyalty intention. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The direct effects of perceived sacrifice and service quality on value were statistically significant. The direct effects of service quality and value on satisfaction were statistically significant. The direct effects of value and satisfaction on loyalty intention were statistically significant. The service quality had a significant indirect influence on loyalty intention through value and satisfaction. In addition, the value played a mediating role in the relationship between service quality and satisfaction. The satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between value and loyalty intention.

Effects of Omni Channel Characteristics on Perceived Value, Attitude, and Intention of Consumers (옴니채널 특성이 소비자들의 지각된 가치와 태도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of Omni Channel and examined the influence of them on consumers' perceived functional value and emotional value as well as the effect of perceived functional value and emotional value on user's intention of use through Omni Channel. To verify the research model, the questionnaire survey was conducted on 20's to 40's men and women residing in Seoul and the metropolitan area by convenience sampling. The number of copies used for data analysis was 696. To verify the research model, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using AMOS 20.0. First, Omni Channel characteristics consisted of four factors: instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment. Second, the instant connectivity, location-based provability and entertainment positively influenced functional value and emotional value; however, the interactivity was significant only to the emotional value. Third, consumers' perceived value of Omni Channel characteristics had a significant effect on attitude. Fourth, the more favorable the attitude toward Omni Channel is higher for the intention to use Omni Channel.

  • This study examines the impact of cryptocurrency value characteristics on cryptocurrency investment intention. Stock craze and information provided through various media, including YouTube, play an essential role in helping investors recognize the value of cryptocurrency and develop positive investment intentions. In this study, we applied the Value-Based Adoption Model (VAM) to verify the relationship between cryptocurrency value characteristics and investment intention. We surveyed 500 cryptocurrency investors to assess network externalities, awareness, compatibility, cost benefits (fees), technicality, security, perceived value, and investment intentions. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using AMOS 26.0 was used for data analysis. Results show that network externalities, awareness, compatibility, cost benefits (fees), security, and perceived value significantly impact investment intention. This study provides insights that help investors accurately perceive cryptocurrencies and develop strategies to increase investment intentions. It also contributes to improving investors' decision-making ability. This comprehensive approach will foster the growth of the cryptocurrency market and strengthen investor confidence.

Prediction of movie audience numbers using hybrid model combining GLS and Bass models (GLS와 Bass 모형을 결합한 하이브리드 모형을 이용한 영화 관객 수 예측)

  • Domestic film industry sales are increasing every year. Theaters are the primary sales channels for movies and the number of audiences using the theater affects additional selling rights. Therefore, the number of audiences using the theater is an important factor directly linked to movie industry sales. In this paper we consider a hybrid model that combines a multiple linear regression model and the Bass model to predict the audience numbers for a specific day. By combining the two models, the predictive value of the regression analysis was corrected to that of the Bass model. In the analysis, three films with different release dates were used. All subset regression method is used to generate all possible combinations and 5-fold cross validation to estimate the model 5 times. In this case, the predicted value is obtained from the model with the smallest root mean square error and then combined with the predicted value of the Bass model to obtain the final predicted value. With the existence of past data, it was confirmed that the weight of the Bass model increases and the compensation is added to the predicted value.

Shaking Table Test of the Model of Five-story Stone Pagoda of Sang-Gye-Sa Mounted on Base Isolation Systems (쌍계사 오층석탑모델에 대한 지진격리효과 진동대실험)

  • Seismic performances of the base isolated model of Five Story Stone Pagoda were studied through shaking table tests. Friction pendulum system (FPS), Pure-friction system with laminated rubber bearing (LRB) and Ball with rubber bearing were selected fur the comparison of performances. Performances of specially designed isolation systems were tested dynamically using shaking table. The test results of isolated model are compared with those of fixed base model. Compared with fixed base model, the isolated model showed that it could withstand much higer intensity of earthquake motion. The Effective Peak Ground Acceleration (EPGA) value of isolated model when the top component tipped over was above twice of that value in case of fixed base model. According to the additional test results, the lower value of coefficient of friction than that of common frictional base isolation systems is more effective to protect the piled multi-block system of Pagoda against moderate intesity of ground motion.

  • The purposes of this study identify how attributes of the website impact on consumer attitude toward the website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variables (interactivity and shopping value), meditated variables(relationship commitment), and dependent variables(attitude toward website). The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, interactivity and shopping value of website have a positive influence on relationship commitment. Third, interactivity, shopping value of website, and relationship commitment have a positive impact on attitude toward the website. Forth, even if shopping value has not a positive influence on attitude toward the website, it was found to have a significant effect on attitude toward the website through the relationship commitment.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of users' perceived value of food delivery Apps and information quality on acceptance and intention to reuse of food delivery Apps. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors of perceived value and information quality with the acceptance and continued usage of delivery Apps on the basis of the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Findings The results of this study suggests that perceived emotional value and monetary value, accuracy and timeliness of information have significant positive effects on usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps. Meanwhile, both usefulness and easiness of food delivery Apps have significant positive influences on users' continually use intention. Furthermore, implications in terms of the findings of this study are discussed.

A study on the atmospheric diffusion of land around the clean center (크린센터 주변 부지 대기확산에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, CALPUFF, a three-dimensional atmospheric diffusion model, was used to predict the degree of influence of pollutants generated during clean center operation on surrounding areas. To drive the CALPUFF model, CALMET, a weather field calculation model, was used. Due to the influence of the wind field, air pollutants from the Clean Center diffused in the southeast direction, increasing the distribution area. SOx satisfies atmospheric environmental standards with an annual average value of 0.02 ppm or less NOx satisfies atmospheric environmental standards with an annual average value of 0.03 ppm or less. Dust (PM-10) satisfies atmospheric environmental standards with an annual average value of 50㎍/m3 or less and 24 hours average value of 100㎍/m3 or less. CO satisfies atmospheric environmental standards with an 8 hours average value of 9 ppm or less and an 1 hour average value of 25 ppm or less.
