Agn$\grave{e}$s Varda is a French representative female film director. In particular, the method combining subjectivity and objectivity is the most outstanding characteristics. However, it can be said that the method to support this is not only theme of the film but also creation of structure including the exploration for the filmic form different from classical film form. Such an approach accords with No$\ddot{e}$l Burch's refined analysis of filmic form. Therefore, This study aims to aesthetical analysis of the form of producing the structure in modern movies through which is one of the representative work by Agn$\grave{e}$sVarda and won the Golden Lion award in 1985 Venice Film Festival. The theme of the film, the recovery of relationships among people and contacts through the tragic death of drifting life, created a new filmic structure by formative experiment of the film. The formative experiment is the fragmented and repetitive construction with the introductory voice-over, and consists of movement and editing of camera and specific use of flashback and sound through the representation of figures and situations, mixture of narrative and non-narrative style.

is a comics that the original Yoshokawa Eiji's novel . Since the series started in 1998, it's epic that records the 54 million or more copies of the cumulative sales volume to 1.7 million unit volume average in the book, 34 are currently up to volume has been published. proceeds with narratives in a way of following naturally the personality of a character based on the rule of an author, which is 'people should be described as what they are'. Accordingly it features very unique characterizing. This study focused on the fact that numerous characters in maintain a structural balance through the establishment of a character composition in an antipodal relationship although those characters have strong personalities. In order to analyze the relationship of such characters, the study utilized as an analytic frame MBTI personality types theory which is a psychology test tool. First, the study inferred personality patterns as the temperamental characteristics of MBTI, and tried to analyze the antipodal character composition based on the combination of cognition and judgment which are assumably the most important functions. From this, the study was able to discover the following three structures applied to those characters. (1) The antipodism between Musasi, the main character and Kojiro, a mirror character becomes central to the work, (2) The antipodal relationship between their fosterers and the character playing the mentor's role extends the character attribute of Musasi and Kojiro. (3) The Yoshioka family was also established in the antipodal composition as a role of exchanging influences with Musasi and Kojiro. Through this, the study reached a conclusion that in the pairs of characters in contrast were established as if to reach a dialectic synthesis. As such, the antipodal structuralization of the character composition shown in is deemed to differentiate the inner sides of numerous unique characters; thereby make it possible to describe their inner sides in-depth. Finally, the following common context is found: works in the field of successful comics and animation in terms of criticism and performance are focused on characters. It is probably because their consumers are relatively very interested in those characters as the characters in comics or animation become differentiated from those of novels or movies. Subsequently, it is expected that the analyzed results of characterizing can be referred to during the production of contents by preparing the results as database.

The following study was done to investigate foodservice management practice. Total subjects were 18 foodservices in social welfare facilities in Seoul. Among studied facilities, nine were the welfare facilities for children, five were the welfare facilities for elderly, two were the welfare facilities for a mentally and physically disabled person and the remaining two were vagabond care facilities. Methods used were mainly questionaires. These questionaires were answered by manager and interviews were also done for a same person. Equipments were evaluated by investigators using the evaluation form. The results of the study were summarized as follows. Number of cooks and assistant cooks among employee in foodservice establishment were about 2-6 persons. One dietitian is stationed in 2 places among 18 places. Food purchasing and menu plannings were mainly practiced by manager, secretary and other personnels, in more than 50% of social welfare facilities. The type of the menu in most facilities was the set menu. The period of turn over for cycle menu was a week in 50% of facilities. Seventy seven point eight percentage of the welfare facilities were used the weekly or monthly cycle. For the food preparation, there was almost no place using standard recipes. Foodstuffs were purchased in local market. Moreover, the preference test of served foods were done for residence of each facilities. But it was not applicated effectively. Conditions of most equipments in the kitchen were defective specially in dishwashing and sterilization step.

Since he was an exile, Henry James himself was well aware of agonies as an outsider in either Europe or America. Such an anguish is deftly depicted in the character of Felix Young with James's unique ironic tone. Unlike James, however, Felix is neither affluent nor distinguished as an artist. Nor is he supported by any patron. Furthermore, at first, he doesn't seem to survive the strict joyless environment in New England, but he possesses his own survival value. His unique esthetic value and his beautiful smile enable him to win Gertrude's heart. His adroit balance between pleasure-seeker and respect for American serious culture without hostility ultimately ends up with his marrying Gertrude. His arrival in Boston might pose a threat as Mr. Wentworth fears. Actually he subverts the traditional idea of an artist. He is armed with amiability and frankness, which are incongruous with a stereotypical idea of an artist: a willful, freakish, and self-righteous person. Felix here suggests to us that a new kind of modern art be possible. Gertrude is also a new woman who opposes to staying put under the patriarchal society. She is always wavering in and out of the house, searching for opportunities to quench her curiosity to see the world by breaking the bond of New England. Her ceaseless quest for independent values results in fortuitous encounter with a new species of artist Felix. Unlike Henry James's other novels, in which male characters assume a role of sophisticated "fortune-hunter," the union of Felix and Gertrude in The Europeans represents the compromise between two different cultures. According to Nietzsche, the birth of superman is possible by the union of Athens and Jerusalem. In other words, the matrimony of Felix and Gertrude means the commingling of his liberal arts and Gertrude's moral seriousness might contribute to the birth of the new culture.

John Milton's 17th century epic poem, Paradise Regained, is deconstructed or re-birthed in Panter's new graphic novel, Songy of Paradise in 2017, and the most notable change comes from the main character, Jesus. In the original text, Jesus as an "anointed universal King" achieves his greatness in the progress of lonely journey, and is declared as Son of God. Therefore, Panter's description of Songy as hillbilly is quite stunning. Panter's Punk vagabond, however, shares common aspects with Milton's Jesus in terms of his stubborn resistance against Satan's temptation. Jesus and Songy succeeds in the battle against Satan leading their talk into the "failure of a conversation." This study examines how ironically this punk art embraces the original character of the grand epic while destroying it utterly.

This study did by purpose to be utilized to basic data for elevation of human rights consciousness of homeless facilities employees through examining their human rights consciousness by investigating human rights sensitivity that can grasp degree of human rights consciousness of homeless facilities employees. The human rights sensitivity of 390 homeless facilities employees who are working at 38 facilities around the whole country is compared and investigated. As a result, human rights sensitivity of employees displayed very low score by average 64.55 points in total score 150 points. Human rights sensitivity academic career of employees was shown meaningful difference, and human rights consciousness of substantial administrator is appeared very low in human rights sensitivity by duties. According to the existence and nonexistence of human rights education at the homeless facilities, the employs who had got human rights education shows higher human rights sensitivity than the employs who had not go human rights education. Therefore, regular program that can enforce human rights education Collectively as a formal curriculum in homeless facilities should be established and it's proposed to develop practical and efficient human rights education manual case by case related with the violation of human rights.

This article proceeds to scrutinizing a oral tradition called the story of ruining one's family by daughter-in-law's cutting-condemnation conducive to any estimation of Koreans' religious mentality. This oral tradition begins with mischievous behaviors of daughter-in-law. She cut away any materials, which a vagabond monk of Buddhism identified as a source of solacing numberless visitors to her house. Tired of serving all the visitors, she cut away the material. It caused her parents-in-law's house to be collapsed. At a first glance, the daughter-in-law appears to be blamed for the collapse. Interestingly, no one cannot be blamed for the misfortune. A face value of the text does not show that the fate of misfortune comes from any ethical misconduct and its posterior mishandling. Behind this oral tradition, by the way, lies the consciousness that relates misfortune with a ceremony of cutting away any unique material; cutting away any material, cutting away the trend of coming visitors, and cutting away the mood of prosperity becomes identical. The thematic mentality of the text reveals a religious consciousness of seeing human beings' life to be identical with nature. This oral tradition must have focused on the importance of a harmonious relationship between human beings and nature.
